Apartment was very clean except the floors needed a more thorough wash. Had all the utensils you needed. Only real complaint was that they need more towel bars in the bathroom to hang up wet towels and bathing suits. There is plenty of room in the bathroom to add more towel bars. Only other issue we had was that we expecting a lock box when, in fact, the passcode actually unlocked the door and the keys were inside the suite. Manager confused us by giving us lock box instructions. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay in this suite.

This property is nice enough to stay a week. Does not have good maintains on a daily basis and was not very cleaned when we got there. We could not get clean towels because there were no daily cleaning service involved and no explanation on what to do to get it.We used friend's service at different condo on the same flow to exchange for fresh towels.

This is the first time we ever used a vacation rental, and Stacey made our experience one of the best getaways we've ever had! She goes above & beyond, and we are looking forward to our next booking with her. The location was ideal- close to so many favorite spots! The room was clean & all of the staff at the Kaanapali Shores was so friendly & kind. It made our vacation perfect in every way!!

The following issues will prevent me from recommending your property to others. The general condition of our room was worn and lacked simple maintenance. The hardwood had extensive cigarette burns, the trim and walls needed fresh paint. The bathroom lacked simple things to assist vacationers at a beach site. The bathtub clothes line was broken, there were no hooks for hanging towels or bathing suites. I was shocked to see the 2x4 railing and torn covering material constructed around the roof of your buildings. While I understand the roof is not an area used by guests, it was a visible and obvious distraction from the otherwise beauty of the property when your outside using the pool or grill. This reflected a very unfinished condition to what was an otherwise beautiful outdoor decor and Hawaii environment. Additionally, the bellman refused to allow us to use the luggage cart, indicating he was not allowed to let the AIRBNB guests use the cart. This forced us to make multiple trips to the car to move our belongings into the room. On the positive side, the phone and email communication with property management staff was professional. Your location is great, with plenty of shopping and places to eat near by. Its well situated to the airport and many of the great places to visit in Maui. Overall, the room needed more frequent maintenance. I suggest replacing the hardwood with tile. I also recommend moving the room back the way it is shown in the attached photo as it seemed pretty cramped with the bed on the same side as the bar. The property owners need to replace the 2x4 and plastic railing on the roof.

From research to departure, this was a turnkey operation. Support and communications when preparing were flawless. The room was everything we hoped it would be. We chose this over an all inclusive in order to give us the flexibility we wanted and were not disappointed. The property manager was a fantastic help and was always available before and during the stay to help with our adventure. Thank you. A truly memorable experience!

This condo is in a great location, and has a nice pool. Overall, the actual condo was sufficient. The tile grout on the floor needs a cleaning, the bathroom window and sliding doors make a noise with high winds, the bedding is very cheap, and pillow are not comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you would need to make food. The condo was a little tight in space, and the TV was positioned next to the bed, making it impossible to watch TV from the bed... But you do not come to Maui for the television. You can walk to shops and restaurants from the condo, and it is a short walk to the boardwalk. The beach right off of the hotel didn't have a lot of sand to lay out on, but there were awesome beaches a short walk down the boardwalk. The condo was about a 45 minutes from the airport. Overall, we liked the location, and the price made this condo a good option.

The condo we stayed in was a corner unit, with a view from afar of the water, it was quiet, beautiful and had everything but a washer and dryer. We loved our time and the two pools at the facility were great. Once we found the beach walk, that wound in front of some of the hotels and then through the park to the boardwalk area we were able to walk all the way down to the south to the Hyatt for the luau, comfortably (45 minute walk).

Everything went as planned, close to all amenities, beach . The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely visit again. We thought the room could have some more hooks to hang towels etc. The clothes line in the bathroom was broken. Only 1 dish cloth. 2 face cloths. Overall was great. Thank you��

We had a great rental experience at Kaanapali Shores. The unit was undated and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.
