Welcome to Nina's Place, your ideal short-term rental in the heart of Galveston. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 3 living areas home that sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy front living room, then walk down the hall to a spacious and inviting living area, both perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room off of the kitchen so you can feel refreshed your whole stay. Whether you prefer indoor relaxation or outdoor fun, this home offers the best of both worlds with a fully furnished patio, ideal for al fresco dining, grilling, and soaking up the Texas sun. The home also offers a dedicated workspace for helping you stay connected.
The master suite, located on the first floor, features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space for family or friends, each offering comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a king size bed, a queen bed, a crib, and a combination of loft, bunk, and trundle beds to accommodate everyone. The second full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs, ensuring everyone has easy access. There is a 3rd living room upstairs and we recently added a mini split AC for better cooling and heating of the upstairs.
Nina's Place is perfectly situated for easy access to some of Galveston's top attractions. Stroll to the beach a few short blocks away. Drive over to the historic Strand District, where you can explore charming shops, art galleries, and unique boutiques. Enjoy a meal at Fisherman's Wharf or Katie's, waterfront restaurants that offers stunning views and delicious seafood.
