We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant View! We only had one issue in that the refrigerator wasn't working properly. We had to use the freezer as the fridge because the fridge wasn't cold enough and the freezer was the temperature of the fridge! Better than no refrigerator at all! Beautiful place, very roomy and location of unit was great. We spent lots of time on the patio and loved it!

Everything the location, cleanliness, and helpful management team is/ was wonderful. I love staying at The Ledges.<br/><br/>I was disappointed in this particular homes personal amenities. Such as; one hair dryer shared between 3 bathrooms, no wine glasses, minimal large serving bowls, etc. Necessities needed when staying over a period of time. Otherwise the home itself was really nice.<br/><br/>Thank you

This is our second time down to the Ledges and we absolutely love it. The red rock hills and quiet area makes it a great retreat for a family. Loved the house and all the amenities it had to offer. We will definitely be back.

Pleasant view was a great rental property, great for a weekend getaway with friends! <br/>It was clean and well maintained. We loved being so close to the pickle ball court!<br/>I really liked that there was great communication from the property managers.

My sister-in-law & I were in St. George to hike and relax. This location is perfect for Snow Canyon and the St. George area. The house was well-stocked (coffee, paper towels, tissues, TP, pool towels, soap).<br/><br/>However, there was no place to put our glass when we were sitting around - no end tables either in the living room, family room or outdoor roof-top deck. We moved the bar stools around the house to put our drinks on. Also, there are no dressers in the bedrooms, or luggage racks, so your suitcase in on the floor, open.

Property was delightful, nicely furnished with spacious rooms and private deck. Adjacent to excellent bike,walking path. Minimally distant from St.George for a more sequestered feeling. Beautiful sunsets at night. Would highly recommend this property!

The rental home was clean and comfortable and the area was quiet. Our children enjoyed the community pool. Overall we had a great experience.

This stay was absolutely perfect. The first time my family has taken a vacation to really relax and his was the best place for it! Perfect location for being away yet being close to "things" but most importantly close enough to Zion that we didn't have to wake up incredibly early to beat the crowds. It had everything we needed. 1 hour in and we wre already planning our next trip back. Thank you!

Our recent stay at The Ledges was a amazing! This was our first visit to St George. There were 7 people in our party and the rental we stayed in accommodated us perfectly and then some. The property was spacious and immaculate.... it looked and smelled brand new. The decor was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were cozy and comfy and they provided ooodles and oodles of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. It was well stocked with everything one would need for cooking, baking, eating, etc. (very nice pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, mixer, plates, bowls, cups, etc). The resort itself is also very well kept and very clean. The pool area was nice, the kids really enjoyed it. Location-wise, it was just a short drive to all the amenities in town, and from the beautiful hiking trails we enjoyed. We will definitely stay again and will recommend this location to all our family and friends. It surpassed our expectations and was absolutely worth every penny.

We stayed at Pleasant View three nights during our family getaway. We had an amazing experience. The villa was spotless. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to relax. It was so nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to go out for all our meals. We love Snow Canyon State Park and it so nice to be close. We went hiking in the cool of the morning, watched a movie during the heat of the day and went back in the evening to go hiking again. It was also an easy 35ish minute drive to get to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs to go paddle boarding. We will definitely stay at the Ledges when we visit St George in the future.

We had such a great Memorial Day weekend! This home was perfect for our family. Everything was in immaculate condition, clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and have provided it. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in multiple condos in St. George, but this has become our preferred homebase! Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in St. George.

A nice space in a gorgeous place- what a find. These rentals are well equipped, spacious and quiet. Perfect for grandparents to toddlers. Incredibly close to many hiking destinations and the view breathtaking. Right off the highway for easy access, so the road noise is there, but it quickly quiets down after sunset.
