Nicely furnished, fully equipped with everything we might need, very nice gated community and easy to check in and out. We have no complaints and would be glad to recommend to anyone.

The place was nice although there was some white speckle things on the back bed comforter the place was nice. I did enjoy the stay but i didn't feel like it was right to charge the cleaning service and expect us to clean it spotless before we left. If i wanted to clean house on vacation i would have stayed home and saved $800. plus the way the floor was a lot cleaner when we left than when we got there. I just don't understand the cleaning fee when the only thing that would have to be cleaned is the sheets cause we cleaned everything else spotless.....But with that being said it was a very nice place and we did enjoy 95%of the stay. I didn't mind spending the money but we didn't want any BS charges if anybody said it wasn't clean so we took a bunch of pictures when we left. I'm not being negative, I'm just stating how i feel.

What a beautiful condo for a friends trip. Decorated so wonderfully. It was clean and spotless upon check in. We made additional reservations to rent it again. Loved the Christmas decorations.The only thing that needs 2 be repaired is the chain on the living room fan and light. Everytime u pull the chain it falls off.

We were a little leery once we learned this condo was being handled by a Company, as we previously stayed at a different location that had a company handling their condo and had a terrible experience. That is not the case with Sunset Nightly Rentals/Dream Weaver/RedAwning. <br/>The condo was the most updated one we have stayed at yet and very clean. There have even been more updates based on the picture and they're wonderful. We were even approved to have our 3-year old Red Setter stay, which means everything to us. You will love staying here.

The floors were dirty. They were very nice to send someone out on Sunday to redo them. After they left under the dresser was some kind of white powder my dogs tried to lick it up. In between the end tables were dirt. We have never had any problems with the condos being dirty. We have stayed with Sunset before. We will rent again from them.

The condo was very nice. Great location. The fact that we could bring our dog was a huge plus. There were only a few things that we noticed on our stay that were noticeable. (1) The floor was sticky. We could hear our shows sticking. Upon arrival I spilled some water and when I cleaned it up with a paper towel it was clear the floors were not very clean. It may be just an issue of what is being used to clean the floors. They looked clean but really weren&#x2019;t. (2) We wanted to utilize the pull out sofa but when we pulled it out it was filthy, complete with a couple dead bugs. Instead. We used the sheet on the couch and someone slept there. (3) This ones not a problem so to speak but it was odd. The lights for the bedroom are against the wall directly above the bed. They were nice but didn&#x2019;t really provide a lot of light. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

very nice place to stay it had everything you needed for a nice time. Very quiet and the surrounding area is very nice. The staff was very helpful and everything was well explained and very clean.

Nice place to stay, we stayed over a week, good location and clean, short walk to the river. This was our second time staying at Dream Weaver and we would not hesitate to stay again. It could use a few more kitchen essentials, like paring knives, grater, a couple more smaller size pots. And the bathrooms need more washcloths. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay.

The rental was great. Very clean and very good location to attractions. The complex is kept clean and people were friendly. We were able to take both if my grandchildren's service dogs which is the only way we were able to make this a true family vacation. Not many places allow for bigger dogs and my grandsons service dog "bear" is a Great Dane/Lab mix. The dog park was just down the road so were able to take them several times a day to run. We will be booking this location for our future family trips!

Very clean an comfortable atmosphere.

We loved this condo: pet friendly & recliner furnished. Close enough to Branson events nut away from city traffic. Cleans, beautiful & comfortable. I would suggest reworking the directions to the condo-the one provided did not get us to the condo but south of downtown Branson. We had to rely on our car's GPS afterall.

This was a great place to stay very happy with the place.

I have stayed in this condo several times and have always considered it my home away from home.

I spent 3 months here and thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a well-equipped, walk-in condo that suits my needs perfectly. This is my second long-term stay and I hope to return next Winter.

This condo was the best! Great location, kitchen well stocked, everything we needed. Beds so comfy and roomy layout. Corner lot on bottom floor so convenient.

Stayed 4 nights with family and dog. Property was very nice, only drawback was ants on the kitchen counter and a few spiders. King beds were comfy and extra blankets and pillows were available. Really liked that it was ground floor and didn't have to climb steps to take the dog out.

Directions to the condo was excellent..the instructions to access the rental was spot on..the accommodations were phenomenal..this is a wonderful place to bring your fur babies. Everything we desired to do or see was close by..we will use this rental again.
