This unit is perfectly placed and perfectly priced! Just a couple of blocks East to the farmers’ market and a couple of blocks west to the Pacific, this is a perfect location to escape for a couple of days, weeks, or months. The Kona Country Club is basically next door and one of the nicest resort courses we have played. Our evenings on the lanai provided fabulous sunsets and lasting memories.

We could have given 5 stars if the garbage disposal was cleaned out. My head bumped into the roof beam on the attic bedroom even if a red tape was placed on it as warning. If the bed can be relocated elsewhere, it would have been perfect.

We enjoyed staying here. The pool was great and the place was close to amenities.

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The decor was very pleasing and added to the pleasurable experience. You never heard neighbors. It was very pleasant!

This property is total luxury! Every room is spacious and well-equipped. The location is central to anything you may want to do in Kona but away from city noise. I had the pleasure of working with a couple of lovely ladies on the management team. They were super helpful as was the property office. From my family, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Condo is exactly as described. Very well stocked and clean. The resort grounds are clean, and roomy. Plenty of amenities for the entire group. Pools are well located and everything looks new ( BBQ grills, furniture, sports equipment, etc). Very quiet and staff are friendly. The restaurant serves great food. All in all...5/5.

We enjoyed the sunset views, pool, hot tub, and tennis. Beautifully manicured grounds and pathways. The staff was friendly. The condo had all we needed to cook. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place!

This condo was lovely! It's been well maintained and the layout was really nice - there was a lot of space for all of us! The lanai was absolutely stunning - probably one of our favorite parts of the condo. The location was nearby lots of things, so that was also great. Really, everything you could need for a relaxing stay in Kona - comfortable bedrooms, fabulous & huge lanai, ample kitchen, great bathrooms, and even a washer & dryer! Overall, it was a great condo and we'd definitely consider staying there again! Knutson & Associates were awesome and very timely with responses - also a great experience!

The property was well positioned to anywhere on the island. It was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. It was a big factor in making our stay a success. The morning coffee on the deck looking out over the grounds and water in the distance was so relaxing. A great start to every day. Very quiet location within the complex as well. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The unit was very clean and comfortable and located in a quiet and convenient location near Keauhou shopping center. The unit was pleasantly decorated with local Hawaiian decor and it was a joy to stay there.

Provided 2rolls tp per toilet 1 small soap per bathroom 1small shampoo 1small conditioner no Kleenex . Dish soap paper towels 4laundry packs salt pepper veg oil we asked and and received 5 dishwasher capsules. Good ac which switch up to fans .cons the site we booked on says nothing about resort fees 300$ or security deposit also you have to sign a 9 page requirement agreement about cleaning and lock up etc

Let me begin by saying we have stayed at the Kona Coast many times and it never disappoints. This was our first time working with Knutson & Associates Property Management & Real Estate Sales. They're very efficient from the booking until checking out. We had something come up during our stay and they had an immediate response and resolution. You can't ask for more than that. I work in the real estate industry and was very impressed. The unit we stayed in was dated, but in good condition, very clean and well equipped. We for sure would stay again.

This condo has everything you need for an amazing time in Kona. Air conditioning throughout and privacy with the second bedroom upstairs. Beautiful lanai with an ocean view.

Overall, we had a great stay. The unit we stayed in was very spacious but furnishings were outdated. Great location and nice amenities.

Dishwasher did not work entire week, A/C remotes didn't work to turn it OFF, very dark bedroom, found a smashed sink strainer covered w/dust bunnies on kitchen floor, not sure where to hang wet bathtowels & washcloths (1 towel rack).

We enjoyed our stay at the Kona Coast resort.The property was in a great location.One night the kids wanted to stay there by themself.They wanted to hang out at the pool. We gave them some money to have dinner at the pool while we went on a date.We would rent this property again.

We rented this property during our recent visit to Kailua-Kona for our son's and our daughter-in-law's wedding. We wanted a rental unit that would be conducive for entertaining and convenient to the Kona Coast and the various attractions the Big Island has to offer. This property proved to be the perfect choice. This is a beautifully decorated and well maintained property. We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the resort's friendly, helpful staff. Knutson & Associates promptly contacted us by email after check-in to ensure everything was as we expected. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking appliances and utensils. The only improvements we can think of would be a more user friendly key lock box and retractable shades for the balcony as the afternoon sun can be intense. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely book this property through Knutson & Associates for our next visit to Hawaii.

We can't say enough good things about the how nice the place was. Management company was nice and the service was good. Being a private rental inside of resort that operates as both private owned units and a hotel it was a little confusing at first but with a few short questions the management at the resort was very helpful, patient and understanding. The concierge at the gate was a bit overwhelming but that's not the owners fault, its the HOA. Overall the experience was nice and the pictures underplay how nice the unit is. Very, very cold old AC in every room. Which was nice. Very Clean and mold smell free. Everything worked great flat screens in every room. Allot of free perks!! Great for a four person rental.

We loved our stay! The rental was clean, tastefully decorated and the view from the deck was amazing. I loved having my coffee with a view every morning, it made for a true vacation. The rental had perfect placing between everything we wanted to do and of course the pools and hot tubs lived up to their pictures. And of course the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience in 8204. Their was a few issues but taken care of right away. We enjoyed so much have already rebooked for next year.

This condo was pretty nice. You can tell the owners care about the place...great matresses and everything you could need from coolers to towels and more. The only bummer is that the property is pretty far from the ocean. We knew we wouldn't be oceanfront, but there is a huge golf course between you and the water. The pool area was pretty nice...and the condo complex is well set up for kids (we had our 4 year old with us so having the pool & playgronds on site was nice.) The staff was friendly. A great value for Hawaii...and if it was adults only I'd suggest an oceanfront place with less amenities to drink in the ocean. Again, this unit is well done and very well cared for.

We had the most relxing holiday in 20 years at this home from home in Kona.<br/>Clean great location,quiet and everything you could want . 2 pools on site, shops over the road and the most pleasant staff with a warm smile day after day, Who could ask for more ? We will be back !!

The vacations were awesome, the property is worthy to stay; the resort is very nice and have a great location. The house is amazing, it has beautiful furniture and distribution plan, and would have been even better if the condo were clean. They really need to check over their housekeeping services, and make themselves sure they are really cleaning the house before any guess arrival. It was so frustrating and disappointing to find the kitchen and bathrooms to be very dirty and disorganized.

Couldn't use third bed which was sofabed because large unmovable coffee table in front. Dishwasher soap dispenser stuck. Unclear recycle procedure. Airconditioner in loft dangerously leaking. Place was quiet, clean, generally really comfortable. I have stayed in other units at Kona Coast and knew what to expect. This was as good as any other unit that we have stayed at as a relative of a timeshare owner at Kona Coast for the past 25 years. However, we were ROBBED by someone the day we l left! Security had let a suspicious vehicle into the complex so that they could pick up a friend. Well they grabbed about $4000 (by the time we replace it) worth of stuff in one suitcase. Luckily it was the last 4 hours of our trip and it was mostly clothing and some souviners. Very few things in the baggage were irreplaceable. I have been going to Hawaii for 25 years and always have been careful to lock my belongings or not bring valuables. But I was loading our luggage into our car, stupidly left the tailgate open while I went back for additional luggage....and it was GONE. I figured it would have been safe in a SECURE complex for at least 5 min. I was wrong. Worst of all, Wynham has denied any possibility of reimbursement for my lost property under THEIR hired security. I will still likely book at this resort again.....with a more watchful eye. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. Sucked all the ALOHA out of me. But live and learn. Again great place just not as secure as you would hope.

My husband and I stayed at Kona Gardens for 5 weeks. It was truly like being in paradise. All amenities, comfort and servises that resort has to offer is is beyond amagination. Condo was very tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Watching sunsets from huge beautiful lanai were amazing! 24 hour guards on duty made us feel very safe! Knutson & Associates made our staying great & hassle free. We loved it and recommended to all our friends! Mahalo!

What a beautiful spot. Clean, great location, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. My wife and I have stayed in numerous places on the Big Island over the past 20 years and this one is at the top of the list. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Finding the right building and getting WiFi and pool access could be improved with more information. Overall it was the perfect getaway. <br/>

We had a great time in 8204 at Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens. The pictures on VRBO do the place justice; they are accurate. The loft is locked, obviously for use by the owners. Nevertheless, there was plenty of room on the main level for the two of us. We loved the oversized bathroom with the two-person shower. The lanai overlooks the resort, with the ocean visible just off to our right. The views of the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom worked fine. Wireless Internet was good. If you normally sleep on a firm mattress, the bedroom will suit you well.<br/><br/>The resort has a number of amenities available for renters of 8204 - tennis courts, shuffleboard, a poolside bar & grill - all of which made our stay memorable. A couple of Weber barbecues are available for your use a short 30-second walk from 8204; they are communal.<br/><br/>The service we received from Knutson & Associates was very good; a couple minor maintenance issues were swiftly resolved to our satisfaction. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.<br/><br/>The location was perfect - a short drive or nice walk from the Keauhou Shopping Centre and Sam Choy's. <br/><br/>We would recommend this property for a couple.

The place was as is a very nice place and well furnished and stocked. The tennis courts could use some repairs but we did play on them.

Very spacious, very quiet at night (very loud family with many children next door made sure we heard them during the day). Location also great - right off of Alii Drive and steps away from the shopping center. <br/><br/>We had a problem with the Wifi for the unit but the folks at the resort office solved it by providing a different resort wifi access. There was someone else's hair in the bed sheets, and the shower was a bit weak , but those issues altogether did not bother us as much as the fact that the property manager called us on the first day we were there to ask to show the unit to a potential buyer - the fact that the unit is on the market for sale should have been disclosed. Even though it was OK for us to say we didn't want to be disturbed, we wound up feeling like we were inconveniencing the owner. Had the property manager disclosed this to us when we called in about the unit prior to booking, we might have been ok with a showing.

not the best. lighting was poor, especially with lights blowing out in ceiling fans. Furniture was not very comfortable. other aspects of condo were fine.

We found this place to be just what we wanted. A place where you could relax and have plenty of room for friends when they came to visit. It was within walking distance of the beach and the store. It also had easy access to the main road leading to the airport and to Volcano

This was a beautiful, air-conditioned, fully equipped condo in beautiful Kona, Hawaii. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very close to downtown, beaches, shopping and the airport. The grounds and amenities on the resort were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
