Couldn&#x2019;t get any closer to the ocean. It was great hearing the waves breaking, watching the beautiful sunsets and the dolphins frolicking. The<br/> apartment could use some updates, but had everything my wife and I needed. We would stay here again.

Well stocked apartment that thought of everything. The views are amazing and we watched humpbacks and spinner dolphins right from our table. It was quiet while we were there and being on the trolley stops made it convenient to be anywhere with ease.

We enjoyed watching the yello tang and black humuhumu frolicking in the waves right beyond the rock wall, and the spinner dolphins and humpback whales further out. Conveniently located in walking distance from Kahalu'u for more intimate look at fish if snorkeling. Well-equipped, elegantly organized.

We absolutely loved this place. All we saw and heard were waves crashing against the rocks. Beautiful sunsets and well-equipped studio made for a pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location. Loved having the AC when sleeping at night.

This is the place to rent if you visit Kona. Spacious, right beside the beach, listening to the waves. There's also a great beach shack and grill for breakfast/coffee/cocktails connected. They check in on you to see how everything is and give you anything you could possibly need in book with thorough descriptions (I didn't need anything, but if you do, the numbers/directions are there). If you're lucky enough to get a spot here, take it!!

Beautiful views of the ocean from balcony with great sunsets & heard waves all night long that was fantastic. Great location with sandy beach right next to it and restaurant & bar on site. AC worked great the bed was very comfortable. Some furniture dated but a great place to stay.

The views from our open air condo were breathtaking! We saw dolphins, schools of fish, tide pools, sunsets, the moon and stars from the comfy furniture and bed! We left our huge sliding glass doors open to hear the waves crash against the lava rock.. we slept like babies! We didn&#x2019;t need the air conditioning, as the cross breeze thru the condo was amazing! The condo was well appointed with; boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, coolers, and all the kitchen supplies you need to cook if you choose. The restaurant and beach onsite are the best! Friendly and accommodating, along with the best food and drinks! We walked and biked All&#x2019;i drive to all the get groceries, restaurants, and all the public access beaches. We also took the free open air trolley that makes a loop to all the above! It picks you up, and drops you off right at magic sands beach. The management company was available by phone or text if we needed to ask questions and were more than accommodating. We will be back!

Clean unit, loved the ocean view and sounds. Tradewinds kept things cool and AC when it didn't.

I felt like the rental property itself was everything that it promised to be. It was a beautiful room in a fantastic location with a beautiful view. I would probably stay there again. <br/>I did have some issues with the management company. I felt like they were a little heavy handed and over the top with threats of punishments and fees if anything went wrong. I have never had to fill out and sign and initial ten pages of contract before being able to rent a place before. There was also some issues at check out. I left my keys behind and I was very grateful that they would mail them back to me, but I did feel like charging me $80 to mail some keys was a little outragious, especially after having just paid over $3,000 for the rental. I would have expected them to just charge the $12 shipping and done it as a courtesy service. I accidently left behind many other items which were never mentioned and ended up with someone for free. I feel like returning the keys as a courtesy service would have been more professional.

My Finance really enjoyed our time there, which made my time Great. Seriously, the condo had great views, we saw the "Green Flash" ! The restaurant on the property was really nice, great views, very good food. <br/>The condo was easily accessible. Main thing besides view, very clean. I will probably make a return visit.

We had a great time at this apt, the view was amazing, it had everything we need including a full equipped kitchen with even some basics for cooking, downstairs we had access to a beautiful beach and a delicious restaurant. Totally worth it!
