Nice commodities on place. Everything like on the pictures. Very noisy at night (every nights), located just next the road and people screaming on the same propertie.

The apartment is very well located, clear and cosy. Two little problems with my stay: the air conditioning was turning on and off all night and the over was crackling. Probably they already fixed it.

We stayed at Kona Shores for 5 days. It was very economical and very comfortable for two people. We enjoyed the lanai & loved the birds singing early in the morning. The pool was nice. Location is excellent. All the little extras were there.

The place was conveniently located to access shopping, beaches and restaurants.

This condo suited our needs perfectly. We just wanted a reasonably priced place to sleep that is centrally located and this place was just that. A keypad entry would make coming and going much easier without the need to get a key out to lock and unlock each time. Appreciated the two luggage stands for our suitcases. Just need to let guests know where the trash dumpster is located somewhere in your communication.

The property staff is always quick to respond assisting with needs or issues. Although we saw a few stains on some of the furniture cloth everything else was neat clean and comforting. The pools is small but fun with beautiful ocean views including cruise ships, kayakers and sailboats. Encourages more of quiet local life on a zen peaceful state. Laundry on site also great pay per load and lizards are fun and interesting. We had a lovely stay!

Upon arrival we noticed how close to downtown shops we were, also we were able to walk down to the pool area which gives you oceanfront access. Although it’s pretty rocky, beautiful nonetheless! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of extras such as umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers (2sizes) snorkel gear, beach blankets and pool noodles! There was plenty of plates silverware and much more. The street gets pretty noisy from 4-6pm but quiets down after that. Air conditioning is felt great walking in after a long day of shopping! Very cute quaint little airbnb. I would stay here again.

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Bed was comfortable. Living room, dining room and kitchen fit our needs perfectly. We stayed 7 nights and used the kitchen for most of our meals. Everything we needed to cook our food was there for us. The balcony is really nice. Bath area was very well stocked with everything we needed. The sunsets by the pool area are beautiful.

Studio apartment with comfortable space for a family of two small kids. This place is very close to the local shopping centers, malls, activities shops and airport. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised to see even water bottles and to go lunch boxes. There were two beach umbrellas and chairs and some snorkel masks. There are two regular umbrellas for rainy days. Swimming pool has a nice beach view though beach is not visible from the apartment. Make sure to buy enough toiletries if you are staying for more than a couple of days. Overall we liked the stay for the location, convenience and ease of check-in and check-out.

The studio apartment was completely pleasant. We used the kitchen everyday. Everything we needed was available. Once, we couldn't get the tv to work, and we called the management company. The owner was knocking at the door within 5 minutes. He patiently messed with the wifi and tv until everything was working correctly. The management team sent us constant assurances that they would respond to any need we had, turned out to be so! We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfectly located on the edge of town, walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping. Oceanfront complex, beautiful oceanfront pool setting. Condo had everything you would need from comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, beach supplies - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Management communication was excellent. This really was a wonderful place to stay!

My stay at Kona Shores was delightful! I enjoy this complex because it's well maintained, location is perfect, quiet at night, units are clean and comfortable, and the seaside pool is killer!

We were very satisfied with the studio apartment. It was laid out well and felt very roomy. It was clean and we found everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We were on the building closest to the street, but found traffic very light overnight, so not a problem. Pool area right at the ocean was beautiful and it was a great place to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend it and would stay at Kona Shores again.
