Great Property, amazing views, close to so much!

It was wonderful. The property was clean and convenient- close to many experiences. Highly recommend. Property owners were awesome to deal with.

This condo was great; full kitchen with all utensils, a nice sitting area and lani. A partial ocean view was nice but also the drainage ditch from the mountains. The only issue I had was the shower. I am 5'6" and the shower head was at head height and the water pressure was very bad/low.<br/>The resort is beautiful; two pools & two whirlpools; pool bar and restaurant; nice sand beach where we saw seals, and beautiful sunsets. There is a full grocery store across the the street, as well as bars and restaurants.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I! It has plenty of room and everything a couple could need for their stay in Maui. The amenities the condo has on site made the stay that much better. A great restaurant/ bar, 2 pools and hot tubs to choose from, a coffee shop, and a beautiful beach access. I would recommend this stay to anyone I know!

Our vacation stay in Maui was excellent. The property at Kaanapali Shores<br/>was truly worth it. The property was in a very nice hotel which was very clean and well managed. The management company who managed the property answered all my e-mails and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My whole family stayed in the condo,we were two adults and my two children slept on the pullout couch. It was a pretty thick mattress and pretty comfortable. There was and a full kitchen which we used all the time. Everything you needed was supplied at the condo. We all enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend the condo.

When we travel, we are seldom in the room for being out enjoying our vacation. We are only there to sleep, bath and possibly catch a snack. With that said, the room was acceptable for our family of 4. We had two minor issues that the management was wonderfully responsive with top notch resolutions. We had planned to buy a portable cooler for our time on the island, but there was on in the room which saved us time and money (a plus). There was no phone or wash/dryer, but we really did not need it. The Ka'anapali Shores grounds were beautiful and we seemed to have full access to the amenities of interest. While it is suppose to be an "ocean front" view, it really is not although again, we are not in our room enough to enjoy the view. The daily room price for off-season was on the high end of being 'reasonable', but it was clean and nice. It was quite close to most activities we enjoyed. All around rating.. I would give it a 4.3 out of 5. The management was so wonderful, otherwise, I would have given the rating a 3.8 based on price, etc.. Kudos to management!

Great stay. Good location. Place was very clean. Room had everything we needed. From Utensils we needed to cook down to beach chairs. Will recommend this place

Kim was so great and helpful. We are so happy we chose Epic Realty to work with. The property itself is really pretty, has two great pools, a great restaurant, and a beautiful beach(just not that great for swimming). The unit itself was stocked nicely with utensils, plates etc. Decor wise it was slightly outdated but for the price we easily looked past it, it seems most units in the hotel are the same style. I felt like the property was very clean, however the grout on the bathroom floor looked dirty and needed a good scrub in the high traffic areas. Overall we had a great stay. Epic Realty was very helpful, it was easy to check in and out, property was great, staff was great, location was nice. Would definitely recommend!

It was easy to access and everything was as described. We had a nice view of the ocean and palm trees over the other building. Pretty quiet space and loved the big sliding doors and window we could open to get the ocean air breeze in the room! The only bummer was that we had some small ants get in to some of our food the first day we were there, despite the sealed containers. We ended up putting everything we brought into the fridge and the little pests went away! Other than that the room was pretty well maintained but some of the furniture is getting worn, creaky chairs and the end tables have water damage, and the carpet felt grimy enough under bare feet to just were shoes or sandals all the time. However, at the price point and location we would gladly stay again!

Wonderful condo with amazing location to the beach, pools, restaurants, and grocery store! Quick drive to Lahaina and whalers village where we spent most our time with the exception to the beach! Highly recommended! It was Fabulous working with Kim! So friendly and accommodating!

We enjoy a very special vacation, full of beautiful landscapes, with many opportunities for entertainment and personal rest and excellent accomodation.The Island of Maui, in Hawai, is a paradise.

Overall this is a very good hotel and great location . We are very pleased with our stay . Just wish we could've spend more time . We are Coming back for sure .

This is the second time we've stayed at Kaanapali Shores, and both times were great. Our condo was well-equipped and efficient as to design. the property manager helped us with the entry code at the last second, very professional and helpful.My only complaint is with the various sources on the internet and in travel guides that state the whales come in November. They don't!

This unit was very clean, bright and in a great location. I do plan to reserve again on an annual basis. the property manager was quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had prior to my arrival, during and after I had checked out. First class all the way!

There was a nice plate of fruit and cookies waiting for us! The bed cover had been updated. The furniture was in good shape. Check in and check out - flawless. The pools and grounds were very nice. However, 2 days before we were to leave for Maui, we received an email saying that we wouldn't be able to use the lanai because the doors weren't working properly and parts were on order. I knew that the doors had previously been an issue because of a review written by another client back in July of 2018 (6 months previously!), but I didn't dream that this would still be an issue. Being told that the lanai was off limits 2 days before our vacation didn't leave any time to arrange for alternative accommodations. Not being able to use the lanai may sound like a small deal, but to us it was important as we live in frigid western Canada and having coffee in the morning out in the warm air and sunshine was a large part of what we were looking forward to. After I expressed our disappointment at this late news, we received a second email after we arrived in Maui, saying that the doors had been worked on and that we were now able to use the lanai, even though the doors might be sticky. We were able to enjoy the lanai, which we greatly appreciated. BUT, sleeping during windy nights was almost impossible because of the banging noise that the doors made because they were so loose in the track at the top. Luckily, we had a pizza box that we used pieces of to stuff against the top of the doors to secure them enough so that we could sleep. Also, the lock on the doors did not work properly and were very difficult to secure. I sincerely hope that these door issues will be rectified very soon so that other clients don't experience the same sleepless nights. Also, the drapes were VERY dirty and were so old that they were cracked and have several small holes that the sun shines through in the morning &#x2013; these need replacing. Otherwise, this room was very clean an

Liked it, spacious for three people. Had a little ocean view. Needed a dryer rack for towels, bathing suit. Frying pans not good. Close to grocery store. Not too far from other beaches. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Perfect for small family. Had all the necessary kitchen amenities and saw whales from lanai. Very quiet end unit.

The condo super clean...felt like we were the first people to stay there! The location was quiet, as it was the last condo on the wing. It was super windy during our stay and the wind hummed loudly around the sliding glass door but nothing you can do about mother nature! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and will most likely use this condo again for another "Maui Stayacation!" Aloha

We saw whales every day from the lanai.

It was a nice room. It is at the very end, and therefore had a window in the kitchen that the other units don't....I liked that! Everything was generally fine with the room. Nice that the access corridor is all outside instead of a long indoor hallway. Mornings were noisy on the deck due to the loading dock below but we spent most of our time out of the room. Loved the fact that the pool is right next to the ocean, to view the waves and the whales in the distance. Restaurant was good with reasonable prices. Waves were big in this area and unsafe, so it was necessary to walk down the beach a ways where it was calmer. Two hot pools is nice and are open lat until 11. The room has only 2 dining chairs, so not good for more than one couple. I prefer a separate table instead of just the counter...but not a real big deal. Having the beach chairs in the closet for our use was real nice.

This was our first VRBO and I almost went with another room, but they wanted so much information that I felt uneasy. This place was so profession and kind and provided above and beyond help in planning our trip. The room was clean and very nice. It was just as the pictures showed. I loved that we were right across a shopping center that we could just walk to for groceries, coffee shops and sit down restaurant. I would definitely recumbent this property!!

Kaanapali Shores was a welcome introduction to our stay on Maui. The resort has two wonderful pools that are relatively easy to find available chairs at. We loved the restaurant here too, which makes the best Pina Coladas we had (and a very reasonable $9 per drink was much lower than the typical cocktail price at a resort on Maui). We ate dinner there every night too. Make a reservation if you plan to dine between 6-8 as it got very crowded during that time. Coming before 6 was usually pretty easy to get a table without a reservation. Our nited (742) was a nice corner unit with a great view of the ocean. Some snorkel equipment was included in the unit which was a nice surprise too. All in all, this is a great unit and great resort that seems more reasonably priced than other options in the area.

Good property in a good location. The unit itself was a little outdated and probably hadn't been renovated since the 80s, but it was clean and came with plenty of towels etc.

The condo was in a good location. You had a good view of the Ocean and you could watch the whales from the deck. It was close to the grocery store, you could walk to it. And minutes from Whalers Village and Downtown Lahina. The beach is right there and 2 pools and to hot tubs. I really love this location. This was our second stay at Kaanapali Shores just a different room. We hope to come back in 2016.

THE place was great. We left and realized we left some wireless headphones very high up in a kitchen cabinet. Have not been found as of yet and Epic asked us to work with hotel staff. they do not have access since this is privately owned. Hope to get them back but we called about these within two hours of leaving facility so hope we get them back.

The place was very comfortable and had an okay view of the ocean. The management staff were very caring and helpful. This will defiantly be a comeback location in the future.

I found this condo to perfectly suit our family of 4. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. There were start up kits for the onset washing machine, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The best part of the condo was the conveniences of a hotel that it is housed inside of. The condo had a great view and this unit was at the end of the building, so I didn't always feel the need to quiet my girls.

We had a wonderful time!! The space was clean and the amenities were great. I will be recommending this rental to friends.

It was great, but I would of liked more towels to bathe with. The towel rack was coming out of the wall in the bathroom and the sliding door came off the track so we couldn't open it. The owner should do better with the upkeep.

Close to market and a few restaurants. Pool was enjoyable but missed having a nice beach out front.

Beautiful area and super convenient with shopping right across the street. The unit is clean and well furnished. The views from the balcony are great. The only drawback is the location of the unit. It sits on the backside of the property far away from the ocean. You still get the views but only if you look forward. If you look down, you're looking at a man made drainage canal. There are small fish in it so it's clean water, just not what we were expecting. You also need to be aware that the property across the canal has there trash area right there so you get to hear a lot of trash trucks, and maintenance workers tossing bottles, and trash in the morning. Other than that I highly recommend the property. The facilities are fantastic, the staff is very nice, food was good and reasonably priced. Happy Hour by the pool is great and take advantage of the free scuba lessons in the pool and ocean dive. Amazing swimming and wildlife right out your back door. I highly recommend this property.

It was a nice comfortable private location with nice pools and restaurant. It was clean well supplied. As long as you don't expect cleaning service you will be pleased.

The property was well maintained, and the unti is what we expected. It was nice to have the beach chairs and the beach towels were definitely a nice touch. Bedding could be upgraded and a few more items in the kitchen but overall great experience. Property manager was very responsive.

Very nice clean condo that doesn't break the bank. Good view of the ocean, nice pools and great amenities. We will definitely rebook in the future.

We were very pleased with our rental. It was everything we needed and we really liked the location. Walking distance to anything we needed. Unfortunately the beach in front of this property had been washed away by high tides and strong surf, but the great pool areas made up for it. We didn't have to walk far to get some sandy beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort was nice. The room was a little old. The closet door did not close properly. We would have liked a dvd player with the TV since you could rent videos in the lobby and it was just basic cable

Experience was great. Location and amenities were good. Service at the hotel was good.
