Clean, spacious comfortable, fit my family of 10 perfect
Mammoth Estates number 120 was a very good choice for Spring skiing at Mammoth. The location is very close to the village, which was nice for visiting the stores and bars. Parking was adequate and the hot tub was very welcome at the end of the day.

It is a short walk to the Village gondola which is extremely convenient.<br/>This unit was a bit cold downstairs, with the electric heaters not working very well.<br/>The hot tub also did not heat up one day and we had to make two calls to get it addressed. The rental people sent us to the management company...

We always do an annual trip to Mammoth. This year we decided to bring our dogs so there weren't many choices on pet friendly places. Then we found this place. Communication was prompt and quick. Any questions or concerns I had about the trip were replied within a few hours after sending it. Print out instructions once you receive them. It gives you all the information you need as far as where to pick up your key, wifi password, dumpster code, what is provided and what you may need during your trip. We found the place clean, comfortable, and enjoyed our stay with our large group of 10. The Village was walking distance and we enjoyed the pool and spa!
