Our family loves this condo. It is clean, amazing view from Lanai, Location is away from the main town if you like to stay away from crowds. Love watching the sunset from our room. Parking in the structure. We definitely come back to this condo.

The Bal Kai is a great property for us. Ocean front units and ease of traveling to our favorite spots on the island. We have been staying at the Bali Kai for many years and plan to continue. ��
We stayed here in February and loved the condo! The views from the lanai were breathtaking! We sat on our Lanai for hours watching the waves, surfers, whales, and sunset. You can't go in the water easily here because of the lava rocks, but there is a small beach area to sit at and explore the tide pools.<br/><br/>The kitchen was very well equipped and the beach gear provided was super. Groceries, stores and restaurants are a short drive away. <br/><br/>We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai 214. The unit was spacious and it was great to have two bathrooms as well as two king sized beds. The view is incredible, and we spent every evening watching the sunset. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops while still having that beautiful ocean front. Having a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher in unit was a huge plus too. We would definitely stay again!
The unit was very spacious clean in well appointed. You could hear the ocean roar all the time. The view was spectacular. The property was very well tended to. Great areas to grill and picnic. Parking and very close to town. I would return again easily.
