We loved the access to food and main roads on the island. The place was quiet at night which was an added benefit after big adventure days. We said multiple times that we wished we had stayed longer and would definitely be coming back!

The location of the property is excellent, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and was beautifully redone. The view was spectacular! The only negative was no air conditioning. I did not pay attention to that amenity when booking. The unit does have a nice breeze and the fans provided some comfort.

The property is well located and has great sea views.<br/>Kitchen has good facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable.<br/>While the airflow created by ceiling fans helped, the unit needs aircon to allow a good nights sleep.<br/>The property managers were very responsive to our minor requests.

Gorgeous place... close to everything! We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! Place was clean! The pool wasn&#x2019;t what we expected but we never had time to use it anyways! ( just small) <br/>Laundry room was decent... clean. <br/>Would 100% book this place again!!

Great location especially for walking to town and the bay.

This stay was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The rental was super clean and the location was super convenient. There was a farmers market right beside us which we walked to almost every morning. And lots of restaurants and things to do. Definitely would stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony was beautiful

Excellent! management company made sure I was comfortable and fulfilled all my needs. Response was very fast. Will definitely use them whenever I come back.

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the downtown location for morning and evening walks along the wharf with easy access to restaurants, coastal views, and shopping. A favorite at the rental was having our breakfast out on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean and town. The top floor and corner location gave the condo a sense of privacy. We found the place spotless, bright, comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, water filter, and comforts of home. There were plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, and extras such as the picnic cooler & ice packs that we used daily as we set out for excursions. One suggestion is to provide a non-slip bathtub mat for more secure footing, since there is not a grab bar. <br/>Overall, a great place, although the trade off is the normal night time traffic and critter noises expected with a downtown location. We throughly enjoyed our winter getaway to Kona and this rental was perfect for a home-away-from-home.

We got off to a rough start, but the property manager helped us find the place. The directions were good but because of traffic we missed the Palani turn off. when we finally arrived, the place was clean and beautiful, the view was spectacular, the upgrades done were very nice and the kitchen was set up very nicely for cooking. Bed was comfortable, the little frogs sung us to sleep, after we got used to them the first night. It was nice to be able to walk to the town at night, My husband was very put off by the many many emails asking for a good review and to sign up for the property managers app. but besides that the overall experience was lovely

This was our first experience with a VRBO and were not sure how it would go. We were very pleased with our experience with Knutson & Associates. We booked 2 properties through them and everything went smooth from our first contact through to departure. They remained in contact through the whole experience and the properties were clean and well maintained. We went to their office in Kona have re-booked again for next year through them.

The condo was so clean, a perfectly kept space just right for the two of us, and with a beautiful view of Kona and the ocean. Perfect location right in the heart of Kona. Loved it!

A very good location,initial reaction was a disappointing building but however on entering our unit we were impressed with the quality & presentation of our unit. All fixtures, fittings etc are of a high standard & the bed is very comfortable.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It had been newly remodeled and was very bright and cheery. The kitchen had new updated appliances and everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed the view and being close to Kailua-Kona.

Very nice, recently remodeled, quiet because it was on the corner. Took our Firestick and used it with no problem. Catholic Church, Kai is a perfect Happy Hour. You can see Dolphins and Whales from the lanai.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Kona, very walkable to great restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities: snorkeling gear, beach blanket, beach cooler and other little gems. Amazing views from the little deck. Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for the Ironman World Championship. A block up from the Ironman Village, so you can walk to everything.<br/><br/>The condo has everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. The rental agency checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Customer service was fantastic.<br/><br/>I would highly recommend the rental agency and the condo.<br/><br/>The best part, in addition to racing, was being able to swim in Kailua Bay everyday!

I LOVED my mini getaway at Kailua Village! This unit was beautifully decorated, clean with all the amenities needed to make it feel homely. It's security feature was a plus for a single traveler and the location is unbeatable - central to stores, restaurants and shopping. The view from the lanai was my favorite. Waking up to the views of the ocean, having my coffee and relaxing was everything I needed to rest and recuperate from my busy schedule. I can't wait to return!

The condo was very comfortable, well equipped. Gorgeous views of the harbor and town from the 7th floor balcony. Marvelous views of the mountains out the front. Only concern was there was some heavy traffic noise at times. But, overall, very convenient -- walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We spent a week and loved having the condo's easy access to walk to food, music and shopping. The location offered a great view from the deck where we enjoyed morning coffee/evening cocktails while watching the various types of activities out on the water. The unit was clean, comfortable and stocked with all we needed. We especially appreciated that there were beach towels & a cooler to use for day trips. We were able to keep the unit cool w/o AC with the fans provided and open doors/windows plus that great ocean breeze. Papa Kona's had great food. A Bay's had good music. Kona Canoe Club had good Mai Tais. We'd definitely stay at Kailua Village again. The Cloud Forest Sanctuary nearby was a worthwhile guided nature hike.

The room and view from it was very good. We had problems with the elevator and room keys. also difficult tuning-in the TV set.

Clean, modern condo perfect for 2 people. We loved the view. Convenient to restaurants etc, but we appreciated having a rental car and parking spot. Laundry area clean and great for guests. Did not miss an AC unit because the breeze was amazing!

My wife and I booked three nights at this condo in Kona, and were very pleased with our stay. If you are looking for a reasonably priced accommodation with an excellent view of the ocean and close to many of the restaurants than this is the place for you. When we checked in the place was spotless and we loved the modern decor. The team at Knutson & Associates were very courteous and communicated well the check in instructions and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. Would stay here again.

This is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The property management company was also very helpful and answered any questions we had right away. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars in Kona. I was hesitant to stay in a place without AC but it was no problem with all the fans and being right on the ocean. Also the beach chairs and snorkeling gear was a nice bonus!

Awesome rental experience! Location central to everything. Eye popping views. No better place to watch the beautiful Kona sunsets. Well appointed condo perfect for a couple- chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear were a total bonus. Absolutely will stay here again and already have recommended it to friends and family!
