Very nice, reasonably furnished & equipped, and fairly priced 1-bedroom oceanfront condo. Pool, hot tub, gas grilles all available. Longish walk downtown. AC in living room and bedroom are effective, but noisy - but that masks talkative guests and kids on stairs and landing immediately outside the bedroom. Lanai is lovely, especially in the morning. Only a poor too soft mattress in serious need of replacement keeps me from giving it 5-stars across the board. If you have any back issues be aware. If that were resolved, we would highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay here. The unit was very clean, the beds comfy, even the pillows! The view was AMAZING and there is a great little coffee place at the front entrance to the property at reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation in this condo. First of all, the location is excellent! If you love the sound of ocean waves, this is the place for you. 24/7, the sound of the ocean just outside the lanai.<br/>We've done a number of rentals before and this one was exceptionally well-equipped. Due to COVID, we ate many of our meals at home. The kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. There were even some basics like spices and cooking spray. The complex's gas grills are just steps away, so we utilized those a couple nights. The pool is also very convenient to this unit.<br/>About the only negative comment I'd have is that the sofa in the living room sags toward the middle, making it a bit uncomfortable for two people to share. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We loved our stay in this perfectly located, oceanfront property! The property complex was welcoming and quiet. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was one of our favorite things to do. We saw dolphins and whales daily. The King bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The furniture is a bit outdated in the living room but the recliner chairs were comfortable to sit in. Overall, a very positive experience and we hope to be back soon!!!

The condo is in a great location! You feel like you are on top of the water, you basically are! Each morning we watched colorful tropical fish swimming along the rocky shoreline below. The place was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. The King size bed was very comfortable as well.

Highly recommend. The description was exactly what I was expecting. Close to a very a nice coffee stand and easy to walk to town. Very quiet and enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Can&#x2019;t beat the view and crashing waves. Condo is very well equipped and well located for access to Kona. Only negatives are that it could use some updating such as balcony door and that it&#x2019;s a wooden building so you hear footsteps from upstairs.

The condo we rented at Sea Village (Unit 1-203) in Kona was absolutely wonderful! We were on the second floor and our balcony/lanai was truly oceanfront with the waves crashing just below us. We watched surfers and had our morning meals out there every day, as well as making sure we were there in time to watch the sunset each evening. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the ease of having a coded entry. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome refresh at the end of the day.

Clean, well equipped condo right on the ocean. Listen to the waves crash in the Livingroom, peace and quiet in the bedroom.<br/><br/>15 min walk into town.

We love doing our rentals through Kona Vacation rentals. We also love the location of the unit and it is very clean BUT the furniture is old and dirty/worn out. The lanai sliding door/screen is in need of replacement as well.

The view from the deck of this property, is worth the price of admission. Everything was clean and well put together. The property was also stocked with everything you would need.<br/><br/>The picnic and grill area was immaculate, and the pool was lovely. Location was also great.<br/><br/>The only negative is the property could use a new mattress, and the couch was a bitt uncomfortable. But we got by just fine! <br/><br/>Kona was nice, but if we came back to the Big Island, I think we would likely stay on another part of the island. It's all about the vibe you are looking for!

I&#x2019;ve traveled extensively and this is one of the best places I&#x2019;ve stayed for the price. Communication from the owners was excellent. The view is even more incredible in person. The unit was very clean, bed was comfy, and everything you could think of was provided. The grounds were beautiful and quiet at night. My only small complaint is about the air conditioner. The place got uncomfortably warm in the afternoons and the two room units weren&#x2019;t enough without running them a lot, which I didn&#x2019;t want to be charged extra for. Other than that, and despite that, I would absolutely stay here again!

The location is perfect, quiet, close to town and restaurants, beautiful view of the bay. Beach accessories in the closet were a bonus. Mattress does need updated, sunken and soft. Would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location and beautiful views from the moment you open the door. This was our first time using Vrbo and we were impressed. The unit we stayed in was the best spot in the complex. Pool view, ocean view, near bbq and parking.

Unbeatable location with breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. Falling asleep and waking up to crashing waves was exactly what we wanted. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Had all the basic amenities we needed (coffee grinder was broken but we just went and bought ground coffee) including all beach and snorkeling gear. Great grounds with well equipped barbecue area where we grilled local fish and grass fed beef purchased at nearby grocery store. All others staying here were friendly and respectful of the quiet hour rules. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this condo! Gorgeous view, nice condo, snorkeling equipment, even air conditioning (which a lot of places don't have here). Perfect location. Check-in/out automated. Management not really responsive while we were there, but that was not a big deal.

We are annual visitors to this location, which is ideal for 2 people. Pull out bed available for short time guest. Wonderful ocean front view. 0ne bureau is now inside a locked closet, so storage is limited, otherwise 5 stars.

The two of us stayed at Sea Village 1-203 from April 1st to April 5, 2020 during the Corona Virus scare. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Including sand chairs for the beach, boogie boards, snorkel gear and ice chests of a couple different sizes. The condo was clean and the kitchen well-stocked with spices and minor stuff you need to cook efficiently. The king-size bed was comfortable and we fell asleep listening waves crashing on the rocks right outside the living room as this place is right over the shore.

hands down one of the best vacation units i'v rented, the ocean crashing just out the window was amazing, the location is close to a lot of things on the island, the unit is very clean and not outdated at all, key-less entry door and a nice kitchen too, would definitely stay here again, does not compare to any other place i'v rented in the big island or Maui

Sea Village is a very nice, well-maintained property. This 2nd floor (stairs) lanai ocean front unit with bay and town view was very well equipped, management seems to have guided owners to provide everything that most vacationers would like to have in a rental. There are a fairly large number of units, the only negative I would offer is that it seems like there would be an additional pool for such a large property with no beach.I would recommend the owner deep extraction clean the tile and grout floor and shower for the best overall appearance and experience. Everyone there, owners and guests alike, think the spa is 2-4 degrees too hot. The owners should be able to influence that.

This is your place is you love being practically on the ocean! The lanai sits out right over the waves below and the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep. Super clean with everything you need to enjoy the Big island of Hawaii. Gorgeous sunsets every night to enjoy as you reflect on the beauty around you and another day in paradise.

The unit and views were exactly how I anticipated. It looked just like the pictures. The view from the lanai is unbelievable and we liked the sounds of the ocean as well. The unit was very clean and it was a perfect size for the two of us. It is very close to town and there's even a little coffee shop that's adjacent to the property. They have great coffee and sandwiches as well. The host answered the emails I sent in a timely manner (had issues figuring out the remotes). I would definitely rent this unit again if I were to return to the Big Island.

We were so pleased with this unit. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was so convenient to everything. The way it was described is exactly as we found it upon arrival. The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom made it very comfortable. The view from the lanai was amazing, we enjoyed relaxing and listening to the water crash on the rocks made it so relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

The entire process was easy from reservation to check in. The condo was just as described and the pictures were exactly the view we had on arrival. Very pleasant host. Lots of beach activity gear available. Well stocked unit with everything needed to start out. Very happy with our selection and would stay again in the future.

This vacation rental is in a perfect location with a stunning view. We had breakfast and dinner every night on the patio overlooking the water and watching the sunset while we ate dinner. The rental is extremely clean and very well stocked with kitchen utensils. There is a grocery store 1 1/2 miles away. There are beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear , towels etc. for your use. The rental was very quiet- we just enjoyed the sound of the ocean. We will definitely return .

Sea Village is a very well kept condo complex. Generally the people are very friendly that stay there. Our unit (#1-203)was clean, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. The ocean view from the unit is fabulous, and the location overall is great being very close to the pool and garden area.

We love Kona and always stay in Sea Village. This was the very best unit to date. The owners put quality and taste into decor and linens. The bed and other furniture was comfy and appropriate. Really loved the tall chairs and table on the lanai.

We had a great stay at Sea Village. The views, location and condo set up was ideal. Watching dolphins from the lanai was a morning ritual and swimming with turtles, manta rays and dolphins was the icing on the cake. Love Kona!

Have stayed at SV for probably 25 years, and in 1203 at least 10. We come back because we like the location and its amenities. The owners of 1203 keep the unit updated and in good repair. That and the fact Mark and Joyce are just nice people have kept us coming back.
