The condo was great, supplied with enough soap,garbage bags,etc. Grounds are kept immaculate.

This was a beautiful ocean front location. The condo was lovely, nothing fancy but all the basic needs were met. Our favorite thing was the lanai. It offered plenty of privacy and a terrific view of the ocean. We saw whales breaching and even watched turtles feeding along the shoreline just below. Communication from Epic Realty was thorough and timely. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful unit with comfortable furniture, a gorgeous view and a well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The onsite staff are wonderfully helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Maui

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The condo was so so clean and comfortable! Incredible views right off the patio, steps to the water for easy snorkeling, and a great location just minutes from everything in Lahaina. We've already recommended this specific condo to many friends interested in visiting Maui!

The location is great. Away from the big resorts and traffic. Sunset and ocean views are spectacular. Floors needs to be washed and not just swept prior to a new rental. Pillows are always a big deal in a vacation rental. These were hard and as big as a suitcase. Just right for a neck injury.

Unit was compact, clean and well supplied in all regards important to the two of us. We daily enjoyed hearing & seeing the ocean from our unit. Location of resort put us near snorkeling beaches and shops. The complex staff enforces it&#x2019;s rules which helps all guests enjoy their stay but may not be appreciated by persons who want a more latitude.

Epic Realty was so helpful when we had to reschedule our stay from 2020. They communicated well and made it easy for us to change our visit dates. Flash forward to 2021 and we had an amazing time! We love Kuleana and our unit was beautiful and perfect for our stay.

My wife and I stayed at Kuleana 614 for 12 days and this property is incredible. The location is the first superlative- you cannot find a better view and access to the beauty of Maui, at least at this value. The view out of the main room and balcony is just incredible - sunsets over the two neighboring islands, whales breeching right in sight and the beautiful water and sounds of waves. Also there is a rocky point and small beach (where we spent many hours) that is full of turtles and fish. We had as many as 9 turtles beside us on the beach and enjoyed snorkeling right outside the unit. The unit itself has updated finishes throughout, with the kitchen great for making meals at home and the bath also very nice. The property has a very nice large pool and is quiet and with beautiful gardens. The location near all the needed shopping and restaurants you need. We really enjoyed getting fresh fish, tuna poke and crabcakes at the Fish Market, cooking them at the condo and eating outside enjoying the breeze and view. The location is great for exploring all of the Maui sites. I could keep going on and on, but my major advice is to book this right away - you will not find a better value for all the incredible benefits this property offers.

We brought our entire family to Maui for a vacation! We rent it for the condos from different agencies and 614 was our favorite. Everything was perfect with you was amazing and we will be back!

Absolutely fabulous stay! The condo has everything you'll need, including a GREAT manager. Kim responded quickly and efficiently to all our requests, amd the whales and turtles from the lanai made our 2 weeks seem like 2 days. We'll be back!!

Great condo with beautiful views!

I had a delightful mini getaway at Kuleana 614 in early November. The condo has been beautifully remodeled very recently with obvious care given to every selection. As the owner of a Maui vacation rental myself, I was very impressed by the high quality furnishings and the immaculate condition of the condo. In addition, the service I was provided by Kim at Epic Realty was superb: excellent communication, clear instructions, and wonderful Aloha spirit. Regarding the Kuleana complex, it is wonderful--spectacular location, gorgeous views (it's worth paying extra for a direct oceanfront condo such as 614), awesome pool, and a commitment to quiet and safety. Mahalo to Kim and the owners of this delightful condo!

The oceanfront location was absolutely amazing from the lanai. Could sit here all day and watch the surfers, whales, dolphins. The other side of the unit near the bedroom was 4 steps up and a very short walk from the main entrance and parking lot next to the road. There was quite a bit of road noise that even the sound of the waves did not muffle. The furnishings were nice and it was very clean. And the property manager Kim was very responsive. The property, pool and grounds were immaculate and easy to get to restaurants, beaches and shopping.

My husband and got away for our 35th wedding anniversary at the Kuleana condos. The location was great, not far from local town for a nice walk in the morning. Ocean was right out our back door, so seeing how my husband is a surfer, this was a perfect spot. He was basically the only one out for hours and if you are a surfer, you know that's nearly impossible to have the surf to yourself. The weather didn't completely cooperate but we filled in our time with great drives and going to great restaurants.You won't be disappointed with this sweet little slice of paradise.

When we walked in the front door, we knew we had the right place! The ocean is a stone's throw from the nicely appointed lanai. You can see several islands as well as sea turtles, whales and more! The unit has been newly remodeled and beautifully done. The bed is comfy. A/C in the bedroom which helped a lot. There is also a pull down shade on the lanai which helped during the late afternoons.We were able to snorkle at the beach right there with sea turtles everywhere!! It was an amazing experience.The resort itself is just beautiful. We felt like we were in our own little world as it was quiet and peaceful and just what we were looking for. It is also centrally located so we were able to go into Lahaina multiple times with ease as well as walk to the Farmer's Market and other restaurants about a mile down the road. The only issue we had was trying to find the initial key box. Directions were a bit hazy. But the on site manager was incredibly helpful and on more than one occasion.There is no washer and dryer in unit and we had a really difficult time figuring out where the laundry room was, but finally figured it out. We will definitely rent this unit again!!

it was our first time in Maui and at this resort and it was amazing. Very well run and very clean and kept up. We loved the gated community and met some amazing people.

Loved the Kuleana property, location, and amenities. This particular unit was perfect for our family of 4 -- great master bedroom with a pullout couch. This unit also had a great view, was just a half-flight of stairs up, and perfect location: close to the rock entry to great snorkeling, the sandy beach, and the pool. Can't recommend highly enough.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this GORGEOUS, incredibly clean and comfy condo. It had everything we needed including the wonderful Maui vibes. The views can't be beaten!

Kuleana 614 was everything we'd hoped it would be and more! From the incredible ocean views, to the beach right on the premesis with sea turtles. The condo itself was very comfortable, nicely updated, and had everything we needed plus extras we hadn't thought of like beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. We will definitely be back!

My family and I really enjoyed the two weeks that we expended in the Kuleana resort. The view was incredible and the place is kept in great shape. Clean and pest free. I will recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for a week in this condo and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location is wonderful and the entire property is really well kept - there were flowers blooming everywhere! Parking spaces were abnormally small so I don't recommend renting a large vehicle. The beach was easy to access and not busy - it was also great snorkeling. There were 5 or 6 turtles swimming and beaching there every day and it was so much fun to snorkel with them. This condo comes equipped with a couple of folding chairs for the beach so no need to rent your own - maybe just the umbrella for some shade. If we ever make it back to Maui, Kuleana will be the top on our list for a place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The view was breathtaking, the unit was clean and updated, and the grounds and pool were immaculate! The video surveillance and locked gate were a definite plus and helped us to feel secure in our lodging. But, the best part of our stay was Kim Marie Lopez, the Vacation Property Manager! She kept up with our every need and showed extreme kindness in dealing with a sleep-deprived, incoherent guest. Each morning we would wake to the waves crashing, turtles swimming just below our room and the whales splashing in the distance. A perfect place to sit with a morning coffee and watch the world go by. We would definitely rent this unit again. We have been home for one day and I want to go back.
