Guests will receive an email and a text message with check-in instructions and an access code to their unit. Guests are also able to check-in at the desk when open (hours subject to change) if they prefer. All after-hours check-in will be via remote access.
During check-in, we may ask for a valid credit card for incidentals or room charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue.
Pets are not permitted. We welcome guests with ADA service animals.
Lift is a non-smoking property. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $500 fee.
Guest shall be fully responsible for any damage or theft caused to the property during their stay, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, appliances and décor.
