Wake up steps from the shoreline of Clear Lake, California's largest natural freshwater lake and one of the top bass fishing destinations in the western United States. This 3-bedroom lakefront home on Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake, CA is built for groups who want direct water access, outdoor living space, and the freedom to bring their own boat using the home's private boat ramp.
THE HOME
Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home is thoughtfully laid out for group stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook in after a full day on the water, and the dining area keeps the group together at mealtimes. A washer is available on-site, which fishing groups and multi-day guests will especially appreciate. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, as well as street parking.
ON THE WATER
The standout feature of this property is the private boat ramp, offering direct lake access without the lines, fees, or scheduling of a public launch. Arrive with your boat, launch at your convenience, and head out onto the water whenever you are ready. The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and space, and the combination of a patio, deck, and outdoor dining area makes it easy to spend long stretches outside. Four driveway parking spaces are available, with additional free street parking nearby, making arrival with a trailer or multiple vehicles straightforward.
FISHING & LAKE ACTIVITIES
Clear Lake is renowned as the Bass Capital of the West, drawing anglers from across California and beyond for largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and bluegill. The lake's warm, shallow waters also make it ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. Guided fishing charters operate throughout the season for groups of any experience level. Konocti Vista Casino Marina serves as a central hub for bass fishing tournaments throughout the year, including stops on the WON Bass circuit and American Bass Association events.
