OPEN FLOOR PLAN: With the living room, dining room and kitchen in the front of the unit, you and your guests get beautiful views of the Gulf while you cook, dine and unwind together in one bright, open space. With the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom in the back of the unit, you have added privacy and quiet, plus another balcony with views of the bay.

COMFORTS OF HOME: The living room has a 60” smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a Bluetooth stereo so you can easily play music from your own phone/tablet. The bedrooms (K, Q, Q+Q) have large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, top-notch Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and soft, cozy comforters. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, knives, glassware and upgraded appliances. The unit sleeps 10, has lots of closet storage, a full-sized modern washer/dryer, tile flooring throughout, and free WiFi.

AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Thanks to recent renovations, you’ll enjoy the new pool deck and chairs, splash pad, shaded cabana, outdoor BBQ and dining tables. With access to facilities at both Phoenix East and Phoenix East II (next door), you’ll get two outdoor pools (zero-entry pool at Phoenix II), two indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, tennis, basketball, racquetball and shuffleboard. The property has gated parking and 24-hour onsite check-in/guest support. Orange Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly community with great local restaurants, pier and charter fishing, water sports and nature trails. Outlet shopping, golf, and a waterslide park are all nearby.
