At 1,200 square feet with 14-foot ceilings through the main living area, there is more room to move around than most beach rentals will give you. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and counter space to spread out. It opens directly into the living area, which is where that square footage starts to make sense.Worth saying upfront: this is an older property that has not been remodeled. It is clean, well-kept, and priced honestly for what it is. If brand-new finishes are the priority, other listings on the island will serve you better.
