Management was exceptionally responsive. The layout of the property gives lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Very clean. Perfect for our needs.

My friends and I took a trip to Hawaii for the first time, and it was a true pleasure staying at Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club. They had ample living room space and good sized bedrooms. Their outdoor dining area helped us take advantage of the good weather as well. Would definitely come again!

This condo has everything. The beds are comfy the ceiling fans gkeep the temp comfy.kitchen is well equipped.The property managers were great to deal with. No bug location was perfect. We are already planning next yr.

Our stay with Knutson at the Racquet Club was fantastic! The list of positive things is long: the location is great (walk to beach in three minutes, close to snorkel beach and Magic Sands), place itself has lots of comfy beds, lots of room, great lanai in the trees, shopping nearby, and management was very responsive and communicative (they were in such good communication that we never had to ask for anything - information was all sent before needing to ask; reminders, codes, etc.). <br/><br/>In other reviews there were notes about the highway noise and heat. It is true that it is right by the road, but we didn't find it that loud (I am a light sleeper and with ear plugs I was fine). Also on the heat, it was 83 degrees on our trip and there are at least two fans in every room - an overhead and stand up - and when we had them on, the temperature was perfect.<br/><br/>So all in all, it was a fantastic place and it was a big part of what made our trip so good.<br/><br/>Thanks Knutson!

I was a little worried renting through a third party but Knutson & Associates made everything so easy! Loved the payment breakup. And I cannot be more grateful for clear and constant communication with them!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. There were 7 of us plus another 5 in another condo and we all had plenty of space when we gathered together. The balcony is completely screened in which is great since we needed outdoor air without a/c inside. (It was warm even in February!) The kitchen was stocked with the items we needed to make meals. Great location! Property manager is excellent and communicated frequently to ensure a pleasant stay.

Rental was nice, clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful, quiet and easy to access.

The resort was an amazing place to stay! The condo was a great size for our large family. There was a lot for everyone to do: swimming, tennis, Pickle Ball, snorkeling, etc. We visited some of the sites but really enjoyed our time at the resort most of all.

Staying at Kona Surf & Racquet with Knutson was a positive experience. The home was warm and welcoming, and it was as described. The kitchen was decently stocked and the rooms were pleasant. There was plenty of outdoor space on the lanai. Most importantly, Knutson's team was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and needs. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

We loved our stay in Kona at this little condo. Plenty big enough for the whole family, great spot at the end of Ali&#x2019;i, and walking distance from the back and grocery store. It was clean and loved being on the top floor.

We had a family of 8 on vacation. The Rental experience was great. There was great communication <br/> regarding check in and any other questions we had. <br/> The location was within walking distance of a nice snorkeling beach and it was within driving distance of many great shops. We had two vehicles and there was plenty of parking close to the unit. The unit itself was spacious and fully equipped. The lanai was a great place to have my morning coffee and listen to the birds. The grounds offered a very nice pool option and access to the shore.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and the accomodation was perfect for our needs.The unit was clean and the resort had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. <br/><br/>Our only comment is that the traffic along Ali'i drive was quite loud. While we appreciate that this isn't something the property owner can address (it's jsut because of where the property is located), we wanted to include it in our review in case people had babies or small children - it's likely the traffic could wake them up. It was a bit dissapointing to hear the traffic noise when having morning coffee or dinner on the lanai.

The place was very beautiful. It was conveniently located and the walk around the resort was absolutely stunning. There was no AC with minimal airflow so it stayed a little warm.

This place was a great place to stay with my family. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was mostly quiet. The traffic on Ali'i was loud at times but never disturbed our sleep. No A/C and no elevator to get to up stairs - 3rd floor unit. All in all I'd stay here again.

This was a great place to stay!! It was very spacious and in a great area.

Perfect for our family's water and hiking experience. Location is perfect access to roads north, south, and east that take you away from the crowded downtown Kona bussle. The many ceiling and stand up fans throughout the home and the large lanai keep the home cool. All the appliances we needed were furnished and made for a wonderful stay. Property management was also very helpful addressing our needs--when the dryer broke, a new dryer was ordered and we used racks on the lanai placed below ceiling fans to dry our closes. A great management company can adapt to your needs when there are unexpected problems. Great home. Great management.

Easy check in, very clear information on both the property and local to do's. Easy app to have on your phone so you don't have to worry about memorizing all the information. Lanai being screened in made for wonderful family meals outside while being inside. Only down side if you are not prepared or underestimate can be the heat. Hawaii is beautiful but hot, and the upstairs Loft area was the hottest even with the standing fans provided. Highly suggest to use that area for kids and not adults.

This condo was perfect for our multi family stay. Plenty of space, and the screened in wraparound lanai is awesome. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of linens. The pool was wonderful and beach access close by. The location close to Highway and bypass made getting around easy. Communication with Knutson before, during and after our stay very help and responses immediate. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing

It is a good condo for a larger group. It could use a deep cleaning (rugs in this climate are not great), the coffee pot worked but the burner was crumbling. Location was good but this building runs along the main road so road noise is very loud. Overall we liked it but it could use some tweaks.

The place was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our first trip to Hawaii. Great location and facilities.

This is an older unit with no a/c. Clean and well maintained though. Condo gets to be very warm in the afternoon, especially in the upper bedrooms. The fans move the air, but still is warm.Location is close to the pool and tennis courts.With the windows open, it is noisy due to the main road beside this condo.
