great property, had a problem finding the AC remote but eventually turned the place upside down and found it in a box tucked behind the TV. There was a problem with the drain in the sink but that was fixed after 1 call. thank you

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instruction book provided clear and concise instructions on how to access the condos amenities and area attractions. The condo is walking distance to the beach and grounds were spectacular. Other guests staying were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was a perfect. It’s close to ocean front, pool, and shopping center. When I had a question, the property manager was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property.

Check in and check out were easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Thank goodness for the A/C or we northerners might have melted. <br/>It didn't cause us any problems but the company didn't seem to have much familiarity with the condos beach gear. We would have packed a little less knowing that snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, etc. was available. <br/>A great place to stay though.

Originally, I booked this Unit through VRBO. However, the owners sold and the new owners went through Knutson. The transition was seamless and I even saved on some fees that VRBO charged but Knutson didn&#x2019;t.<br/>The unit was beautifully furnished inside and out and the price was reasonable. I hope I get that price again. Lastly, although I never needed assistance, Knutson&#x2019;s communication was excellent.

We loved this property for a variety of reasons... layout and decor of the condo was comfortable and felt very Hawaiian, beds were really comfortable!, lanai areas were spacious and relaxing, walk to (rocky) beach to catch a sunset was a 2 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby (our favorite was Magic Sands) and proximity to the Ironman festivities and downtown Kona was perfect. Everything we needed was in condo and property management team clearly communicated everything and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We've been staying in this KKSR condo since 2015and we keep coming back! The location is perfect to see all Kailua-Kona has to offer without being right in the center of all the traffic. A 10 minute walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park and a shopping center right up the hill with a grocery store and dining. Also minutes away from Keauhou Bay where many of the best ocean adventures depart from daily. The beautiful corner unit condo has a wonderful lanai which faces a well landscaped green belt where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail while the birds go by.

The property was very well maintained, clean, organized, and had all the amenities for a family of 5 to enjoy indoor/outdoor activities. It's location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Convenient location, clean, and affordable!

The facility is very nice with a pool, tennis courts, an ocean walkway, and a barbecue pavilion. The location is perfect for exploring Kona. Our condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to a rice cooker! The place was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was great having a washer and dryer. Overall a great place to stay.

We arrived at midnight and we were worried about getting into the condo however it was super easy! When we walked in we were in awe of the place the big windows and great size bedrooms. A couple items I want to make mention of are. This condo is very walkable to the mall where there is a grocery store, shave ice, restaurants and more!! It also has some great beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis racquets and balls. The grounds are perfect!! Every night we walked down to the beach (literally 2 min) and had the most amazing sunset views. The pool was awesome and the tennis courts and ping pong table is a great addition!

Stayed for three nights, good communication throughout. Rental clean and in great ahape.

Beautiful views, grounds, pool nice and clean. Nice to have the view area just up from the water. Enjoyed watching the sunset a few times. Peaceful. Unit well maintained, management ver attentive and quick for any questions or concerns. Met a few friendly owners!
