No problems in this chalet.
Can't give 5 stars. This property has lots of potential. Repairs are needed. Living room Furniture, throw pillows, downstairs shower control, plastic utensils, bed pillows, coffee pot (doesn't heat water enough) need replacing. Felt strange not to see a real person over the property for checking in or out. Would love to recommend to others. Have a family looking for something now for December. All was clean and neat in appearance. A little attention it would be a 5 star stay.
The chalet was very nice. It fit our family needs perfectly. One more bath would have been nice but we made out o k. We appreciated the large amount of square feet. The Christmas tree was a fun addition. We really liked the convenience to Dollywood & down town. The only thing it lacked was it's own trash bin outside.
The chalet was immaculate, the furniture, however, is old and uncomfortable, the beds are clean and very comfortable, it's located in the hills of Pigeon Forge, no mountain views but we felt safe and it's convenient to all area attractions.
The cabin was very clean but the sheets were not put on every bed. I wish there was a hot tub but we enjoyed the pool. Would stay again!
We have been staying at this property since it was built in 2003. The facilities are still in great shape even with not much renovation. My youth group had another wonderful experience this time. The buildings are perfect for us even though the SEC meeting was a little small for all the skits and drama we do on retreat. The SEC room also needs a lot of work. Our over all experience was like always AWESOME. This is also where my family come on vacation as well. Not in the large chalet (#3) but smaller ones. GREAT GREAT GREAT PROPERTY!!!!
We loved the chalet! Clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect for visiting Dollywood. Would have been nice to have 3 bathrooms but we managed with 2. This was our second stay with Smokey Mountain Christian Village and we will definitely stay here again. LOVE the no pets, no smoking rules!!!!
Lovely house. Felt like home. Very comfortable and roomy. Everything was so clean. Very pet friendly. Loved it would stay again. It's right across from Dolly's Waterpark and Dollywood a pass holders dream
We had a great stay.
We made great memories during our family Thanksgiving retreat. The cabin was clean and spacious. The layout was fine with the exception of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms were in two of the bedrooms, so guests had going to the bathroom during the night had to go through the bedroom of other guests - it was a little awkward. There was not a big screen TV and not TVs at all in the bedrooms which was an issue for my husband.

Overall, we had a great time despite these small inconveniences.
The chalet was great, more than I expected. It was peaceful and quiet and I really enjoyed it. We had one morning that we had to take cold showers. Staff were quick to respond but shower time was over by then. The refrigerator leaked water and the freezer and ice machine did not work. These were not real big issues for us. And again staff responded quickly but it was not an easy fix so the problem was still there when we departed. Would have been good if that had been checked prior to our arrival. The play area at the pool had broken landscape ties and rebar exposed. This would be dangerous for a child if he fell. And we were disappointed that the volley net and bonfire area were under construction. This all sounds negative but we really did enjoy our stay. But thought you needed to know these things to make things even better. We will visit again.
Edencrest was a life saver we were moving into the area and had trouble with our move. This left us between homes for a time. Our stay at Edencrest filled that void providing us with an enjoyable option. I would recommend Edencrest to anyone vacationing in the area or needing a fill between houses.
Had a Great time. Employees were very helpful.
We had a big group on a retreat and rented 2 cabins that were just down the hill from each other- it was great having a bigger and a smaller one. We used the downstairs of the bigger cabin for our meeting place and it was great! To my knowledge everything was really clean and it's a great location in between pigeon forge and gatlinberg and right across the road from Dollywood!
The vacation planners were awesome and very helpful with our planning process. The price was super reasonable and the accommodations were great. We definitely want to stay here again!
We had a youth retreat and have stayed in this same spot for the past couple years. The space is clean and accommodating. We have enjoyed our time there the past few years. This year we had difficulty accessing the event center we had rented and were unable to access it until the following day. I am still waiting on management to contact me back regarding this. Otherwise we would stay here again.

The lack of access to a bathroom except for in the two bedrooms is a little odd. It makes it difficult for those not staying in those two bedrooms. We did notice the couch had been replaced!
Great home! Very clean, great location. Perfect place for a small or large group.
Reservation was easy, didn’t like the fact money was drafted out of account before it was supposed to be without notice. Had to call maintenance and they where there within minutes.
The cabin was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful on the inside. The kids took advantage of the pool and enjoyed their swim. The front porch swing was nice to sit on to relax after visiting all the attractions near by. We will definitely being staying here again.
This was my second year to stay with Eden Crest during the Shades of the Past car show. It was discovered during check in that my reservation had been turned in for 2018 not 2017 as intended. Within minutes the staff at Eden Crest had us relocated into another great unit and enjoying our long weekend. I am hesitate to leave a good review because I'm afraid the secret will get out of how great this place is.
Wildwood Falls was our home away from home for a multi-family vacation and baseball tournament in Pigeon Forge. The location was ideal as it was close to shopping, restaurants, and the baseball complex. Two couples and seven kids had plenty of room and the kids LOVED having a space of their own. The only thing that would have made this rental better was one more bathroom, but we made it work.
The cabin was welcoming. Decorated for Christmas. Very spacious. The heat kept us toasty warm, however the fireplace never worked. Several of the heat vents were closed in bedrooms but that didn’t prevent the heat from keeping it warm.
