The cabin is great--clean, modern, and just the right size. The view of the beach is fantastic. We had an excellent time and would rent again.

Loved this rental! It felt like home, and all amenities, and kitchen dinner and glassware were very nice. Anything we needed to use for cooking was there. They even had a couple of corkscrews for wine bottles. The house was very clean and confortable, and since we were actually there for 7 days, we used the washer and dryer, which was a huge help. The house is close enough to the water to hear and see the surf, without being right down on the beach where most of the traffic and noise was, especially on the weekend. We sat on the deck quite a bit. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our stay, close to the beach and close to the ferry. The house was very clean and the check in/out process very simple. The staff was friendly and responded to emails promptly.

There were 5 adults so the home accommodations were perfect! The bathrooms and kitchen were all furnished with everything we needed and very clean. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again. Heads up to future renters...bring g mosquito's spray!

We recently rented the Parrot Head beach cabin. The location was beach front with a wide porch, outdoor furniture, and great view of the ocean! The cabin was neat, clean, and comfortable! The kitchen was fully furnished with plates, glasses, and utensils! Downstairs had an outdoor shower, a bathroom and a barbecue grill. We have stayed at Crystal Beach in other cabins numerous times but this was our best vacation and we plan on coming back to Parrot Head next year! I recommend it!

Check in process with Cobb was a breeze! Check out just drop the keys in the box! The house was great! It's a small 3 bedroom 2 bath with everything you need to relax and have a great time! The kitchen was fully stocked! It has a Weber grill for you to use. Washer/Dryer! The views from the deck were wonderful! Bring mosquito spray because some nights you couldn't sit on the porch or walk the beach there was so many it was unbearable! That was the only negative! Definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Parrot Head. the location was great and exactly what we were looking for!

House was nice, but the a/c and heater were broken not working at all. Fireworks were amazing, but extremely close & very very loud!! There is a major eye sore in front of the house. It is like public parking/swamp with trash. Took away from the view for sure!

It was a wonderful beachfront cabin, we didn't have to leave the house to enjoy the view. It was clean, had all the essentials.

This house was perfect for our week stay with a family of 6! We loved that we could see the beach from the balcony and it was a perfect walk to the beach every day.

I almost hate to give it a glowing review in fear it will be booked the next time I'm going to the CB! It was all I'd expected it to be, clean, updated, no maintenance issues and even the ice maker really worked great. It may be a little too close to the "Zoo" for some but I enjoyed the extra activity. But it was still pretty quiet overall. July 4th would be interesting for sure.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen had everything I needed.The only negative was the inability to pick up a single football game on a holiday weekend as the espn/sec stations were not subscribed. Big deal in our house. Parrothead was otherwise perfect! Stingaree was a good restaurant with great service and The Big Store was a crazy cultural experience and they had every single thing I forgot. Rent a golf cart, it is worth it.Yaddy at Cobb gets an A plus.

The house was great except for not having a door on the master bathroom. It was DESIGNED that way. This was a major inconvenience and we will not stay there again. When I mentioned it at checkout I expected something more than just a blank stare.

We had a wonderful time. Parrot Head was in a perfect location. It was very clean and nice. Fully met our expectations and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Plan to come back next year and will definitely use Cobb again.

really nice house , clean , a little short on cooking things, dose have a nice size smoker/grill to cook on , the deck is nice they do have a few nails that need drove on in, but all and all it was a great place to stay for a week. we would rent it again for sure and the people at cobb were super nice .....

We enjoyed the house and the ammenities we really liked the big balcony overlooking the ocean and overall had a wonderful time. Looking forward to our next rental very soon.

Parrot Head was the perfect location. Perfect beach front access. The house was clean and well equipment to meet all my needs for a weeks stay. I would rent this house again and again.

It was a very nice cabin. We had a great vacation. The home was decorated nicely and had lots of room.

The house is very nicely furnished and well equipped. The view is great from the deck and the house is very close to the beach. The only negative is that the house is located on a corner of a street with beach access and it became very busy and noisy on the holiday weekend, but this was not the case during the week. It was nice and quiet during the week.

I was a little disappointed in having the reality company calling me a month in advance to let me know there was a $100 linen charge and also a $500 deposit (to which I haven't received back yet). I have been renting a beach house for 3 years now and when I originally found this beach house I thought I had found a good deal. But after it was all said and done with taxes, deposit, and services it came down to it wasn't that great of a deal. I will probably go back to my old realty company.

Brought family and friends down for a week stay. Kids loved the beach despite the unusal amount of seaweed. House is in a great location on a corner lot just off the beach. House was clean and neat. Would recommend the house to others and would stay here again.

Couldnt ask for a better location and beach view. So convenient to just walk a few steps to the beach. Saved money because we didn't need a golf cart. The cabin is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked, and the BBQ pit is big. They provide really nice beach chairs. All in all, a very good experience. HOWEVER, it doesn't accommodate 8 adults. The sofa sleeper was useless. Might as well sleep on the floor because the mattress is horrible. We had to buy an air bed just to make it thru the week. The master bedroom is nice. A good sized closet and one chest of drawers. The second bedroom is ok. It has a closet, but no dresser. The third bedroom is just is big enough for a double bed. Period. So, 8 adults with a weeks' worth of stuff meant there were suitcases lined up along the walls. Not much privacy because bedrooms and bathroom all open into the living area. No hallway. Sounds nit picky, and maybe if you have no more than four adults it would be just isn't big enough for eight. For that much money they could at least provide a nice air bed. BUT, if location is everything, then Parrot Head is the place to be. I would rent it again with a smaller group.

Nice house with an open floor plan. The kitchen was nice but sparse on baking items such as large and small pans for the oven. Easy, quick walk to the beach was perfect.

we had a lovely time a Parott Head! We always love our visits to Crystal Beach. Renting through Cobbs Real Estate was seamless and most enjoyable. The location of the home was great and the views spectacular!

We had a great time at the beach. Location was great. Cabin was nice. However, the cabin could have been cleaner...little black hairs all over bathroom sink, shower, cabinet; furniture needed dusting; and floors were gritty/sandy. The bedspreads, pillows and shower curtain need to be replaced as they are dingy and stained. Only one recliner even though the love seat looked like wasn't. All in all, would probably stay here again. Grandbaby loved it..cried when we had to leave.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The beach cabin was great. It had everything we needed to make our stay even more enjoyable. My kids had the time of thier lives on the beach with the perfect weather.

We had a fantastic vacation at Crystal Beach! The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood with direct beach access & a great view. Cobb Realty was very friendly & helpful. The house itself falls short, however and I could never recommend it to anyone. Parking is difficult, especially if you have a trailer. There is minimal deck furniture and you're unable to move the existing chairs around the deck for sun/shade because they are bolted down. There are no lounge chairs to lay out on. The beds are uncomfortable & noisy - it actually wakes you up every time you turn. Pillows are very flat. The kitchen does not have adequate amount of dishes & the pans are very low quality so it's difficult to cook food correctly in them. The dining area is extremely small. Most importantly, there are no movie channels nor any Wifi in this home.

Overall ok. We had a few hiccups with the cabin. The coffee maker sprayed coffee grinds everywhere each morning but usually the second pot would work ok. The towel rack in the main bathroom was barely hanging on the wall and kept getting knocked down. An alarm somewhere inside or outside of the house kept going off in the middle of the night. We could never identify exactly where the alarm was coming from - possibly the locked owner's closet. There is no table on the upstairs deck to set anything on. The decor of the cabin left a bit to be desired. Adding a lamp in the living room area would be nice for evening lighting. The 3rd bedroom is really small and does not have a closet or anything to hang clothes or set luggage on. The DVD player was impossible to work. We finally went to the store and bought our own so we could watch the movies we brought with us. The exterior of the cabin has some wear and tear with the paint. The location of the cabin is good because it's basically waterfront. The road that it's on (Swede's road) tends to be a little busy because of the beach access. There are comfortable recliners in the living room which were nice to relax on.

We enjoyed our vacation stay. The view from the deck was awesome. Love sitting outside in the sun and walks on the beach. Exciting about building our new beach house soon.

Wonderful stay - beautiful, comfortable house; watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was the perfect start to my day, then a walk on the beach and playing with the grandkids in the sand and waves - my kids making wonderful meals in your well equipped kitchen; followed by watching the sunset and games inside till restful sleep - memories to last a life time. thank you
