We had a lovely time here! Great location and wonderful amenities! We particularly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and puzzles. The place was very clean and perfect for our group.

It was an amazing experience close to the golf course hot tub, pool, and pickle ball Courts couldnt be happy with our stay.

We were able to have a central location to meet and we had lots of room to spread out.

This was our second stay at the Ledges, everything was in good shape in and around the units. We Really like this place for its quietness at night and close proximity too so many amazing places to see in Utah.

Our stay at Once Upon a Tee Time was excellent. The property was beautiful and spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 teenagers), and the amenities were excellent. We'll definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the Zion area.

We found everything in good working order, clean and more than sufficient to make our two week stay away from the cold pleasant, relaxing and very accessible to the golf and other activities that Saint George has to offer. The Ledges staff are quite pleasant and very easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This property had 3 bedrooms and a loft for a total of 4 sleeping areas. This fit our group of 6 perfectly. We loved that our back door opened up to the pool! Great location - easy access. We also appreciated that there were games and puzzles available and the pantry was stocked with basics.

The stay was very pleasant. It was unfortunate that the golf discount at the Ledges Golf course was not clearly stated. Evidently you needed to make the tee time in order for us to get the discount. That was not made clear to us. It would be nice if you deducted the 10% x4 off of our total bill. Also, phone calls to the office were not responded to, I wanted to check whether my golf clubs had arrived. The personnel at the course had to send someone over the morning of our tee time to pick them up.

A friend and I stayed for six nights on the property and were extremely pleased with the location and condition of the rental. We wanted to golf and visit the parks and this location was perfect for both. Dan was extremely helpful with booking and arranging times and dates on the front end. If we're in the area again, we would definitely look up rentals with the ledges.

The home was clean, really spacious, had things to keep us occupied. It was overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend. Easy check in and check out.

This condo is very clean, large, and had everything our family needed for a great vacation.

Clean and in good condition; Nice to have games and dvd's available as well as cable. Pool is close as well

The property was clean and comfortable. However, the cover and filter to the heating vent upstairs had fallen to the floor before we arrived. The biggest problem was the upstairs stayed way to hot even when we turn the thermostat all the way down. It was over 70 degrees the whole time. Temperature outside was in te 30's.

Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation while staying at Once Upon a Tee Time. We loved being close to the resort amenities (swimming pool, Pickle Ball Court, and golf course) and to some of St. George's natural wonders (Snow Canyon). The rental was beautiful and Dan (the manager) was very accommodating. Over all we had a great experience and we plan on going back again soon!

All was good. We would have liked to have seen the kitchen appliances work better. But all in all good place and would stay there again.

This home is literally home away from Home! It has everything & more than you would need. It is super comfortable & in a great location. If we are ever in St George again, This rental will be top of our list!

The house was immaculate and the customer service guys Jeff & Dan were helpful & great to deal with!

We enjoyed our stay at Once Upon a Tee Time. We arrived early and Dan the manager gave us access to the condo early. The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. We really enjoyed the back patio. My only complaint was that the pool and pickleball court had no closing time. The noise was very annoying. People played pickleball until midnight...lights and yelling.
