What a view! From the comfort of our two decks we enjoyed the grounds, the pool, and the beach. <br/><br/>The condo is so well furnished, plenty of supplies, and clean as you could wish for.

We have stayed at Kahana Sunset for many years but our first time on this side of the resort. C7 was amazing - the views of the ocean and the pool were perfect, easiest access to both, and the unit itself was huge, open layout, with a better equipped kitchen than we left at home!<br/><br/>On site ground staff are helpful and keep everything looking amazing. They will pick papayas for you to enjoy and recommend a new beach to snorkel :).<br/><br/>This unit allows you to prep lunch while the kids swim in the pool and just call out &#x201C;food is ready&#x201D; :). We look forward to staying at C7 again - our new favorite unit.

Beautiful place and location. The property description was accurate and we knew exactly what to expect. The property was beautiful and maintained excellent. We were surprised at the lack of any spices, oil or pam spray. Napili market being so close was a positive. We love the Snorkel Shop. Extremely helpful and the best prices we found for rentals during your whole trip.

Have to say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in vacation. The condo was immaculate and clean. It had new appliances and was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was in a great location. We even say sea turtles while snorkeling on the private beach. Very easy to get to beaches, restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend for families and friends!

Had an outstanding experience at the Kahana Sunset, unit C7. The condo was well appointed and the property manager was very responsive. Having the beach just outside was amazing. The beach is smallish but never felt crowded. Air conditioning was powerful. We turned it off during the day but it was nice to have it for sleeping. Kitchen knives were dull, so be prepared for that if you are cooking, but no big deal. Grocery store is two minutes away by car/ten minutes on foot. Very convenient. Will definitely be back if we&#x2019;re fortunate enough to return to Maui.

That private beach is a nice place for snorkeling and morning swim

Overall our stay at Kahana Sunset was great! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have to head down and have some beach time. I did have to reach out to Epic Realty on our third day there regarding a leak from the dishwasher. They were very responsive, however trying to arrange the repair folks was a bit cumbersome. Being that we were on island time, I didn&#x2019;t always have my phone with me and had to call back or reply in the VRBO host conversation. I had originally said that the repair people could come in anytime even if we were not in the unit. Before they came, they called me anyway to ask again if they could enter the unit if we weren&#x2019;t there. I didn&#x2019;t get the message until later as we were out thus missing out on the repair. The next available time was the day before we left, which meant we had to hand wash everything the whole trip. This wasn&#x2019;t a complete deal breaker, however, had they noted my original request that the repair people could enter without us being there, it would have been cared for earlier and not been a worry to us. It was just a matter of not connecting timely. Parking is available and rather private, though for the C building, is a little snug, but expected for the space that&#x2019;s available. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

C7 was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Kahana Sunset is just as amazing as it was when we used to stay as teenagers. The property is well maintained, and landscaping is beautiful. The water level is so high right now, that it's hard to spend time directly on the beach, but there is plenty of space to enjoy the view and other beautiful beaches nearby.

We just returned home from a 22 day stay at this terrific property. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. Beautiful, happy condo with awesome views, sparkling clean and with excellent proximity to shops and restaurants, comfy beds and lots of space. Whales, turtles and spectacular sunsets all included for free. If you like to cook (we don't) you will find every tool known to man in the kitchen. This is our second year booking with Epic and everything went according to plan. Awesome staff. No issues other than a little light bulb that went out and they immediately sent a very nice young man to replace. We highly recommend their services and this condo for your vacation needs.

The unit was very clean and uts location was perfect for us. It has access to the beach and you can watch sea turtles every morning. It was perfect for our family because we were able to cook and prepare meals while on our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very easy to check in and out and the communication with the property manager was very good. They responded quickly to any questions that we had. One issue we had on the first night (Friday) was that one of the showers was not working due to it being installed incorrectly, but we were able to still use the toilet and sink. This caused some problems because we all had to share one shower, which was inconvenient when we all got home a bit late and had to take turns for the shower. We decided to not have the shower fixed because we the plumber couldn't fix the shower until Monday and it would take two days. Since we were on vacay we didn't want a person coming in and out of our condo for two days while we weren't there. We were given a credit, which we were a bit disappointed in the amount due to the inconvenience, but we got by. I've bee told the shower is fixed so hopefully the new guests can enjoy two showers. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay. They have all the things you need to cook and bbq while staying at the condo. It was so nice to go out on the balcony every morning and look at the water and experience a sunset every evening. In my opinion the location was great because it was not too far from Lahaina, but far enough to not be too crowded. Getting around is easy, so nothing is too far away, unless you're going to Kihei, Hana, etc. That's a bit of a drive. They have a beach that's basically yours and we saw many turtles swimming around. The kids loved it! Lots of good food options nearby. Also, Kaanapali and Lahaina aren't too far away, so that'll give you more food and shopping options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kahana Sunset.

We have been coming to Kahana Sunset for over 15 years. If you want to get away from the crowded hotels of Ka'anapali, this place is for you. The complex has it all: pool, small protected beach, reef for snorkeling, many turtles, BBQ and not to mention fresh fruit and herbs grown on the premises! We had mango smoothies every day. The condo itself was wonderful, newly remodeled, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and the absolutely necessary AC in the summer months. The condo has beautiful ocean views off of the lanais as many do in this complex. We have been to Kahana Sunset many times and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in.
