Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. This is NOT a place for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. Unauthorized gatherings or violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your stay. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.
