Nice Apartment with view<br/>No hassle checking in or out

The condo we rented was exceptional! The view was to die for; the accommodations were clean; and, the kitchen supplied us with everything we could ask for in the way of essentials.<br/>

Beautiful condo with a stunning view! The condo is well decorated and furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you would ever need to cook a full meal. The condo did not have air conditioning but it wasn't an issue for us during our stay in March with the windows open and the ceiling fans. Knutson & Associates Property Management communicated well and provided great support during our stay. We've stayed in a lot of condos throughout the years and would rate this one near the top for quality and convenience.

Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves and wake up to a stunning ocean view. This beautifully decorated condo has a chef&#x2019;s kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. A grocery store and restaurants are minutes away. Located on a golf course at the end of the complex, this oceanfront unit is quiet and private. It&#x2019;s far enough from Kona to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to conveniently shop and dine. Watch whales from your lanai as you enjoy enjoy your relaxing vacation. Knutson & Associates was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. If you stay here, you&#x2019;ll want to come back year after year.

What a wonderful vacation rental! From the minute we walked away we were blown away by the beautiful view! This property looks great in the pictures and did not disappoint. The condo is very spacious and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing every night. With screens on all the windows and patio doors and ample ceiling fans, the condo stayed at the perfect temperature (AC not required). We loved relaxing on the covered deck where there was lots of room for everyone. The complex was very well maintained, beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and lots to do. Knutson & assoc. were very pleasant to deal with and easy to reach if you had any questions or concerns, check in and out was very simple. There is a shopping area near that was very convenient and easy to access all the restaurants and shops along Ali'i drive. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this property - delightful!

I love my stay at Kona Surf and Racquet Club 5203. Ocean view was stunning. Such a good way to wake up in the morning and have coffee and watch the boats go back and forth. Thank you to the management who answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I can't wait to come back to paradise and stay here again soon!!!!

Great stay in 5-203. I have to think this is one of if not the nicest unit in the complex. Great high end furnishings and appliances and comfy. Perfect for our family of four.<br/>Heather from Knutson was an awesome resource during the stay.
