We throughly loved our stay here. Super clean condo with amazing views. We were spotting sea turtles from our balcony. Beach is just steps away, bring you snorkel and walk right in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This condo was incredible, except with a pretty big flaw. When there is any amount of rain, the window sill leaks in multiple spots onto the floor. We arrived in the middle of a large tropical storm, and there was 10'x1.5' of standing water on the hardwood floor near the window. We used almost all of our towels (except a few to use for showering) to clean up the mess, and requested more the evening we arrived. The next day it rained more, and the leaks persisted. We found a cooler, a sand toy bucket, and multiple pots and pans to collect the water. Even when it was barely sprinkling, leaks would happen. The hardwood floor would squeak in places with all the water trapped underneath. When I asked for two beach towels on our first sunny day, we were told that we should do a load of laundry because they were out of towels. I didn't pay $800+/night to do laundry... Sorry for preventing water damage in your unit. We ended up purchasing cheap beach towels so we could get on with our vacation. Aside from that, this condo has most everything you'd ever need, especially in the kitchen. Great shower, comfortable bed, huge TVs, cool lighting, and the lanai-less lanai turned out to be super nice. We saw sea turtles (and a manta ray) in the water every day, just floating on the shore. We also saw a few whales! The AC worked great, the fans kept things cool, and the decor was fantastic. Beach chairs and snorkel gear was a nice plus. Also within close walking distance to great restaurants, food carts, and grocery outlets. If the window leak gets fixed and customer support is improved, we would definitely come back. 4/5 stars for me.

This location and view from the room was the highlight of our trip. The waves are so close and are so relaxing while falling asleep.

The location of this property is amazing! It does not have a deck/lanai however when you open the sliding glass doors the ocean is right there! It truly is a fabulous view. The living area is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall I gave it a 4 as the bathroom is very small, a little hard for two people to use at one time. Also, it does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however there is access to one directly across the hall of this unit.
One issue was that the outer door needs to be pulled hard to be sure it is closed. When we arrived the door was ajar and twice we went back up to be sure we had closed it and it was not, glad we remembered to check it.
Maybe just a note inside the unit to let renters know to secure the door upon leaving. Aside from that, the view and location truly make this a memorable vacation. As it was Dec/Jan the whales put on a fabulous show for us!

We had the BEST time in Maui! The property was amazing on all dimensions: easy and simple checkin (with clear instructions), great spot to access everything on the island, best view, clean, enough basic amenities, great furniture and decoration, chairs and cooler for the beach... just PERFECT! We would certainly stay there again if we come back, and we really hope so!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location worked well for us to both enjoy the ocean and to be picked up for our Road to Hana experience.
The condo was very spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It was a pleasure to stay with you.
