We had a good experience with VRBO. The listing was accurate, the property was clean and well maintained, the beach location was perfect, and the local restaurants were excellent.

We've been going to PB and Ft. Pickens road for 37 years and this was one of the best trips yet! PSV condo was very large and pretty comfy! Beds weren't great but I've slept on worse! Memory foam mattress toppers would help! The large utility room and full size washer dryer was awesome!<br/>While the walk to the beach itself was short, the wooden boardwalk had very steep stairs so it was tough for an older person (my 86 yr old mom). Highly recommend the HOA rebuild and use a ramp so folks can wheel a wagon of beach toys out there rather than have to carry everything! <br/>Navarre Management folks were very responsive and helpful.

My family and I love this place! We have been staying here for years. Easy access to the beach. Great amenities in the house. Great accommodations! There are even chairs, beach toys and umbrellas for use. Short drive to the boardwalk and other attractions.

We ended up here by chance. The owner of another property we had rented decided to sell, so the listing agent found us this place instead. It was a blessing in disguise.<br/><br/>First of all, the place was clean. Very clean. All appliances worked. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils one could hope for. One frying pan should be replaced due to scratched and falling off Teflon coating, but other than that we were able to use the kitchen just like home.<br/><br/>The unit itself had a great floorplan and the different outdoor balconies provided us sun and a way to get out of any wind. Even on some cool days, we were able to get some major Vitamin D on the balconies.<br/><br/>If you are a walker, you will love not only the beach access, but the paved public sidewalk across the street. You can walk east all the way to "town" and the Tom Thumb convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is an easy walk.<br/><br/>If you need a panoramic view of the beach, you may be disappointed by the somewhat restricted view due to the buildings in front of this unit. But those are only single story and even on this unit's lower balcony or from the great room, you still have a nice view of the beach. <br/><br/>The only disappointment was in the outdoor gas grill. One of the three burner knobs would not turn and the grill itself is really low end. I was able to cook several meals on it during the few weeks we were there, but it was a struggle. If I was cooking for more than 2 people, it would not have cut it due to the reduced cooking area and the fact it is rather small to start with.<br/><br/>If you care about your car, you will love the garage. This is a valuable feature in my opinion. Your vehicle and other toys can be kept secure and clean.<br/><br/>Also, the new decking outside the unit was very well done and had it been later in the season (hot), we would have used it when we needed to cool off and get out of the sun.<br/><br/>Overall, we woul

Spring Break vacation was fabulous. Townhouse is on the "quieter" end of the beach. Extremely spacious. Location is great. Short walk or drive to shops or restaurants. Grand Marlin and The Fish House were our favorites. We didn't utilize the available trolley, maybe next time. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Even though beach view is between 2 front buildings is was spectacular. Multiple decks to enjoy the different views. Kitchen well stocked for all cooking needs. Large laundry room off kitchen was very convenient. Garage was nice. Suburban was an easy fit. Any and all beach items needed were provided. Beds were comfy. We had an issue with accessing Netflix and the property manager was available almost immediately with a new remote and to assist in fixing the issue. Exceptional customer service from the rental agency. The "Ikea" sofa was a little "tired" but still adequate for all our needs. Plenty of seating in the family and dining rooms. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Have been coming to this complex for over 30 years. Have stayed in B&B many of those years. It is always a great experience.

This rental is fantastic! You are right next to the beach. A pool for the kids if it gets too rough in the ocean. Everything you need for a shrimp/crab boil. Nice kitchen for cooking so you don't have to wait in line eating out. Close to all the attractions on the island. We've been coming to this spot for a few years and will be back next year!

My family and I rented Portside Villas for our spring break this year. I can't say enough about what an excellent location this is! I am not one for high rise condos. This has immediate access to the beach, with it's singing white sand. It is very close to Fort Pickens which was great for morning runs. The condo is spotless and has plenty of space for the 5 of us. We were treated with several amazing sunsets in addition to being able to watch dolphins from the beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available. Loved it!

We loved our stay in Pensacola Beach! Thank you for sharing your lovely townhome. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and a perfect location close to the beach. We loved this house, so close to the beach and the nice white soft Pensacola sand! We had perfect weather and the kids were in the water for hours! There were plenty of beach chairs and sand buckets, but no beach towels. But one phone call to the manager, and 6 new beach towels were dropped off! The house was clean and beautiful throughout, we would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this unit and some of the other condos here for almost 30 years. It never disappoints!
