Nice property, the four bathrooms were nice for a larger group. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you could need to cook was there. Also appreciated having extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there when we arrived. Beds all comfortable. Liked having a single thermostat for the entire unit over the individual wall heaters that are common in Mammoth. Televisions all worked well and having YouTube tv hooked up for live tv made no cable in the unit a moot point. Management company was receptive to questions we had. Couple minor issues that we wish we knew about - the washer was taped shut with "out of order" signs on it. When the unit is advertised as having an in unit washer and dryer, we would have liked to know it was not working before arrival as with a big group, we would have preferred to have the chance to do laundry while there. Also, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, it does not clean dishes well at all and we spent quite a bit of time hand washing dishes. Those aside, we would stay here again.

The only issue I had was that the handrail for the stairs had not been cleaned for a long time. It was very dirty and sticky.

The condition was excellent, there were two things which were slightly annoying. One was the angle of the kitchen counter, it was difficult for more than two people to be in the kitchen. The other was the cramped parking, I had a 6 passenger truck and parking was difficult. Parking a dually would be nearly impossible. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Liked the double doors in front along with the mud room.

The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

This condo is conveniently located downtown. Easy to get to grocery store and located close to restaurants. The condo has lots of space and a bathroom for every bedroom. The only downfall is that the parking is very tight for larger SUV's.The parking spots are at the very end and right next to a fence. The easiest way to get in and out is to back into the parking spots. The kitchen is fully stocked except for measuring cups and spoons. Overall great place to stay. I would recommend this condo to other guests.

Only problem was one bathroom shower the hot water handle did not work so getting hot water was hard

the unit was clean. kitchen was fully equipped. checking in & out was quick. only question is I paid $769 per night & a sign posted by the front door said Max Room Rate: 529. why the higher rate?

- There were a few mouse traps with dead decompose mouses - there were couple of dirty socks underneath the bed - the WiFi did not work - could not reach management by phone, so we removed dead mouses ourselves

Great to stay in a large condo that could accommodate our whole family including the Grand kiddos!

We love staying here every year during the summer. This townhome is ideal for our combined families of eight. It has 3 nice bedrooms, a loft, 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen and parking is right outside the front door. Always clean and well-maintained. Beautiful location by the golf course and very close to the supermarket and restaurants. We plan to return at the end of summer.

Plenty large enough for 8 of us. Nice that it is an end unit. Only downside was that carpet needs a good cleaning, but not so bad that we wouldn't stay again.

Very cozy and clean! It has all the appliances you need for cooking, and for bath room amenities. Especially, it is in great location. The only big supermarket is Vons in Mammoth Lake, and it is with walking distance within 10 mins! Very convenient.

It was good. the picture of the living room is a little deceptive in size and anyone sleeping in the loft gets up when the first person hits the kitchen or light comes in but overall we all liked it and there were 8 of us. It is really handy that Vons and Starbucks are a 5 minute walk away.

Thank you for a great experience. The location of the home was just right! Very close to the nearby shopping centers and restaurants and still close enough to the lakes to enjoy some fishing with the family and friends. The home was very clean and with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit and stay in a beautiful home for great vacation.

Great home, very clean and cosy with everything you need for a great family vacation! We were 8 adults and 2 kids under 2 and were all very comfortable, we had no problems with the accommodation at all and had a great week skiing and hiking. The bus stop right outside takes you to the Eagle Lodge chairlift in 5 mins and the market and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk - we can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes. The staff responded well to our questions before our arrival. They arranged for extra parking spaces. When we arrived a window screen was broken, and the maintenance team repaired it the next day. However, some of the supplies were not adequate for a week's stay.

Nice townhome and location. Clean and well maintained. Could use an update on silverware and utensils in the kitchen.

Overall very good. Only problem that we discovered when cooking dinner is that the oven did not work.

Nice condo, it was very clean. Good weather and good location. Over active bezoar at night. A bear broke into our truck 1 night and caused extensive damage with no food inside.

This townhouse was perfect for a large group of nine! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was modern, clean and well stocked. The location was ideal. We fished the lakes and streams nearby. We will definitely stay there again if it is available next year!!

Our family had a really nice week up in Mammoth. We arrived the day before Christmas Eve and the snowfall. Everything in the townhouse was clean and comfortable. A couple suggestions would be for the owners to update the bathrooms. We are all of average height and the vanities are all way below standard-they were only about 25 inches tall and standard height is approx 33 inches. The only other thing is the kitchen table is way too large for the space, so it made seating difficult when our family was all eating together. Perhaps maybe an oblong table rather then a round one would work better. Also, the reviews we read as far as the kitchen not being well stocked with pots/pans/tools-we found it to be well equipped. The fire should have some instructions on how to operate. We got it working through trial and error but instructions for safety sake are always helpful.

The condo is centrally located -- right on the shuttle route and within walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, restaurants and a Short drive to the village and lake. Reservation went smoothly. Great location near bus routes, walkable to Vons. Awesome to have 4 full bathrooms, a rarity for a condo. All bathrooms nicely remodeled. Parking a bit tight, but manageable. A bit expensive, but worth it for a large group.

We previously stayed here twice. The condo is spacious and can accommodate large groups. We love the beautiful location, parking is outside the front door, and is minutes away from the market. It has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, and more. We look forward to staying there again next year!

This is an excellent rental for larger families or groups of friends, on account of the 4 bathrooms.

We have used the condo on several occasions with positive expereinces. Very conveniently located for shopping and shuttles to the mountain. The condo layout suits our needs and is very comfortable and functional.

once again, a wonderful ski trip. Townhome #24 is comfortable and convenient. No need to go out for meals with all the cooking supplies available. Easy walk to the shuttle and vons so never started the car for 4 days.

This condo is spacious and clean. This was our second year and there were six of us. The three bedrooms plus loft and four baths were perfect! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and parking space right outside the front door. Beautiful location and is very close to the market and other shops. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Property was as described, and housed our group nicely with a couple of us sleeping in the loft beds. Note: the kitchen can be a bit cramped when more than 2 people are trying to do something. Clean and comfortable and mostly well laid out in other ways.

This was our third consecutive year to stay Mammoth Sierra Townhomes #24. The condo is nestled in a beautiful location near a golf course. Very close to the market and many restaurants. The fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, loft and 4 baths are perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and well-maintained. Parking is right by the front door. We plan to stay there again next year.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 6-guys to move around, shower and sleep. The accommodations actually looked like the photographs.

We have used the services of MSR in the past. I have found the staff to be prompt, friendly and professional. Townhome #24 suits are needs well and the location is very convenient. I especially like the fact that we can walk to a shuttle stop painlessly. <br/>I would recommend that mid-week (Sunday-Thursday) clients be offered 3 parking passes because the there seem to be plenty of spaces. I would also appreciate reconsideration for the mid-week discounts as offered past seasons. <br/>As far as the townhome is concerned, we find the layout functional and having 4 bathrooms is especially convenient.<br/><br/>
