We had a great time at Playhouse Cinema. We had plenty of room for three families. Loved the large dining area and two living areas. <br/>The kids liked the bunk bed cabin, what a fun idea. <br/>Only issues were that our check in code was not sent until two hours past Che k in time. There isn't cell reception up there either, so if you don't get the code before you get there, you're in trouble. You may have to drive back down to town and call in to the office, it was a pain. <br/><br/>Could have a few more kitchen items, like a working can opener and a few other things that would have made it easier to cook, but the kitchen was nice. <br/><br/>Kids beds did not have sheets on them but they were there so we put them on (they were clean). <br/><br/>Overall we enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

This is the second year that we have stayed at Cinema Playhouse. We love the house and the community. The community is close to anything that we wanted to do and we had plenty of space when we decided to stay in. We plan to stay here every year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Playhouse Cinema. There was enough room for 3 families of four. The hot tub was relaxing and the beds were dreamy. We loved our time together and plan on coming back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cinema Playhouse. Check in and out were easy and communication with Eden Crest personnel was accessible. We called for housekeeping once and they responded quickly. This cabin is highly recommended.

We love Playhouse Cinema! we stayed here last year at Christmas and loved it The kids loved "Fort Jackson" and were so excited when they knew we were going back this year. Everyone had their space. We have rented cabins through Eden Crest for several years and have never been disappointed. Always clean and kitchen well equipped. we will be calling them again in the near future!

We stay every year at Bear Creek and we have decided that this is our cabin from now on. The view was great. The memory foam on the beds was awesome. Kitchen was great. WE liked being able to get in an out pretty quickly (We have stayed all over the mountain) There was plenty of seating in the living room and we watched movies down stairs every night! The only thing that could be improved is that the kitchen and bathroom should be mopped regularly but we only noticed because we spilled a glass of water. Highly recommend this cabin....just don't rent it the week we want it LOL.

the cabin was clean. The kitchen and living areas are little tight for 8 adults. The fridge needs to be replaced. The top shelf doesn't cool at all while the bottom shelves and drawers freeze the food. but no unwelcome 'critters', very clean and comfortable.

The house was a perfect option for our extended family fall getaway! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and like the location. The cabin layout allows plenty of space to relax and accommodate different sleeping schedules. The kids loved the playhouse and video games. We all enjoyed watching the big screen tv. The cabin was clean, and all of the furnishings were in good or excellent condition. Our only challenge was the high refrigerator temperature. We tried adjusting it, but our drinks and food continued to freeze and cause frustration. We read about this ongoing problem in online reviews and wrongly assumed it would be fixed prior to our stay.

We have stayed many times at your cabins and this cabin was not quiet up to your normal standards. Had to call repair for several items (ice maker not working / shower head needed cleaning or replaced / a toilet was leaking but it had stopped when the service guy came) The cabin itself was not what we had rented before. Bedding was not great / not terrible but not great either. Lighting in the cabin was terrible - very dark in places. A shower rod fell on one of the guests upon entering the shower. Again, just not up the standards we expect from Eden Crest rentals. We would not stay at this cabin again.

great will be back next year

We enjoyed our stay. However, here are some suggestions to make the stay better: Lighting in the kitchen needs to be improved, Cleanliness through out the cabin needs improved, TV'S old and complicated to operate, Need more Basic supplies TP, Trash bags, Beds are not comfortable they are wore out, boring bees were taking over hard to enjoy setting on the porch.

Cabin was very comfortable, clean & well appointed. Three Grandsons especially enjoyed the little cabin with bunks, plus single bed. Granddaughter had own room. All enjoyed hot tub & pool table! TV had very little to offer!

Nice stay

We all were very satisfied with the location of the cabin. Very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. While the property was generally is good condition a few things needed attention:<br/>Sink in lower front bathroom was slow to drain & the toilet ran<br/>Toilet in the main bathroom is wobbly <br/>Carpet and blinds were very dirty<br/>Overall we all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay in this cabin again. <br/>
