In the spacious open living room, there is ample seating around the flatscreen TV, creating the perfect setting for movie nights, family game nights, and some much-needed relaxation.

Just beyond the living room, the open kitchen allows the chef to always be a part of the action. Plus the crew can keep you company at the breakfast bar with seating for four. With warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. There’s even an adjacent wet bar with a sink, ice maker, and blender, the perfect spot to set out post-beach drinks and snacks. When it’s time to dine, the well-appointed Gulf view dining room hosts a table for six.

This home has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, perfect for families of up to twelve. Each inviting bedroom features beautiful flooring, dressers for storage, flatscreen TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms, including the primary ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The fourth full bathroom hosts a full-size washer and dryer for your use. With a King bed, two Queen beds, two full beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

And there’s even more room on the Gulf-front balcony. Stepping out onto the balcony and feeling the sun on your face and the breeze in your hair as you gaze out at the shimmering Gulf – there’s nothing like it. Sip your morning coffee while you search for dolphins in the surf, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, and lounge on a chaise with your favorite beach read. Then head downstairs for direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and more. It doesn’t get much better than this!

*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
