Beautiful section of the beach, easily accessed, near Apache Pier, overlooking water park, and near all the amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brighton. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We spent hours on the porch enjoying the view of the ocean and watching the sunrise. Shopping, restaurants and other attractions are nearby. The newly opened Black Drum Brewery was a fun experience for us, a nice place for lunch and dinner or just enjoying a drink by the fire pit.

The room is awesome with a perfect oceanfront view. The master bedroom is spacious with a large bathroom. The living room is well designed. The second bedroom was comfortable. The only issue I had was the AC. We could not get the room to cool under 73°.

The unit was in great condition and had a wonderful ocean view. We had a great time. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Rental property itself was amazing. Was at times inconvenient when an issue would arise and there was no one to contact sick as a front desk. But the actual unit and property were perfect

We throughly loved our time at 301 Brighton. The access to pools, water park, and brewery was awesome. Location to beach and view of the beach was amazing. Condo was very clean and elevators worked great, no waiting. Definitely recommend staying at 301. Lobby was clean and welcoming and parking in parking garage was easy and close. The tv and couch layout wasn’t really comfortable in the living room, but I’m being picky at this point.

My husband, 4 teenagers and I loved this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked and in a great location. Our only recommendation would be to update the guest bathroom. It needs a little bit of work but it was very clean and functional. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is probably one of the best in the building... location is IDEAL for morning sunrise! Property Management was so helpful and communicated often. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely come back!

My family and I had a wonderful getaway at this condo! The layout was perfect for us and the condo had everything we needed. Being able to use the heated pool at the Embassy Suites was great, we can’t wait to come back when it’s a little warmer and the water park is open! Also, shoutout to the staff, they were awesome communicators and very responsive to all my questions.
