Apartment was clean and matched the description and photos in the listing. No dissapointment with the location! We were able to see whales from the lanai and turtles below amongst the rocks.
Pool and hot tub were clened on a regular basis and staff working at the complex were very curteous and friendly. Staff are not responsible for this particular apartment but were still able to provide a plug for the sink that was missing.
Beach chairs and an umbrella were in the apartment as well as a boogie board. Beach nearby is a very short walk. Lots of people access the good waves out front with paddle, wind and surfboards. We never met anyone from the rental agency but the maintained contact with us throughout the stay and kept us up to date with notifications and reminders.
An older property but has had some nice updates to the interior. All of the furniture and bedding is super comfortable and the layout is nice. We were a party of 5 and initially I was hesitant because the floor plan seemed small but we had more than enough room to all hang out together or stretch out on two lanais. The place is very private and well insulated so you’ll hardly hear your neighbors. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked many of our family meals here. There are some spices and plenty of cutlery and cookware.
The beaches nearby are small and a little rocky but absolutely packed with honu swimming or sleeping on the sand. We counted 45 on one of the beaches! The rental comes with some super comfy beach chairs and sand mats. They also have a cooler for beach picnics! There is plenty of good dining nearby and a great grocery (Food Land) about 5 minutes drive away. More shopping and dining are closer to Lahaina (~10-15 minutes away).
It’s hard to imagine a place with better views. Combine that with the close proximity to food and fun and this place is a true gem!
Overall we had a wonderful stay- just sharing the above for feedback.
