Reviews
Very nice. Hole in screen of downstairs bedroom. Many bees came in.
The house provided us with plenty of rooms so that 6 adults were all very comfortable. The location and view was perfect for us. Great kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The deck was amazing. We would definitely rent this house again if we were all coming back together.
Fishing vacation
This home is the perfect spot for a family our decent sized group. Put the kids downstairs and Adults up!. Great oversized kitchen, lawn to lake access for sleds, close to north shore / Pioneer. Overall excellent experience.
Just a fantastic time. This was a much needed escape for my husband and I. We thought the property was exceptional.
Very nice place on the lake. Everything was just as it was described in the post. Definitely will stay here again.
This was a great place to stay. The only thing is the basement we hard to keep warm. Otherwise there was alot of room for our group
This is a fabulous lake to vacation on. You can boat to restaurants, fish, tube...all the fun!
After a disastrous beginning, nothing to do with the place or manager, we had a great time except we didn’t see a musky. The dock is too small for2 boats. You’ll want to bring your own fenders. We were upgraded to this cabin as our original rental had hot water heater issues. The living room sectional is shabby.
Great stay as always
Had a Great time.... Difficult to respond to anyone, with no phone service - I apologize....everything went smooth - Loved being out on the water.
It was overall a great experience
We come to the lake every year for the Weenie Roast and snowmobile races. So glad we were able to grab this cabin as it was perfect for our group. The cabin is large and perfectly located right on the lake. The weather was pretty warm so we were able to enjoy the excellent view from the deck. No complaints and would definitely recommend.
Easy access to Lake lake trail, clean, warm and well maintained. Very Nice...
Getting everything setup with Kari was very easy and she was very accommodating for us. We ran into a small issue right before the trip with getting through to each other, but that was because of spotty reception. The cabin was very clean and tidy, and everything was ready for us. Can't say enough about the experience, but when we come back again, we know who we're calling! Thanks RRP!
excellent property to vacation with a large family . we were able to accommodate 12 people in total
The pros: Cabin was beautiful, and the location was perfect on the lake. Downstairs area was ideal for the younger kids to claim, and we used the wet bar for blackjack table. Gorgeous huge deck, but we were glad we brought our own comfy camp chairs. We had a great experience renting a pontoon/kayaks/paddleboard and they delivered right to the dock! The cons: We knew to bring our own bed linens and towels (COVID), but didn't realize there would be no kitchen dishrags or towels! Not much in the way of kitchen supplies (for example, crusty bottle of watered down Dawn detergent w/ half inch of liquid in it), and the nearest store is about 1/2 hour away. Kitchen was ill-equipped - several "junk drawers" packed to the brim with old batteries, used twine, etc, but no whisk! Equipped like a "camp", with a hodgepodge of things picked up second hand. The home seemed clean, but the lower level has a funky basement smell and one of the kids got a fish hook in his foot (no, not ours) from walking barefoot. The furniture in the main area is typical "camp" furniture. Overall, we really enjoyed this cabin and would probably stay again. This is obviously a family home and not just a vacation rental - I prefer the latter since vacation rentals are usually better maintained. But, the home is very, very nice and the location is gorgeous.
Even though the cabin is out dated in decor it was comfortable and accommodating for our group of 8. Great location to ATV trails.
When we arrived the house was not clean as expected. We called and the cleaning service came out again and cleaned the bathrooms and swept, but dusting was not done. For the price it should go without saying that it should be clean. Also, the garbage bins were full so we had to keep garbage in the house for two days prior to garbage pick up. Besides the cleaning and the garbage the house was great and we enjoyed ourselves.
