It was a nice place, very clean very nice. The beds were SUPER comfy (A+)! Even had a printout of all the places to eat around there very helpful! I would stay there again!! For sure!

It was wonderful. We loved the condo. I will say the number of steps could be a problem for some folks. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. The dishwasher died on Friday night towards the end of our stay and Diana had a new on installed on Saturday morning. She was a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at “Life’s a Beach” very much! The management company was super helpful and the condo was well-equipped with everything we could need for cooking, watching movies, playing games or lounging on the beach. Look forward to staying again!

The location of the home is wonderful! It is right on the beach but still close to anything you need. Communication and customer service was outstanding. We will definitely do business again.

Wonderful views, very comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen had great pots, pans, plates, etc - everything you would need to cook for family and friends! We had a very minor maintenance issue and the property management company arrived quickly to fix it even though we said it wasn't urgent. Highly recommend staying there if you are going to Navarre Beach.

The location was beautiful and right on the beach. When you walk in the house does have a musty smell. The main king bedroom and ensuite were nice and big. The other king bedroom was nice as well. Just a little small. The bedroom with the twin beds was nice but the ceiling fan doesn’t work in there. The bathroom in the hall is one thing that needs attention. It has black mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Also some down by the French doors in the living room.

Nicely furnished with everything one could possibly need in the kitchen! We very much enjoyed the patio outside too.

Wonderful experience all the way around. Great accommodations!! House is absolutely beautiful. Great location on the beach. Only a mile or so down from the pier and restaurants. The house was full of everything you can think and more. Fully stocked kitchen , games, DVDs, books and so much more. They even provided extras like beach chairs, inner tubes, sand castle building, canopy and more. The showers were great!! The beds were super comfortable!! We have been coming to Navarre for a few years now and this was by far the BEST experience. Will be booking nexts years trip today back here. Thank you!!

Very relaxing great location

This is a really well kept beautiful house on the Navarre beach front with unrestricted and easy beach access. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and accessories. Bedrooms are comfortable with king size beds which is really nice if you have little kids who need to co sleep. We only stayed for 2 nights but have this place saved for a repeat visit. Owners are also highly responsive.

We have been coming to Navarre for 13 years and always a great location, great management and outstanding time! Cannot say enough about how great Navarre Sands Rentals are. Very personable and makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to this area was great. The condo was perfect for us. Diane was quickly available if we had any questions. Would definitely like to come back.

It was exactly what I wanted! Beach access within feet of the deck! Beds were WONDERFUL!! Super clean! Everything you need is provided! So relaxing!

We loved the location on the Beach. The water is so pretty there. This was our first time at Navarre and we were not disappointed. The pier was close by. We saw dolphins on our beach every day and sea turtles when we went to the pier. The house was great for us and our pups.

The rental was great. There have been some improvements to the townhouse since our last stay last year. Always clean with so many extras. We were able to cook every night and every morning thanks to the kitchen extras. She always has extra chairs for the beach, as well as nets, umbrellas, sand castle building materials and extras. The townhouse was super clean and comfortable.

We have been going to Navarre Beach for many years. My family includes my 2 sons, daughter in law, and 2 grandsons. This was a wonderful property and I would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with our stay at "Life's A Beach. We especially enjoyed the private beach. In the past ,we have stayed in a tower of condos 2 miles from this location and we had to fight for a space on the beach near the shoreline. We had an issue with the wifi which was quickly resolved. Definitely want to return !!

This was a really great place to stay

When we opened the door we were surprised at how spacious this place is; much more room than what the pictures are able to convey. Well-appointed furnishings & very comfortable beds. There are more pots, pans & cooking utensils than in my own kitchen! The rear deck is perfect for private tanning if you prefer, but the beach is right outside your door! The 2 bikes are an added bonus for evening rides on the path across the street. Don't miss the freshest sushi around at The Slippery Mermaid across the bridge or seafood just as delicious at The Shrimp Basket. I would recommend a beach stay here for relatives & friends. I will certainly be back here next summer.

The house was perfect for our family of 7 and the location right on the beach made he vacation experience one that we will repeat in the future.

Very pleased with "Life's a beach". We have vacationed at Navarre Beach for 20 years and this was one of the best properties we have had the pleasure to experience. The place was well maintained and the property managers were on top of there game and made it so easy to enjoy a true quality property. We will definitely keep "Life's a beach" in our future plans.

First impression was...larger than anticipated, especially the roomy kitchen. With two families, the 2 king beds are definitely a plus. Kitchen very well stocked. As with most sliding glass doors, they can be a little hard to open and close. Large wood dining table was a plus, glad it wasn't glass. We didn't realize until mid week that the cushions for the lounge chairs on the deck are in the utility closet. No note, just stumbled across them. Decorated nicely. We would recommend it, and we've been to several others nearby.

Owners are wonderful! Great communication before & during stay. There is plenty of room and upgraded appliances. The view tho is the main attraction! You are so close to the water and it is just beautiful. We highly recommend!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Right on the beach with views of the gulf, sunrise and sunset. The condo is huge and fully stocked with plenty of linens and every kitchen "gadget" you can imagine. Very clean and well kept, and appears that many rooms have been recently updated/remodeled and more to be done in the future. The outside storage area is fully stocked with bicycles and beach toys for the kids. The town of Navarre is within a 5 minute drive, with plenty of places to eat. For fine dining, Destin and Pensacola are a short drive away. Diana was great, always answered my calls, and provided great help where needed. This will definitely be on our radar for a return visit.

Beautiful townhouse very specious nicely decorated. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Nice patio deck to view the ocean. This was our second time to stay here. Would highly recommend renting this unit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The beds were comfortable, everything was great. The kitchen was large and a perfect size for 4 women to be working alongside each other. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this property. We had everything we needed, brought more stuff then needed. Fully stocked kitchen with pans, dishes and even a outdoor grill. Beach access was just a few steps away and Property Mgmt was wonderful to work with. We will be back!

We like un-crowded, beautiful beaches and “Life’s a Beach” delivered. Enjoyed stairs right from the back deck to the sand, followed by a short walk-over to a perfect stretch of beach. The four unit building gives good privacy, but also makes it easy to meet folks on either side if you’re feeling social - up to you. The inside exceeded our expectations with new laminate floors throughout (except master BR) and nice furnishings. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two facing the gulf and one (with 2 twins) facing the street. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever rented...someone understands that renters who cook need Tupperware - thank you! We also liked that you can walk directly across the street and take a little trail to the bay side for a beautiful walk along the water. A police officer told us that while technically not legal, walking dogs on the bay side is OK - he does it himself! That was much better than driving 25 minutes to the dog beach. We recommend this one highly!

Nice townhome right on the beach! It was just what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year.

We've stayed in the area before, this was our favorite. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, with great views of the ocean. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at Life's a Beach" Everything was perfect. Very well maintained and Diane was a joy to work with. You won't be disappointed. Tons of kitchen utensils and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, too.

Well located, plenty of supplies and space. Units 2nd floor has been updated but the master. Carpet in master looks old and stained. We had a bit of an issue with rain water coming into unit from the patio doors. Otherwise, we had a very nice time and enjoyed a perfect view.

We really enjoyed our visit to Life's A Beach. We have been coming to Navarre for almost 30 years, so we have stayed in many condos there. The location of this condo is perfect if you want an uncrowded beach. There was no morning jockeying for your beach spot. Inside the condo the well-stocked kitchen had everything you need, and the large dining table seated our entire family. In the living room area there is water damage to the ceiling that is unsightly, the couch has worn spots and the sliding doors need serious work. Same with the sliding doors upstairs. Two beach front bedrooms with king size beds is a big plus and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. The two twin beds in the third bedroom are very loud and squeak with every movement. It appears renovations are being made to this condo, so I think it will only get better. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Life&#x2019;s A Beach for over a week in early September. The weather was perfect and the beach house was extremely nice. Very well stocked and things were in extremely good repair. The only thing that could be improved was that the doors did not close securely. They did leave a pole in the door track for security, but sometimes this was not convenient.
