We also provide a propane grill for a fun desert cookout. The house sits in a canyon and noise travels up and over the canyon very easily. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town.• PETSPets off all kinds are NOT allowed.• A/C & HeaterLittle Tish is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long.• FIREDue to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.• GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
