Excellent place to stay

This was an amazing vacation and wonderful place to lodge.

We came from idaho for spring break and found this place. It was everything pictures shows. Nice location very clean. Definitely would recommend this place.

My family and I came into town for my nephew’s wedding at the golf course. We all had a wonderful experience. The home was very well thought out to accommodate many. The beds ranged from firm to soft with nice linens, including towels. Appliances were all available and best of their kind. We enjoyed having room for everyone around the large round table as well as the outdoor patio space!! Enjoyed the bikes, board games, and being close to shopping. I would highly recommend for any family or friend group looking to vacation together. The only thing I’d say was missing were coasters to protect the beautiful wood tables. I kept naturally reaching for them. ��

This property was perfect for our family get-together. It had plenty of beds, all the amenities we could hope for, was close to the pool, and we hardly noticed any noise from neighbors.

Great home with lots of room. The air conditioning upstairs isn't the best. One side of the house was freezing all night and the other side was hot. The fire pit was not working and a lamp in the unit. The place was well stocked and the beds were very comfy though. I did ask a question through the Red Rock management text and was not responded to. The pickle ball courts were never available. The pool was very nice but the chairs at the pool were awful.

We've stayed in st.George many times and always love it. The Ledges was new to us and we loved the location. Close to everything and the views were incredible. The house was beautiful and so well stocked with all you would need!

The kitchen, dining room and living/family room were perfect for a family getaway. Pickleball and swimming pool were close. The arcade game room also kept the kids entertained.

We needed a place to take a week off and reconnect with our family. This was the perfect location. We had everything we needed here and more. We did have one issue with an appliance that we called on. The response was quick, kind, and professional. We loved our week staying here!! We will be back for sure!!

We booked this rental for my daughters wedding and accomodated 16 people quite comfortably. It was close to the venue and the pool. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely rent this property again if needed. Property manager was attentive if needed and having the ability to have groceries delivered and food delivered is a big convenience.

Overall it was a great experience. The location and amenities was just perfect. We were able to gather together and enjoy each others company as we celebrated the life of a loved one who had passed away. I would definitely use this place again.

I wasn't sure how to give this review. I want to be honest, but I also want to make sure that I am fair in my review. On one hand this was the worst experience we have had with a VRBO property, but because of one bad thing I don't think it warrants an overall bad rating. My wife and I both work remotely, so having a working internet connection is paramount to our being able to go on vacation. We had no working internet the whole stay which made us have to rent a completely separate property in town so that we could work. We didn't get to enjoy staying at the property as much as we wanted. We tried to work with the management company each day to resolve the issue, but there was no solution to making the internet work for us. Had they NOT advertised that there was internet available we would have chosen a different place, but when they advertise there is internet, and there isn't, it makes it very frustrating. The property is amazing and when we were there we loved it, but having to drive into town each day to work from a separate hotel until the evening was SUPER frustrating. They did refund us a small amount, which we didn't ask for, but was at least a good gesture on their part. If they had working internet we would stay here again in a heartbeat, but without internet it wasn't our favorite experience. Location = Great. Super clean. Tons of amenities.... except the one most important one to our family. So if you can live without internet I would stay here. If you need internet... I would pass. That is my honest assessment.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The house was very spacious, comfortable, clean, well stocked with essentials, and a convenient location to town. The common areas were large enough to accommodate our entire group and there was plenty of seating. The outside deck (on top of the garage) was fabulous. We loved having a hot tub on the property!!! I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again next year!

We liked our stay. Our whole family came down with COVID on the day we left Don't know where we got from but maybe unit should be disinfected.

Everything was great. Close to the pool and pickleball courts. The only complaint is that there was no laundry soap and not enough dishwasher pods.

We had a wonderful weekend at this nice condo. It was large enough for all of our family to gather. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and on the pickleball courts which were very close by. The condo was very clean.

This place was perfect for us. All adults coming to Utah for a wedding. It was big enough for everyone to be comfortable and not in each other's space. Plus we had communal meals to discuss the days plans. And we were right near the pickle ball court and pool. It had a huge hot tub. We road the bikes that were in the garage for us. And when I needed a question answered they were on it. Even after hours. We will definitely be back.

We really liked the place. It was spacious and very clean and modern and able to hold a large group. 2 bedrooms had 2 queen size beds such that a family with small kids could fit in it. It is a short walk to a nice swimming pool.

My sisters and I had an incredible 4 days in Kickin' It At Karisma. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, with room to spare. It was very well appointed - Keurig, hair dryers and curling iron, washer/dryer, etc. It was also a perfect location for us in that our goal was to spend our time hiking in Snow Canyon.

This was a great rental! We had a very nice time! Home was clean, well cared for, in a great location with awesome amenities. We loved the pickle ball courts and pool! Enjoyed some off roaring close by and hiking! Church was close by as well. Highly recommend this rental property! So much fun! Property management was awesome as well- quick responses!!

We shared this house with 2 other families and had an amazing time... it was very comfortable and was wonderful to be our "come home" spot after playing in the local area. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a great time in the St. George area.

When we arrived the place was clean and organized. There were more available items than other places we stayed previously. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of back up items, and everything worked beautifully. It was very comfortable, convenient, and the staff was wonderful to work with. Not a glitch.

It was a beautiful home and it was in a great location away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay because there was a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, bike rentals etc. The views was gorgeous with the beautiful red rocks. We will be back for sure!

Our family really liked this place. It was very up to-date, clean and well designed for a large group with small kids. Four bedrooms were upstairs, and 2 of those had 2 queens to nicely handle a small family and had plenty of room to place a small portable crib if needed. One bedroom had double bunks which worked, but we put a married couple there and it was as comfortable for them as a nice queen mattress would have been. The grandkids played up stairs and on the nice deck. The deck was nice as it was always viewable thru windows so parents could see them. The walk to the pool was only about 3 minutes and we really liked the pool as it was about 4 feet deep so bigger grand kids were safely playing in it, while they had a shallow 8 inch deep small kids area also. The owners planned things to make it a very nice stay - such as small plastic drinking glasses for small kids and even an emergency box with things such as new toot brushes in-case you forgot one (which one person needed).

Perfect. Everything I was as advertised. Everyone associated with Ledges Vacation Rentals was great.

Loved it. Hope to return soon. Only mark was propane tank was we cooked our burgers inside on frying pan. But our stay was comfortable and we will be back.

It was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space, amazing space, clean and beautiful, and the amenities were plentiful. Would 100% stay here again!

We always take our kids and grandkids to St. George over Spring Break. We had a wonderful time. Everything was really SUPER nice We love it here at the Ledges.

We wanted a getaway with our children and grandchildren. This rental provided bedrooms for all of us with plenty of space to lounge around. The unit was beautiful and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.

We were a large group and the house worked out great.

Great place for a big family

This house was beautiful and the way it was set up made it easy for all of us to find a bed! We had 10 girls for a girls trip and didn't have any issues. It was spotless and well organized, and there were tons of suggestions for food as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone in my family and their families were impressed how comfortable we were there even best beds we ever slept. We are definitely coming back!

Property was absolutely perfect, management was great. Really great experience and location. We loved the upstairs patio. Amazing sun rises and sun sets together up there.

We loved staying at The Ledges! The house was beautiful and had plenty of space and bedding for our large crowd. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the pool and pickle ball court offered great entertainment for down times. Management was very helpful and always responded promptly. We would love to stay here again!

The property manager was very helpful and everything was as promised in the description. Golf at The Ledges was amazing. Only downside was the view from the deck - did not have a golf course or desert view.

I have stayed at a few rentals and this by far the best! Great location and a perfect floor plan for the family or friends!

This unit was ideal for a guys golf retreat. Plenty of room, dining table for 8 and separate beds for 8. Location near Ledges golf course and a number of good courses in St George.<br/>We had a couple of small issues with the BBQ and these were followed up in short order.

We loved staying at this home in the ledges. The home is in a great location for hiking and playing with all members in your family. While the weather was great for late December, and we all like to golf, we chose to do other activities while we were there. Snow Canyon is wonderful and so close. Zion and Bryce Canyons were awesome and easy to get to. <br/><br/>The house was well stocked for 16. We all had beds and the kids loved the bunk beds. The heated pool and hot tub are very close and even in December they were well used. We loved playing pickleball. <br/><br/>Overall our best stay in St. George so far. This was our 4th time. Dan was great to work with. <br/><br/>

We only stayed two nights--we wished it was a longer stay! The Condo was perfect for us. We only have positive things to say. The price was great. The value was fantastic. Everything we could ever need was provided. We loved the large pool and hot tub. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect

Would like to mention a couple of things. First, Dan was most responsive to our family get together for a Reunion. Didn't matter what the issue was or the time of day. He had a right on target and timely response.<br/>Second, we were not informed when we leased this rental, we were within feet of a new home being built. The noise started every morning at 6:30 am, with one morning at 3am a cement mixter was pouring cement. Once again, Dan to the rescue with the option to move units. Rx Dan for serious consideration to be the new head of company PR.<br/>Would Rx this property to a friend once the home building is complete.

We hosted our entire family (8 adults and 9 children) for the Thanksgiving week and spent and enjoyable, relaxing time at Karisma 2. It's well-maintained with close proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts. Living and sleeping accommodations were roomy and comfortable with plenty of closet storage and a well stocked kitchen. Especially liked that there were serving dishes for the children. Two-car garage was a plus! Dinning room table a little small for our large group but we adapted nicely. We voted it an "A" for comfort, location, and weather!!!
