Stayed here for a girls weekend getaway, and to take in a show at Tuacahn. Place was just the right size and probably one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed at. The location was great, if you don't mind being outside of town a little bit...grubhub does go out there, in case you want to stay in. They had just about every kitchen amenity you could think of. And I thought the fireplace was a plus... one of the reasons I picked this rental over the others. <br/><br/>Only thing, I wish it had been decorated for Christmas, but this company has a lot of rentals, so it might not be feasible. <br/><br/>Would totally recommend this rental, and the rental company.

This was our second stay in Quail Corner and we enjoyed it just as much the second time! This unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is such a great location for hiking, biking, pickleball, and golf! Very quiet during the week and we love the view of the 18th fairway from this unit.

We had a great time, food at the grill was good ,staff very attentive, golf was good, hot tub was great, pickleball courts were very nice and lighted.

The home is really nice, spacious for a family of 5, well decorated, and all the comforts of home. Beautiful views, especially the sunrise coming over the mountain.

QUAIL CORNER WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY FOR OUR WEEK OUT WEST. PLENTY OF SPACE, COMFORTABLE SEATING, WELL EQUIPT KITCHEN,AND NICE OUTSIDE SITTING AREA.THE AREA WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY SMALL FAMILY/TRAVELERS VISITING ZION OR BRYCE CANYON.

We loved this condo - it truly was perfect in every way. Easy access, great communication, well equipped, super clean and oh so comfy. The outdoor patio has a peaceful view and is shaded in the afternoon. All the amenities you would ever need. The beds and bedding are so snuggly and comfortable. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is our favorite unit. BUT THE BED IN THE PRIMARY SUITE IS BEYOND AWFUL, so saggy my back was out for a week after our stay. Please let owners know a new bed would be much appreciated!

Very clean, beautifully decorated and organized. Perfect location and view. Only criticism: TV in master bedroom was not hooked up to cable, only bluray. Hot water is too hot and there is a potential liability for someone burning themselves. Screaming children at pool until 10:00 at night.

Very nice townhome. Clean, beautifully furnished. Lovely back patio with dining table and fantastic view of the golf course and mountains. I loved the location too, a bit out of the hustle and bustle but still very close. Comfortable beds. We had a terrific time, thank you!

Our experience was great. The home is well kept and nicely decorated. The location near the golf course is nice. It was clean and quiet which we like.

Very clean, very spacious. Loved the layout and back patio. Beautiful desert landscape. Super happy with pool and accommodations. Did not like the local golf course dining food. Quite terrible actually. Door dash something from town. Everything else was excellent!

The house was good, we had stayed at this house in the past. Only negative I had is there were no batteries in the bedroom remote. So when I was at the store I just picked some up

Everything was perfect. As described and as pictured. Can't go wrong. Ledges gold course was awesome as was dinner in the clubhouse.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. The entire property (home, grounds, pool, golf course, and clubhouse) was in excellent condition. And the home was very well stocked with everything you need! The patio was a perfect place to enjoy coffee or cocktails - and watch the golfers hit their second shot. We even figured out how to connect to our NetFlix account. Thanks for providing a great place - we'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Ledges for our getaway. Accommodations at unit 5014 were first-class. Home was tastefully decorated and well-stocked. View from the patio was spectacular yet serene. Could easily get used to this on a daily basis. Dan Dekker was very helpful in making our arrangements including our golf reservations. We will highly recommend using your service to our friends.

Oh my goodness... we just miss this was so perfect, so ideal. The spaces, the decoration, the amenities... everything was perfect...We could have just stayed there and made it our house forever!!!!.

We were very pleased to find the property in perfect order. As our second visit to Ledges, this property somehow managed to outdo the last with little things. A full length mirror and a couple of extra towel hangers would be the only improvement we could imagine possible. Very professionally run with all the contact information provided ahead of time to assist or help resolve any concerns, but the best part is we never needed to use it.Bottom line ... we loved it and can't wait to come back.

This rental was beautiful and very clean. Kitchen had everything. It was perfect for our family of four who all like to have their own beds! It could accommodate up to eight people, however. The only thing I would mention is there needs to be window covering in the master on the glass door and there was a window covering missing in the living room facing the neighbor. That is it! Everything else was perfect.We loved going to play pickle ball and the pool. The pool area could use some sprucing up in terms of umbrellas and nicer chairs, but it was fine for our family. We loved the location because of the views and proximity to national parks. There is no reason to stay in Springdale, in my opinion.We ended up eating in a lot because this house was so nice - we didn't want to leave.The management company was very helpful and responsive.We were going to play golf our last day, but it was too windy. So, can't say much about that, but the course looked beautiful.

The house was beautiful, high end amenities. Would stay again. Dan was helpful setting up all of our tee times.

Our vacation rental was beyond any of my expectations and the best vacation rental we have ever experienced, The furniture and decor we fabulous and the condo was very clean. The condo was very spacious and very comfortable for the two couples to share; it could easily have accommodated another couple quite comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and there was everything we needed to prepare our meals and snacks. We had access to the pool and Pickleball courts but were too busy golfing to use either - a short walk from the condo both looked very inviting! There was nothing about the condo that we didn't like - it was an 11 out of 10!Our experience with the property and reservations manager was also wonderful. Dan provided us with excellent services and was able to accommodate a last minute addition to our golf schedule as well as allowing us to check in a bit early. I would highly recommend Quail Corner as well as the Ledges Property Management group and will not hesitate to book again if we were in the area!

We loved it! The unit is brand new and so nice. I have very few complaints. Kimber was wonderful! We lacked hot water so she immediately sent someone to fix it. And when I asked about pickle ball equipment she went out and bought some for us. Great customer service! I would have really liked a blacked out master room so I&#x2019;d suggest a window covering for the door in the master room. Other than that, the unit was great. The construction across the street was a little dissatisfying but that&#x2019;s expected with a new development. Ledges is a beautiful place!!
