Master bath drain clogged and washer smelled mildewed

Our recent stay at your rental property was enjoyable. The environment was comfortable, secure, and clean. We were close enough to the beach, that we were not disturbed by chatter. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Condo was in great shape clean and comfortable we had trouble with tv called management and spectrums was here next day to fix the problem. Kitchen is wonderful well stocked looking forward to staying there every winter till we’re not healthy enough to come

We had a great time kicking back and relaxing. The rental was immaculate and just as shown in the pictures posted on VRBO. The rental company was responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the beds in the two queen size rooms were uncomfortable and could use an upgrade/replacement.

Beautiful ocean front property with enough room for kids and grandkids to enjoy; only wish there were two queen beds in one room instead of king!

1105 N. Hampton was an excellent choice. Everyone enjoyed the house and the super long patio. Will definitely stay there again.

This condo is clean and updated and offers every amenity my family was looking for. This year, we were pleasantly surprised at the additional furniture on the balcony--- we had our coffee out there every morning!! The balcony, rooms, and condo, overall, feel spacious and laundry area is super convenient. Quick, easy walk to beach! Owner is very accommodating-- even through pandemic situation last year, in allowing us flexibility with booking for 2021.

Our stay was great! The condo is well updated. New appliances, nice furniture, comfortable beds, great access to the beach and amazing balcony. We did have some trouble with the TV's but wasn't a big deal. The property has great security and is close to alot of places to eat. Main drawback was having to go 15 min further south to get the keys to check in and the same to turn in the keys when we left.

This condo was the perfect location for our girls' getaway. Each of us had our own bathroom and bedroom. The view of the ocean is perfect and each bedroom has access to the sprawling balcony. You will have convenient access to shopping, dining and just fun. Everything we needed was in the condo. I will stay here again. Check-in and checkout was convenient and easy. Management contacted me to see if I needed anything. We were steps away from the ocean. Perfect trip!

Key pick-up/drop off was easy but a bit of a drive. We forgot about that when we got in...photos and details were spot on, place was very clean and nicely updated. Weather was not great and indoor pool was shut down so we enjoyed the accommodations, and easy access to all the local flavors, even more. Definitely will plan on staying again!

We have used this condo unit for two years and have enjoyed both the condo, which is well appointed and the location. Kingston Plantation is located near golf, shopping, resturants and many other facilities.

Unit is beautiful, great view of beach and surrounding area. The unit is spacious and well equipped. We actually enjoyed hanging out together inside during hurricane Isaias. Property is secure and well maintained . After the storm passed they had it cleaned up very quickly. There is a beautiful indoor pool but due to Covid we were unable to use it ,oh well next time we visit we will. I would definitely stay there again. DJ was a wonderful rental agent . Checked in with us on our trip in and even met me in the parking lot with the keys.

This property was a great choice! The unit's description was accurate, it is beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed being located near restaurants and grocery stores. The building is also well maintained and extremely quiet. I would highly recommend this rental. We will be back in the future.

We had a wonderful time at North Hampton. It was beautiful and fully furnished. Plenty of room for everyone.The beds were comfortable. Full lineup of cable channels. Would definitely stay there again.

Every thing was as expected. Place was very clean and roomy. Decent ocean view. Pools were nice and this location is close to everything. Will stay again.

Beautiful place in a great location! Exactly what we expected matched the description of the pictures online. Very roomy and comfortable for my family. Overall extremely happy!!!
