About this property

Located at third street directly on the boardwalk with oceanfront views from every balcony. If you want to be in the center of fun, this is your spot. Each one bedroom, one bath unit is equipped with a full kitchen, fabulous view from the living room, and central air. Some units provide a washer and dryer and all units have access to the building's central laundry room. The building is equipped with an elevator and one car parking is provided. Some units are NON-SMOKING. No internet and limited cable service from Nov 1st to March 31st. Streaming HBO-Max and Netflix also included.

Please note:

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.
Renters must be financially responsible adults having been employed for two years or more full-time and have an established solid credit history.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Linens are not provided unless you made arrangements to rent linens. We can accept add-on linens orders ten days or more before your check in date.

It was mid may with a high in the 6Os and the air conditioner was struggling to keep the condo below 70 degrees. Clean but dated. Kitchen had everything we needed from utensils to appliances. Right on the boardwalk and close to everything.
