Stayed here for 3 nights and wish it was longer! <br/>Pros- <br/>Incredibly clean<br/>Furnishings are top notch<br/>Perfect location w/ the golf course out your back window<br/><br/>Cons: <br/>The 2 master beds aren&#x2019;t very comfortable. If you like super firm mattresses you will love them. However, the Queen room mattresses were heavenly!! I want to buy some for my bed at home! Wish they had those in the master rooms too.<br/><br/>As long as this unit is available, we will stay here when we come to The Ledges! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Place was great

Our family stays in vacation rentals quite often & this one has to be our favorite! Everything was perfect. Pool being within porch views and close by was great. Pickle ball courts were also fun and used by our entire family. We had kids of all ages and this house was perfect for them! The Galaga/PacMan game was a hit for Even the adults! We especially loved how there was so many areas to come together. The upstairs family room was one of our favorites. The kids loved the toys provided. The rooms were great, kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pans, we cooked dinner and breakfast every day! Only one thing I would change which has really nothing to do with the actual property is that there weren&#x2019;t any stores or food places close by. The nearest ones were at least 10-15 min away and it was a hassle trying to go back and forth from the grocery store. But other than that, everything was awesome!

Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities. Love it here! 2nd year in a row to stay here and plan on being back for our third year in a row in 2023!

Loved the location of the house and loved the house. Everything was perfect. This is our 4th time staying at the ledges but our first time in the home We will be back again next year!

Wow! That was the first thing I said as we walked into our rental. I was very impressed with all the bedrooms, kitchen and living quarters. Our rental was clean and fully stacked with all our needs.<br/>A shout-out to a wonderful team that will take care of you. We could not have been happier, thank you so much The Ledges.

We loved this property that we used during the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Just a short drive into town was convenient and enjoyed the peaceful area to relax. Great proximity to Snow Canyon and the roadside bike/pedestrian path we took advantage of for nice 17 mile bike loop. Loved the large hot tub at the pool across street in the evening (hard cut off at 10pm enforced). Kitchen was well equipped for our meal prep. Balcony was toasty during the day without shade but had beautiful view to cliffs of snow canyon and the community pool. Would love to come back.

The home had everything we needed to enjoy our several-day golf trip to St. George.

We loved this home. So we'll decorated and supplied with every thing we could ever need. The view from the balcony was my favorite and we all sat out at night to watch the sunset over Snow Canyon and then star gaze. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The Poolside Perfection rental was beautiful, great location and easily accommodated our family of 7. The only downside was that the pool was sometimes quite crowded. Still, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the Poolside Perfection rental.

We were unbelievably happy with our accommodations at Ledges. Place was spacious well appointed, and in close proximity to pools and pickle ball courts. Will be booking again for sure. 5 Stars....

The home was very clean and was perfect for us and our two adult children. It would have definitely accommodated more if our married children and grandkids would have come as originally planned. Overall great location next to pool and pickleball courts. We had a great stay. We did not have much interaction with the management group although they did not respond to our text about check our procedures and when we arrived there was no garage remote and then it just showed up on the door the next day - maybe a little better communication would have been nice - but it did not impact our stay.

Second time at the Ledges! Absolutely love this resort. From the staff, Dan Dekker, who sets everything up for our trip, this has been amazing vacation destination! Can wait to go back again soon!!

Poolside Perfection exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, but not so fancy that you have to watch the kids at all times to make sure they don't break anything. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and flatware, and other cooking utensils, etc. and made it so easy for us to prepare family meals. The upstairs loft was stocked with board games and children's toys. The grandkids were so happy. Loved the pool and hot tub. We were very pleased with everything. We would definitely rent this unit again!

This home was immaculate and we had a great time. The kids loved the play with the old school video game system upstairs (Mrs Pacman & Space Invaders). The home was very clean and was stocked with all the necessary kitchen gadgets that we needed for meal prep.

It could not have been a better place to stay.

This is an excellent unit! We stayed here a year ago and there were no signs of wear. The furnishings are top notch! The kitchen is fully equipped. The pac man game is a definite bonus. We will be back!!

Having never been to this area, we were not sure what to expect. All aspects turned out to be top notch. Scenery was spectacular, golf was excellent along with the lodgings.

It was the best! Plenty of room, next to the pool, clean and gorgeous. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again!(maybe make sure there is tp in every bathroom ;) no worries though we just had to locate it and distribute where needed)

Description and photos were exactly as presented. Beautifully decorated, new facility. Minor problems, but superior management folks took care of every detail to our satisfaction.<br/>Highly recommend the Ledges and are considering returning around Thanksgiving.

Poolside Perfection was fantastic. The home was clean, nicely appointed, great location next to the amenities, nicely stocked with supplies, and a great floor plan for our family of 2 adults and 5 kids. We will definitely stay again. <br/> Dan Dekker, who oversees the guest experience at the Ledges was very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. He was always available for questions and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. <br/> <br/>We love this location. The Escapes at the Ledges community is a hidden gem. If you haven't stayed here, you must! The surrounding landscape of red rock mountains, Zion Canyon in the distance to the North, Snow Canyon to the south, and fantastic golf course nearby make this a treasure compared to other VRBOs in Utah's Dixie. The Escapes are the perfect distance out of the way for quiet, but only a ~5 minute drive to restaurants, movies, C-stores, Grocery stores, etc. It is peaceful and quiet, no light pollution makes the stars pop at night, the community is relaxing, the amenities are as nice as any other communities we've stayed at in St G. Give this place a try! We enjoyed it so much we are considering purchasing a vacation home.

The home was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the pool was very crowded in the evening and we typically had to wait until about 10:00 or later to swim.

Great place and great location just across from the pool. Was very clean and everything worked well. Only small thing was the garage door handle into the house was loose, if I had an Allen wrench I could of fixed it in 30 seconds, left a note so I am sure it will be fixed. Evening on the back patio were great with the shade and after the sun went down the upstairs patio was a great place to visit. Spent one day at the beach ( Sandhollow only 30 minutes away!) and another day at Snow Canyon which is adjacent to the property. Tuachan is close with some good outdoor performances. This is a wonderful place that is a good value also.

We were delighted with the accommodations at the legends. The house we rented was beautifully furnished and was well stocked with appliances, dishes, towels, and all other necessities. The views were outstanding. The manager, Dan Dekker, was very helpful, and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate recommending The Ledges.

This property was incredible. Brand new,location was perfect, the pool was awesome. The staff was over the top accomadating, giving us a late check out and very kind and professional. We stayed in the poolside perfection unit which lived up to its name. Would totally do this again.

This place was great. We had such a great time and started planning for another stay while we were still there. Very well kept and stocked with everything you need. Lots of fun with the pool, pickle ball and golfing, we were never bored. Also, just sitting out on the deck relaxing.

We had a short weekend getaway to the Poolside Perfection and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The home was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The home itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook several meals at home. Great customer service. I would recommend the hine to a friend.

We loved it! The kids are wondering why we can't just live there. The decor, the functionality, the space...all of it was amazing.

Great place to stay and the views from the back deck towards hole 9 had the most amazing view ad sunrises. <br/>Only thing is we really missed The Golf Channel as we wanted to watch the golf tournament. The Golf Channel is a must for a golf getaway.

We stayed for three nights in May and it was better than I ever could have expected. From the spacious rooms to the wagon to carry all your stuff to the pool, it had it all.

I do not want to rave about this place because I loved it so much and want to be greedy and keep it to myself. However this place was so perfect for a spring break vacation. So much fun the location is perfect by the pool and backing the golf course.... best vacation ❤️

Have been traveling from Northern Utah for a weekend golf trip for 15 years. Decided to give the condo thing a try. Best decision we’ve made. Condo was wonderful. Accommodations exceptional. Location close enough to everything, but far enough away. Great team to work with

We loved every minute of our time spent at poolside perfection. The location was perfect, my sister was kitty corner from us. We were able to go back and forth easily. Everyone loved the Pac-Man machine. Shade in the morning on the front deck, shade in the evening on the back deck. Could not have asked for a better long weekend.

Beautiful property, very nicely furnished. Only complaint is the walls between units seemed pretty thin. We could hear kids in the unit next door running around early in the morning and in the late evenings.

The rental worked out perfectly for us. From furniture, to beds, to kitchen, it was very comfortable and accommodating. The hot tub was especially welcome after our days of golf!

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful and was very clean! A great first impression! It had everything we could have needed and a couple things we forgot! It was nicely decorated but not so nice that I&#x2019;d be afraid to take kids. We loved the set up of beds so that we could accommodate 6 siblings/spouses and parents for a 60th wedding anniversary celebration. It was perfect. It is also as close to the pool as you can get and the location made it work to park several cars. The whole process was very straightforward and easy. Our only suggestion would be to possibly charge a little more for cleaning and not have guests do as much when a group that large has to be ready and out by 11. We would love to use it again! Thank you!!

We have rented this property several times for Family Get a Way's and it continues to be a very clean, comfortable home and easy access to everything.<br/>The home has everything so you really only need to bring your clothes and sit back and relax. <br/>The property manager Dan Dekker always comes by to say Hi and wants to make sure the rental meets our expectations.<br/>We love the Ledges and always plan on 2 or 3 trips per year to there.<br/>Thanks Dan for another great (restful) time at one of your rental properties. We plan on returning at the end of Sept for our 42rd Wedding anniversary get a way. <br/>

Our family LOVED staying at Poolside Perfection!! The modern decorating and spacious design were so pleasing. What a delight! Everything was very high level. We really felt pampered! And all commented on how comfortable the beds were. We also enjoyed sitting on the patios (both sunrises and sunsets were incredible views). We loved the location right by the pool, and yet it was still very quiet. We didn't want to leave!....already looking at a possible time we can return here!!
