Pretty small - would recommend only 2 people.
Easy and responsive communication.
Bathroom is a bit small and dated. If you are tall, might find it a bit too cozy.
Overall, totally recommend.
Cons:The condo needs a thorough cleaning. Although interior requires maintenance, we are not too fussed about that since it is an older condo building. However, if the condo was cleaned well it would have made it better. The floors were really dirty - perhaps bring house slippers.There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and other "not seen" surfaces. Lights needed to be replaced as it is very dim in the kitchen and especially in the bathroom. The extremely dim light makes it very uncomfortable to be in the bathroom, especially when it is a really tight space to start.
Once we arrived we noticed the towels had toilet paper were nicely shaped,and there was cold water in the fridge.
There's AC only in the bedroom and its a old unit which was a bit noisy, but was not a bid deal for us.
The beach is very nice, and its not busy like others like napili and we were able to swim very close to big turtles.
Its also near to Honolua bay, which I highly recommend if you love doing snorkeling.
Its also near a very good restaurant called "Star noodles", you cant miss the Pad Thai and the Salmon, prices are very good and food its excellent ( its always full capacity so I highly recommend you to make a reservation).
We dealt with Helen at Epic Realty. Out of all the ads I answered she was the only one to get back to me. She is professional, prompt and friendly to deal with.
We will stay here again.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. Convenient and the beach is only a footstep away.

Bed was too soft/spongy for me, and the condo feels a bit dated, but for the price/location Kuleana 713 was a great rental.
Had been rearranged nicely. The bedroom needs to be updated and a new mattress is due. Can’t wait to return!
