The property is very nice and was as described in the listing. We found the westside location to be very good to explore the island and it was pretty easy to access the property location which is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We were a little surprised by how loud some of the natural inhabitants (frogs, birds, etc.) could be around the area, especially following rain, so possibly bring some ear plugs. The management company provided very good communication.

Our plac was perfect for or family’s needs especially as we have a newlywed so. So the separate guest quarters were especially nice to give he and his wife some extra privacy. The space was perfect for spreading out. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and utensils. The communication from the manage was prompt and helpful. It was close enough to town to get things that we needed and to go places we wanted to see but far enough away thAt we felt rested and comfortable. Great view ! Beautiful yard. It was a great place to stay.

We had a great stay. The property was exactly as expected. We used the deck and BBQ daily. Rooms were clean and large. Beds were large and comfortable. The management was responsive to any questions and called us a few times to check in. <br/>I would definitely recommend this rental property. Location is good, ocean view is fantastic for sunset. Great restaurants nearby.

What an incredible place to stay! Wow! We booked this house for my mom&#x2019;s 80th bday celebration trip and we were so pleased with it overall! We loved that it was up the hill which gave us a sense of being a part of a neighborhood and the view wow! We loved spending time on the patio to watch the geckos and take in the beautiful scenery. Also, sitting out there at night was awesome with binoculars to gaze at the planets and stars in the night sky. Also, it was really nice that the house had a fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to make anything we wanted as far as the pots and pans and utensils and such. There were 8 of us total (seven adults and one 5 year old) and we had plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other in the house which was really nice too. Having the hot tub to relax in at the end of our busy days was also lovely. Overall such a fabulous place to bring your family! We would definitely return again if we can one day! Thanks so much for providing such a lovely home away from home.

A perfect home for three couples and two children - lots of different areas to sit and eat in the open great room. One could have privacy with the ability to visit if desired. The suite at the back was great for a family of four too. Beautiful grounds and amazing vegetation - both in the yard and the general attractive neighbourhood. We loved the home's louvered windows which admitted trade wind breezes and the bird's chirping, and at night, the frog's calling! The home was bright and inviting, great kitchen work area -- really comfortable king beds too. We had a wonderful time and it was so nice to have an accommodation where you felt happy to spend a day, with no need to go elsewhere. We'll definitely return!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was centrally located and easy to get to. It had everything a group of 10 could want or need. It was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The view was AMAZING from the front of the house. The house was in good condition. There was lots of space for us to spread and out. We loved having the little guest quarters around the corner of the house.There was tons of beach equipment (chairs,snorkels,water shoes, sandtoys, towels,boogie boards,standup boards, ice chest, etc.) My only reserve is I knew this house only had a/c in the bedrooms when I booked it but it was a little more warm in the main part of the house than I expected. If you plan to stay home during the middle of the day the living areas are pretty warm unless doing nothing and sitting in front of one of the many provided fans. The house was cool in the mornings and afternoons. We were gone exploring during the mid afternoons so it didn't affect us too much. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

We loved this house. Our family is 6 adults and there was plenty of space. Appreciated he AC which is hard to find in rentals. We had 2 cars -- the driveway is huge. Location ideal - close to Kona and minutes from the beach. The rental company communication is superb. My only recommendation is to go through the kitchen cupboards and remove some of the items left their (flour, spices, etc) otherwise everything was perfect.

This place was great for my family and I. Looks even better in person. We all enjoyed the space and how much is provided in this rental. The rental is not far from everything but far enough to relax. At night we would hear the frogs all night which can be a great sound to fall asleep to. The place was really clean and can tell it is well taken care of and they pay attention to detail on our needs like providing beach supplies, detergent, condiments, etc.

Koana Breeze made my families vacation extra special, it was our home away from home for a week and we all had a great time. From 2 years old to 58 years young everyone enjoyed the home. The beds were very comfortable, every night we had a good nights sleep so we could enjoy our adventurous days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and a couple dinners when we all just wanted to hangout together and stay in for the evening and hot tube. My husband, myself, our 3 grandchildren, our daughter & son-in-law loved the awesome wildlife, all the birds, gecko's, slugs, cats just to name a few. We also loved the property with all the lush tropical foliage and the view was amazing. It was a wonderful trip and the house was the icing on our 35th Anniversary Family vacation to beautiful Big Island of Hawaii.

We were so happy with our stay at Koana Breeze. We were a group of friends and family including children from 2-14 years old, and this house worked so well for us. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, as was the entire house, even plenty of beach and snorkeling gear in the garage. It was a great base for us to take short trips out of, and fantastic for spending time catching up. The property managers make check in/out easy.

The house was very nice and had a fantastic view. The rental process was super easy and I believe worth the money. There was a nice care package left for us by management that was greatly appreciated. We will love to possibly stay again on our next trip to Kona.

Great ocean view. The house was very big and had many different spaces to enjoy. The room with a bed, bunk beds, kitchenette and bathroom had a separate entrance so that allowed some privacy if needed. We had a great experience.

Koana Breeze was a lovely spot to spend a family vacation. Close to the beaches, shops, easy access in and out. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the island ambiance awesome. Everything we needed was right there, plenty of beach gear and towels. Be prepared for the nightly frog serenade, not sure if it's year round but it's quite loud, I found it amazing . Hot tub wasn't in yet but we actually didn't pick the house for a hot tub and probably wouldnt have used it. If you use the fourth bedroom in the back be aware the neighbor can see in, probably not interested in what we are up to but a heavier window covering on the back slider would've made me more comfortable. every bedroom comes with airconditioning and it works great. Definitely one of the nicest properties we have rented. Thank you Koana Breeze

We stayed here for our wedding with family. The house was great and just what we hoped. All our amenities were provided along with dishes, cleaning supplies, and even shampoo and conditioner. The house was as large as the pictures portray. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working and it was one of the reasons for choosing this house.

I enjoyed my stay greatly. We only had one issue that was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this place for a vacation stay.

This is one of the best rental houses I have ever lived in. Sitting in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, the house lets you wake up in birds' chirping. The griller is fantastic and there are water shoes, body boards, and many other sea sports equipment available at the property. My only complaint is that the wifi can be unstable occasionally. Would definitely book again.

We travelled to Hawaii with another couple and Koana Breeze was the perfect home. It is incredibly spacious, well appointed and a great location. We loved the sunsets, hot tub and the view.

we shared this home with some friends and family while visiting the Island for our daughters wedding. The home was perfect for all of us and the view was beautiful. The Beds and sheets were fabulous. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make it feel like home. Great customer service. We used the app and it was so easy to use. My only critique would be that the bar stools and kitchen chairs should be replaced as they were quite worn out/falling apart. The couch although was comfortable and a good size, it could use a good steam clean. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone. Place is very clean, and complete with everything you need for a vacation. Manager was very helpful and communicative. Had an issue with the A/C not working on the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, but was still comfortably cool at night with the fans and open windows, so did not sour the experience significantly. Would definitely recommend for families or large groups.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. The view is amazing and the hot tube is just cherry on top. The house location is very convenient as well.

Floor plan is awesome. Bedrooms were spacious and has comfortable beds. AC in every bedroom.Kitchen and bar area were fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Quality washer and dryer outside. Ohana suite was great for our younger family members. We would recommend staying here over the other four places that we rented during our island was the best of all four!!Mahalo to the owners and management of the facility.

This was the perfect rental for our group of 10. We didn't realize that the room with the bunk bed was in a separate living quarters from the main house. But it actually worked out perfectly for us. They had everything you need for your stay.

Thank you to the owners and Knutson & Assoc. for the attention to detail in furnishing and stocking this beautiful home. We were a family group with 2 sets of married children, younger siblings and a grandparent who enjoyed this home. My only regret was that we did not stay longer. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C units in the bedrooms were effective and very appreciated. We used the high quality BBQ for several dinners and my son in law loved the ocean view and breezes while he ran the BBQ! We watched the sun set over the ocean at the outdoor eating area several times...couldn't get better. The open kitchen to large living area was a great place for all of the family to gather. The kitchen has many small appliances and high quality cooking implements, pans, rice cooker, and a great coffee maker etc. The light switches are even labeled! We loved the many photographs of sea turtles and big island scenes throughout the home. The location was great for snorkeling at Kahalu'u and Two step at the City of Refuge. We would definitely return to this home for a future trip to the Big Island!

Having stayed at many excellent rental homes on the Big Island over the years, I can say this was one of the best. The expansive open living area is perfect for large groups including families and team retreats. The living area is not air-conditioned but there are several fans throughout and if it gets too warm, all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.We used the barbecue every night and enjoyed the veranda with its sweeping views. We will definitely come back for future visits.

The home is lovely and clean with lots of space for our big family to spread out. The location is just beautiful - gorgeous sunsets every night. The hot tub was enjoyed especially by our grandkids. The decks look out on a lovely yard - fresh limes for our cocktails every evening. We loved our stay here, and hope to go back one day!

The house and the location are perfect to be close to town yet feel away from the rush. We were contacted immediately on arrival to assure all was in place for us and they were very responsive to things that needed standard maintenance. Everything in the house was great and in good condition. We would go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. House is very large and roomy with great views from the large deck. This house is well equipped and was very clean. We spent many quiet mornings drinking coffee on the quiet deck. This is a great house for a family.

What kind of nut goes to Hawaii in Hurricane season? All 10 of my family do and we had a great time. It was a very nice place in Kona which is typically protected from the hurricane winds. Blake was very helpful giving us good suggestions and working with us when we ended up needing to stay an extra night. Everything was as advertised and if everything works out for the ten of us to go again, we'd love to stay here!
