We really enjoyed this home and felt we should have stayed longer. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. The surroundings landscaping is just breath taking and very well maintained. The patio is very well furnished and makes it a great spot to enjoy the outdoors. <br/>The house was very well equipped with supplies including beach stuff. Truly appreciate the effort that the owners have put into making this house a pleasant vacation home.<br/>The housekeeping and management team was very responsive and prompt to address questions. So much better experience as compared to a hotel hospitality honestly. <br/>I would certainly go back, rent for a longer time for sure.

The house and outdoor verandas were very clean, nicely decorated, charming. The grounds were lovely, a variety of flowering tropical trees, shrubs and plants plus many potted plants on the lanai. Location was perfect, close to beach but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything you need was provided in kitchen, bath, etc. We especially appreciated the beach towels and boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers to use during our stay. We originally planned for 6 of us but ended up with only 4, which was a perfect number for this rental. Tight quarters for more than 4.

Magic Sands Retreat was the perfect spot for our extended Hawaiian vacation. We wanted an at-home experience, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals on the expansive lanai. The property was spotless when we arrived, and the management company was accessible and very responsive. A car is a must to fully explore all the restaurants of Kailua-Kona and the northern beaches, but there are also local options. Every detail has been thought through, and there is everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, cocktails on the lanai, morning coffee, or a BBQ. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

The house has recently been completely redone. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing has been left out. There are two bedrooms and a den with a large screen television. The bedrooms and the den have AC units. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. The yard is beautifully landscaped with lovely tropical trees and ferns. There are spacious lanais (decks) on both the front and back of the house. The back lanai is absolutely beautiful. There are many chairs, tables and cushions and a barbecue grill. In a cabinet located on the back lanai you will find snorkeling equipment and beach matts. There are boogie boards and beach umbrellas along the back wall.<br/>For us the best part was the location, a no outlet street, yet walkable to the Magic Sands Beach. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in over 15 years! We Loved our stay at the Magic Sands Retreat Hale.

We had such an amazing time here, the house was beautiful and so convenient to the beach. The mgmt company was very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying in this home and look forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. It was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and the beach itself was just a short walk down the road. We will try to stay here again the next time we are in Kona.

Beautiful home inside and out includes everything you could possibly need. The deck is huge and spacious, yard and landscaping are breathtaking as well. Very close walk to the White Sands Beach. Couldn&#x2019;t ask for a better home or better location. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, it&#x2019;s amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. Not far away from Magic Sands Beach (walking distance less than 5 minutes). Most attractions on the Kona coast can be reached by car within half an hour. We loved to do the manta ray snorkeling night trip. Shopping and grocery are close and easily accessible by car. As a group of 6 we recommend the house, as there is enough space for sleeping. We used the BBQ nearly all days. Dining inside cause of rain was a little narrow, but this is complain at the highest level. Washing machine and dryer is on the patio of the home. All rooms are modern and nicely furnished. Communication with the owner was uncomplicated and answered in a few hours. <br/>We would highly recommend the property and if we will be aible to come back to Hawaii we would definitively book again.

The house was amazing! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen was spacious and had all the cookware and dishes needed. The outdoor living area was perfect for meals and relaxation. The landscaping was beautiful and we even enjoyed some papaya from the tree in the front yard. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay there again!

The Magic Sands Retreat Hale was our last stay during a bucket list vacation for our family of 5. We stayed at a hotel resort during our stay at Waikiki on Oahu, in a Vrbo condo on Maui, and finally at this house on the Big Island. Of the three different lodgings during our vacation, the Magic Sands Retreat was our favorite. Communication from Knutson & Associates was excellent throughout the booking process and stay. They even surprised us with a wonderful welcome basket upon arrival. The house was beautiful, and its immaculate landscaping makes it feel like it is isolated from surrounding houses. It is a short walk to Magic Sands Beach and very convenient to other Kona area locations. We did day trips to Hilo and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend this property and the Knutson & Associates Property Management & Real Estate Sales team.

We rented a small house from Knutson & Associates for our 18 day vacation and it was Awesome! Beautiful house, fully equipped for all of our needs. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, umbrellas and more.<br/>The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. The house is on a quiet street with very little traffic. The yard is beautifully maintained with fully grown vegetation making it almost jungle like.<br/>One great feature, you can walk to Magic Sands Beach in mere minutes, perfect for sunsets, morning swims and relaxing.

The house was as described and worked very well for what we needed during our stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and we appreciated the starter supplies. The access to Magic Sands Beach was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great location. Beautiful home. The back porch is amazing and feels so private with all of the trees and plants. Lovely for hanging out on. Rooms are nice size, showers are good and water pressure is strong. Kitchen is FILLED with stuff to cook with and store food in. If you like to cook, this place has everything you&#x2019;ll need, maybe even 2 of each! &#xD83D;&#xDE06;<br/><br/>Beds were comfortable and even when we had an issue, they reached out to manage it quickly. <br/><br/>Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. If you have good mobility, the walk to the beach is relatively easy, even with a couple hills.
