The condo was clean and ideally located on the shore. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be well appointed. Nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to borrow. View was unbelievable!<br/>The kitchenf could use a bit of updating, but nothing that would cause us not to rent this unit again.

This was our second visit to this condo and it was as awesome as the first time, the condo is well equipped with expected extras snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and coolers. Most of all we enjoy the sound of the breaking waves all day and night,

Our condo was beautifully located with a very spacious deck with a glorious view of the ocean and sunsets. We did have trouble with ants and some of the condo is in need of maintenance.

Easy check-in, great location, and extra-large wrap-around lanai where we spent every moment we could watching boats and canoes go by. Very convenient to Kona and Keahou, shopping, groceries, visiting north, south, or over to the volcano. Grounds are well kept and condo was very clean. Only minor complaint was comfort of the furniture on the lanai.

This unit has the best location in development. Postcard views all day long! Sunsets were unbelievable from the patio. Floor to ceiling sliding doors allowed ample light and an all day breeze. Washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Property was clean, well maintained and the management staff had great communication for an easy check in. The Wifi worked great. I would return just to stay in this unit again and will be recommending it to anyone I know coming to Kona!

This 2nd story condo was just perfect for the 3 of us. No a/c, but at night we just left the sliders and windows open and the fans running. It was wonderful to sit out on the lanai in the morning, listening to the waves and enjoying my coffee. Very well-stocked condo, too! We would stay here again in the future.

Appartment was clean, well organized with an astonishing view over the pacific ocean (Sunset inlcuded). Nothing to complain about. Supermarket and restaurant are very close to the appartment location. Kona city is a solid 20 min drive with a bit a traffic. I definitely would recommand it to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It is very well managed. Then check in and check out we&#x2019;re so easy. The view was awesome. I would suggest owner to consider upgrading furniture, bath towels, and kitchen&#x2019;s pans and pots. I would stay at this place again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I am glad I knew in advance that there was no ac. The furniture was dated but the view made up for it. Corner unit with sliders that opened up & made it feel like we were on a boat.

The condo is bright, airy, and spacious. We loved the wrap-around lanai with ocean views. The living room was comfortable. However, the kitchen is dark and the appliances are old. The white refrigerator has scratches and stains on it, which makes it appear dirty. There is a serious ant issue in both the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Small ants crawl on kitchen and bath counters as well as along the bathroom walls. With ants in the kitchen, who would want to cook there? There is also no deadbolt on the front door. There is only one switch type lock, but no secondary lock. Although our safety was never compromised, we thought this was odd for the main door to the condo. The sliding glass doors need to be oiled up or repositioned along its tracks -- it wasn't the easiest to maneuver open and closed.

We loved KKSRC location and amenities. The condo was a perfect location, hearing the waves at night was a big plus. It had most all the conveniences.

Beautiful home with space to reflect and rest. Strategically located outside Kona but close enough to relate to it's greater crowds if we wished. The outside porch is where we spent most of our time when in residence, which was early and late most days..

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island, and I was blown away with how close this condo is to the ocean- get ready to be serenaded by the waves at night! The kitchen had nearly everything we needed to cook (minus a can opener), and we enjoyed accessing the pool. Beds are so relative to each individual so take the feedback with a grain of salt, but the queen was too soft for both of our backs. Our housemates were comfortable on both of the twins. Thank you for a great experience!

Loved the location. Appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The unit needs updating. The patio doors don't slide well. Interior doors need replacing. These issues did not diminish the wonderful location and fabulous view on the wraparound lanai. The size of the unit was very spacious for four adults. Excellent airflow and we didn't miss AC.

The property view is dreamy, full waterfront view so you can see whales playing every other day. Complex is pretty well maintained, and mostly quiet.

Unit had a great view! Was a missing key, but they took care of it right away, great service and support! Our family already wants to go back and we'll be using them again for sure!

The location was great and resort grounds were immaculate. The view can't be beat. We were disappointed however that the condos a little tired and needs some refurbishment.

This is an amazing place and we would totally stay there again! The place was super clean, the beds were comfy and the view amazing. The ocean is actually closer than it looks in the pics which is awesome, and you can hear it crashing against the lava rocks below and see the spray. The resort is nice and quiet, the pool is clean and nice, and grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. The only two things I would say could be criticized are, the back bedroom overlooks one of the garbage and recycling areas. No smells, but sometimes if you're trying to sleep in you can hear the clank of bottles and what not. The other is that the kitchen is looking a little well used, but everything is totally functional. All in all we loved this place, and would totally love to come back here!

This condo, while it has some age on it and the bed and the pillows in the master need replacing, everything worked well, and it's stocked with everything we needed- which is much appreciated. The location is GREAT and the view is AMAZING- we watched dolphins play in the ocean and the sun set from the lanai. BEAUTIFUL!I recommend this condo, the oceanfront corner unit is the way to go!

My husband and two grown children loved staying at this condo and will select it again for future stays.

The condo was very nice, and the view was just amazing. We loved sitting outside and eating dinner every night, watching the sunset. We were pleasantly suprised to find that it had everything for the beach: umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. And it is very conveniently located close to a shopping center with everything you need. The condo is showing its age, but it was clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. It doesn't have air conditioning, which wasn't a problem when the doors and windows are open and the cool ocean breeze comes in, but it does get toasty in the heat of the afternoon. Overall, great place, we would stay here again.

This oceanfront corner unit did not disappoint. The sunsets from the lanai took our breath away and listening to the ocean at night was amazing. Though there is no A/C, there was more than enough breeze to keep us cool. Would definitely stay again.

The appartment was in a very good shape equipped with everything you need and very clean. Fantastic view to the ocean with amazing sunsets.

We really had a great experience! The condo was great and the location was perfect! The first thing we saw when we arrived was the sunset from our lanai! The only recommend we would have would be to replace the master bedroommattress. We would definitely go through Knutson and associates again.

Really enjoyed our oceanfront condo and entire complex.The view is gorgeous!!The only downside was the glass was spotted on the lanai. Bar height chairs on lanai would correct that. I would love to return.

The setting and the view CANNOT be beat. The complex is peaceful and the grounds are gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai of #2-204 watching sunrises and sunsets. The waves crashing on the rocks right in front of our unit were spectacular! There was generous, well-appointed space for 4 adults. It was clean and the beds, pillows, and sheets were comfortable. The unit was stocked with an assortment of spices and cooking oils, cooking utensils (minus tools for the community barbeque), beach towels and chairs, games, and books. We didn’t lack for anything during our visit. That being said, we did notice a few things worth mentioning for people considering this unit. The master bath needs some attention. The shower door was difficult to slide due to corrosion, the toilet seat kept collapsing on itself, and the shower stall needs a good soaking in bleach (we thought the guest bath was lovely). The clothes washer needs a few cycles with some Affresh. We were disappointed to find it doesn’t have air conditioning since the temps during our visit soared into the 90s each day (we live in the south and forget there are parts of the world where this isn’t a given). There is good air circulation through the unit when the ceiling fans are all on and the windows and doors are open. Even so, the back bedroom, kitchen, and dining room were uncomfortably hot. We were all sweating by the time we finished eating dinner, even with a table fan we found in the unit pointing directly at us. The kitchen faucet leaks and has clearly done so for a long time. The counter behind the sink has water damage and the dish washer has rusted where the water runs down to the floor. Also, whatever was used to clean the kitchen floor made it extremely slippery. Some kitchen mats would be helpful to prevent any serious accidents. All that said, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our visit. We will keep this unit on our list to book again when we come back.

2-204 is a true gem. Being on a corner with that amazing oceanview can't be beat. I absolutely loved it, and will be back! Fantastic experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf and Rawuet club. The unit was clean,big and had everything we needed to enjoy 10 days in paradise. The wrap around lanai was amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting out there soaking up the spectacular view. The pool was nice,kept clean and well maintained. This unit was great for a family of 4. The few downsides were how hot the unit was at night. Bigger, more powerful stand up fans for bedrooms would be a plus. A proper king size bed in master bedroom would have been nice. The bed was very small and uncomfortable for two.

The sunsets from the lanai are worth the rental! Everything was perfect, we'd go back next time. The 2 weeks just flew by. Mahalo~

We were very happy to stay at this condo during winter vacation.<br/>Location was great; ocean front, beautiful sunset everyday, close to shopping, enjoyed tennis with other visitors. We had breakfast every morning on the spacious lanai right by the ocean where we could hear the waves. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Renting our lodging was easy as could be. Blake was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so happy to secure this corner unit with the amazing view and the sound of the surf. The unit was very spacious with an abundance of supplies - from cooking utensils to boogie boards to beach towels. It had a wide array of entertainment options (games and beach gear) and even had skewers for cooking out on the grill. Having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who considering this location. They even have a phone app, which is very helpful with property information and nearby recommendations.

Grant and Blake at Knutson Assoc were so helpful - organising the delivery of hired baby gear and helping us settle in. The apartment is well set out and this is the second time we have stayed at the Kona Surf & Racquet Club. The view and the sea breezes make this a magic spot, we will be back and are telling all of our friends. Thanks so much for excellent prompt service and an awesome holiday!!

We stayed here for 8 nights. Gorgeous view (sunset!) and clean unit. Entire condominium was well maintained. Only thing we did not like was that I guess one of the neighbors (don't know which one) was smoking, I smelled smoke when we were having a breakfast on the balcony, and someone moved in upstairs late at night, talking laud and noisy foot steps. Other than these incidents, we loved the place.
