We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, had everything we could have needed for our stay. Perfect unit for our toddler to spread his wings and play outside on the lawn. The beach at the complex was so calm and relaxing... and the landscaping was beautiful! We’ll definitely return and would highly recommend

Unit was as lovely as pictured. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The kitchen was very well-equipped. Great water pressure in the shower. Distant water view from the lanai.

We rented this property for visiting family from the mainland. They were very pleased with the location and the amenities. I would certainly rent here again when our guests outnumber our available bedrooms!

The property was very nice and convenient for exploring the Kona side of the island. The outdoor patio was secluded due to it being a corner unit and the surrounding bushes. The entire property was fun to explore the shoreline and historical areas. Our family would definitely consider staying here in the future!

This is one of the best-equipped rental units we have ever stayed in. It feels like new and is set in an extremely quiet complex. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic, the BBQ was nearby. We actually decided to make more meals at home because of how wonderful the layout and amenities were. The pool and tennis courts were a nice treat for the kids, and the overall location of the complex is close to everything in the area. Would definitely recommend. The condo was also very clean and well-kept. Knutson & Associates were 100% professional.

Loved this place! First time to the Big Island and could not be happier with the experience at this condo. Perfect size with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and great lanai with comfortable seating. The grounds were immaculate and location close to shopping was convenient. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at #6101. The home was beautifully decorated and will all the amenities a family would need. From beach towels, beach chairs and even sand toys for the little ones. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing at the pool and the back patio. Wish we could have stayed longer. Was also very impressed with the attentiveness the rental company gave to us during our stay. Recommendation for places to visit and eat. Thank you for a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Keaahou. Location right by the water was awesome, quiet gated complex, perfect sunset views and walks along the golf course. The unit was superbly appointed, and the kids enjoyed the privacy of their bedroom/bathroom corner. Mornings in the lanai were peaceful. Would recommend !

The condo and it's setting are beautiful and very well maintained. Close to everything but still peaceful and serene setting.

This corner unit has it all! The community is quiet and well cared for with dramatic ocean views a lovely pool area tennis courts and convenient parking! The unit had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and easy. The bedrooms are big the bathrooms have amazing water pressures and I loved sitting on the massive lanai with morning coffee. When we needed an extra bogie board our host returned my text almost immediately and said we can purchase one for the unit for reimbursement. It was the perfect location...quiet yet easy to get to and locate. Near fantastic magic sands beach - a must go! Thank you to this host and their magical aloha spirit that was the perfect home base for our first trip to the Big Island. Would Definitely recommend!

Excellent facilities, beautiful grounds

Very clean and spacious condos offering all the commodities you need. There was one king and one queen bed in two separte rooms. The sofas were not sofa bed. No AC but good aeration. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed every night there!

This 2 BR condo is clean, well equipped, and in such a lovely location. There was tropical vegetation, a slight view of the ocean and just very private and peaceful. It is only about a mile to restaurants and a good grocery. Management was readily available to answer questions when needed. Simply lovely!

We rented a unit in the tennis and racket ball club. It was amazing. Not only the accommodations great, they thought of everything. In our unit we had coolers for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, lawn chairs, sand toys, and the list goes on! I would highly recommend this unit to someone else. The only minor downfall is that there is no air conditioning. Coming from Canada we embraced the heat and humidity, but certainly was a little warm in the evenings.

This ground floor unit was great! Good for two couples - each with a full en-suite. Easy access to the BBQ or the shoreline to watch crashing waves and a sunset. Short walk to a beach. Community pickle ball/tennis/pool. The unit was clean, had adequate supplies and a nice kitchen. Short drive to Kona or Capt Cook’s snorkeling bay. Close to groceries/drugstore.

Communication with property pre and during trip was excellent. Apartment sized well for our needs and location well suited for day trips. Supermarket and amenities close. Value for money. Friendly clientele, mix of families, younger parties and retirees.

We had the best stay! Pool, volleyball, and tennis! Secure location. Well maintained property. Kids had fun and us parents too! Nice home base for daily adventures our on the island.

We loved staying at this condo. We loved the sober and simple decor, the location, the supplies, basically everything! We will come back for sure!

We had to switch rentals (from another property with an issue) to this one last minute and we're so glad we did. This rental was absolute perfection. It was super clean, and the setup was perfect. Everything in unit was brand new and was well stocked (all the little things that you usually need to run out and buy were here for us). There were plenty of extra linens, towels, etc. Setup was great -- a BBQ was right out the back close to the unit. There wasn't a direct sunset view but you had to walk a few steps and would see it. Magic Sands was only about a 5 min drive (plenty of parking there). We would absolutely stay here again!
