This is a lovely condo. The owner did a very nice job remodeling it. It felt like home away from home. The location is excellent. We would stay there again as it is conveniently located to Kona activities, grocery stores shopping etc. The property itself is very nice.

This condo worked perfectly for our family of four -- the 2 bathrooms and a Queen bed for each kiddo was a home run! We enjoyed the quiet location and the relaxing ocean views. We happily opted for the fresh ocean air in lieu of the A/C for our entire stay. We worked with Knutson and quickly learned how to manage the mini kitchen ants that are common in the tropics. And we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers that helped us make the most of our Big Island vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful, well appointed property. Beautiful views of the ocean and nearby golf course. <br/>We didn&#x2019;t cook but the kitchen seemed to have all you would need if you chose to eat in.<br/>The management team was a dream. Just right informational e-mails and checking on our satisfaction and needs.

Unit was exactly like the pictures showed. The lanai was the perfect size for 5 of us to sit & enjoy the view while having snacks & beverages.... breakfast every morning too. Only 2 things we came across - the floor fan in the 2nd bedroom did not work and the sofa bed in the living room is in need of a new mattress.<br/>All in all a very enjoyable place to stay and we look forward to returning next year.

The condo was excellent. It was stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds, beach accessories, even snorkeling gear. We paid for the A/C and happy we did. The location is perfect, too, if you are staying in Kona. A 1/2 mile beach for the best off beach snorkeling. It was easy to walk. It was also close to other nice destinations. Also, the view from the patio was amazing, sunsets, whales and dolphins swim by.

It was very clean and updated interior. There were beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment and other beach stuff that was available for our use.

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was remodeled and very clean. The grounds were beautiful. Pool area was great. Pictures do not do this properly justice. I highly recommend room 5-103!

What a great vacation rental. We arrived very late and it was an easy 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Gated community & lock box key entry.<br/>The layout was perfect for my family of 4 with amazing ocean views, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, roomy and AC was appreciated after long days in the sun and fun. Plus a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas. All there for you. No need to buy. Skip the hotel and rent this property.

Went back and forth a lot on what location (Kona vs Waikoloa) and amenities (pool, ocean view, number of rooms, etc) were most important to us. The Waikoloa area is closer to the white sand beaches, but most places are on golf courses. Decided ocean view and pool were most important and we made the right choice. Having the ocean right off the patio really made the trip. The drive North wasn't bad, and there are also 2 walkable beaches and a pool for before/after the drive. Great rocky beach for exploring tide pools is adjacent to the property, and Kahalu&#x2019;u Beach Park is also quite close. Also close to Keauhou Bay for boat/snorkel trips. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Even had unexpected items like beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkel gear - although it would have been nice if that stuff had been advertised ahead of time, and the chairs could really use an upgrade. <br/><br/>I'd recommend splurging for the a/c.

The Condo was very comfortable for 6 People. Beds were comfortable too! What is not to Love about an Ocean view and waves crashing as you sit on the Lanai. Condo was well equipped in the kitchen and the place has plenty of linens, including plenty of beach towels for everyone. They had beach umbrellas, beach mats and a boogie board. We left another boogie board we purchased behind so now there are 2! They even had a cooler to use when going to the beach. We Love Kona and go quite a bit. This place was a great choice!

We have been to Kona many times and this condo was our favorite! Beautiful location and definitely enough space in the unit for our family. We enjoyed how quiet this end building is and felt like we had plenty of privacy. We will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Great property with amazing ocean views. Some of the best sunsets anywhere. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. A great golf course at the back door.. We will be booking this one again!

This was a great family condo that had almost anything we could ask for. The property was very quiet and we felt completely safe leaving the sliding doors open overnight. This did help cool things down as evening times did get warm inside, but not unbearable. There were ceiling fans in every room and a couple of standing fans that helped. It was also nice being able to listen to the crashing waves before falling asleep. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extras that can be used during the stay (beach gear, portable chairs, etc.) The location of the property was great as Kahalu'u Beach was only a half-mile away and the nearest grocery store was about 5 minutes away. The only thing you might want to watch out for is to make sure you have a light walking from the condo to the parking lot at night or you might end up stepping on a few snails that like to congregate on the sidewalk during the overnight hours.

This condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. Honestly we spent most of our time on the lanai. There were beach towels and snorkel gear. The location was perfect with beaches, stores and restaurants close. Knutson and Associates were great to work with, we will definitely work with them on our next trip!

This apartment has great ocean views and it was very quiet. It was clean, perfect for three people, good appliances and far enough from Kona center.
