I like that we didn’t need a key to enter. The keypad was very convenient. The condo was very clean and welcoming and we felt right at home when we arrived. I will definitely inquire about staying here again next time I visit my paradise.

Our stay was very nice, the place was clean, there were extra towels. The washer and dryer was a bonus. The only thing we didn’t like was a couple bugs would come out at night. Not sure what type, but looked like the roach family. The bed was big and comfortable and you can see the ocean from the room/balcony. We would definitely stay again.

Condo is spacious and well kept. Location is PERFECT with walking distance grocery store, restaurants and food trucks! The grounds of the resort are amazing with two pools and a great coffee shop! We will be back!

Property was good, could use some updates but certainly fine for our need. The wing of the property we were in was under construction right next to us. That became a bit annoying day after day but we enjoyed our stay. Property staff was great, Managenement staff was great, location was great, not being in Minnesota in February was great.

Very clean, furnished with essentials, close to restaurants and stores, overall a great unit to stay in. We will stay again in the future.

We have stayed here before. We really like that there is a restaurant on premises. The condo 422 is nice. It has a slight ocean view. The air conditioning works well when needed. There is a little noise from the parking lot below, but this wasn't a real problem. The condo was in great condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Be sure to take the free scuba diving class. This is oceanfront and they have a beach that is about 100 feet wide. There are two pools and both were maintained very well. The management company responds to emails very quickly and was very responsive. The beach is rocky about 300 feet into the water. Be sure to wear water shoes.

The place was as advertised. The resort property is very nice. The home was clean and well maintained. Perfect place for two people to enjoy some time away.

We needed to escape from family and friends to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Saved money with Epic. Sofa/sleeper was the low point. Need to replace.

I was very impressed. The resort is beautiful. I loved the little touches that made the vacation less stressful. I have stayed at other resorts that did not provide some laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, etc. Those little touches made a big difference. The room was surprisingly larger then I expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making a beautiful vacation even better.

Our family (me, my husband and our two kids) stayed for a week and we had an amazing time. We had read some reviews and were a little nervous - we had read that the beds weren't too comfy and one review stated there was a bug infestation. To our delight, no bugs and the beds were just fine - even the sofa pull out bed the kids slept on was fine. Felt like a home away from home. Location is great! Grocery store right across the street. Amenities were great - pool, tennis courts, pickle ball court, shuffle board. In the room was two umbrellas that came in handy at the beach. Pool/beach towels are provided as well. Laundry in the room was nice to have. The only thing that we felt was missing was a DVD player but other than that, we had what our family calls an AAWIE time - awesome, amazing, wonderful, incredible, excellent time! We would certainly stay here again!

We have found our home in Maui! We loved Ka'anapli Shores and our condo was great. The location was perfect, easy access to groceries, restaurants and the board walk. The grounds and pools were beautiful, we definitely will be back!

My husband and I traveled to Maui for the first time and were completely unprepared for how wonderful the trip was going to be. Kaanapali Shores completely blew us away. We were so nervous booking since this was our first trip to the island. I can honestly say this condo and beach were top notch. The location was PERFECT. There were restaurants, farmers markets, supermarkets and shops all within walking distance. Not to mention one of the top beaches on the island. Highly recommend the acai bowl from the famers market down the road (Best on the island). The condo was spacious had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and laying in bed! The affordability for the space you get was incredible. The room was clean and was exactly what we wanted. The grounds were beautiful with a resort feel. The pools were stunning and the beach bar had wonderful food and drinks. The customer service from Epic was great. They provide a wonderful handbook with recommendations and were easily accessible. I have already recommended booking through Epic to friends and family and hope to be coming back again next year!

A great room! It had everything we needed. We were excited to find beach umbrellas in the closet and the washer/dryer was great to have. The unit was roomy for our family of 4. We had a problem with the AC on arrival and a guy from maintenance was there to fix it within 20 minutes. Downside? The pullout couch could be replaced.

very nice apartment, equipped in everything you need. Well kept and maintained. located in the hotel resort, so you can take advantage of swimming pools and jacuzzies. superstore, local food tracks, restaurants and farmers market are located within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay there!

I would give a 4 stars for rating if there were no odor on the towels and would give a 5 stars if the kitchen counter was repaired instead of putting the tap around. I was left with no laundry packets to start with so I could only rinse the towels with just water in the laundry machine but that didn't help much with the old odor on the towels. Nice resort and location. Even though there are two spas but were always occupied at anytime of the day. I could not use neither of them for my 7 night-stays there.

Pros: Great resort with lots of amenities. Condo has full kitchen, good shower and a comfortable bed. Beach towels and cooler in the condo are useful. Keyless entry is convenient.<br/><br/>Cons: North-facing condo receives no sun. Wind howls through balcony doors and is quite loud. View is mostly of neighboring building. Front door is a bit tough to open.

This is a very spacious unit with a great, family friendly layout. You can actually get a bit of an ocean view when you are sitting on the balcony too. This complex is a great place overall. We found the pools were never overly crowded and the restaurant was one of the more affordable places to eat (plus, it was pretty good food) in the Kaanapali/Lahaina area.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location. The pool area was great. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The total complex was great. Not the cleanest unit I have stayed in. All chairs and couches worn out and uncomfortable. Bed way to soft. Old worn carpet, sliding doors leaked a lot of wind into unit. Bath fan worn out. We still had a good time, but could have been better. No DVD player, (they cost about $40). A list of available TV channels would be helpful. Unit had a view of loading dock and drainage canal, I dont remember seeing that in the description.

Great unit. Newly updated kitchen. Clean. Wish there was a DVD player to rent movies to watch at night when the little one went to bed. View wasn't great - over looked parking lot but was expected. The property is amazing. New pool was perfect for our toddler. Shopping market across the street, walking<br/>Distance to farmers market. Highly recommend.

We had a very great stay with out 2 children. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Epic was reposonsive and helpful. The property was also great - good distance to shops and the new pool was perfect for our kids. I really liked the app and mobile check out.

Our condo was great for size and amenities. The only thing we did not like was the pull out couch that "sleeps" 2. It was very uncomfortable and we ended up using the floor rather than the sofa (we are a family of 4 adults...sofa may have been fine for younger children). Everything else was great. Our room was close to the parking garage and we were on the go a lot so that was handy for us. We also really liked the pool and hottub area. Most of the time it was really easy for us to find loungers by the pool and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that we did not have to carry a key around for the room.

hello. the location and overall facility was very nice. We were part of a large group and I had the opportunity to see several other rooms in the complex. It was apparent that the room 422 which we rented was significantly outdated and not well appointed considering the price point. we actually paid more for this unit than my nephew paid for a two bedroom that was much more modern, had full size coolers, bogie boards etc

The condo was a very good size for our family of 3. The kitchen had all of the utensils and accommodations we needed. The location is great with restaurants and shopping across the street. The restaurant at the complex was good too. The pools and lounge areas are nice and peaceful. Great family atmosphere and direct beach access to watch the sunset.

Beautiful resort. Condo unit was fine but in need of upgrading (bed, bed linens, TV, furniture). Could have supplied corkscrew, dishwasher detergent. Great location. Good eating options across the street as well as a large supermarket. Lovely beachwalk leading to other good restaurants. Local artisans sell their wares once a week in the lobby of resort. Onsite activities include shuffleboard, pickleball, and tennis along with 2 pools and hot tub. Epic Realty was helpful and informative.

We enjoyed our stay though the kitchenette and supplies were dated. No stopper in the bath tub as only little things needed to be addressed.

I was dissapointed in the condition of the room Horrible smell from the rug We had to leave for a few days while rug was replaced Needless to say the entire first week we couldnt even unpack or eat in the condo Most disapointing of all was there was no apology for our inconvenience !!

Our one bedroom suite was extremely clean upon check in and we had more than enough space for our family of four. Layout is pleasant, with a balcony but your view is of the lower parking lot and a drainage canal. Although the kitchen was well equipped (pots, pans, dishes ect.) it was minimally stocked. There was no oil, or basic spices like salt and pepper. Easy fix with a trip to the market right across the street! The location itself was perfect with quite a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was wonderful but the beach access was even better. There were some beach chairs, umbrella, a few sand toys, and a couple noodles for use. The only downside to this room was that the washer water was backing up into the bath tub. It took about 30 minutes for it to completely drain. Contacted the property manager. Very quick response from Stacy, was told prior renters had the same issue, not to worry about it, maybe old pipes, she would let maintenance know. Other than that, customer service was great! We fully enjoyed our stay but I would only recommend this property if you're on a budget.

great location, reasonably priced, easy to book and contact management

We enjoyed our stay at KS. The pool area of property had a makeover since our last visit and our kiddos real enjoyed the new water features. The room was spacious and clean- the only thing that could have made it better would have been ceiling fans.

I was in for the Maui Invitational and to see my sons team. Honestly the resort like most of my time I spend away was used for sleep and shower. I found the unit to be very clean and spacious and the restaurant very nice as I had breakfast there two mornings and dinner one night. The prices were very reasonable and portions great and food tasty. I only got to go in the pool one morning for a short time and the pool area was clean and water clear and at a great temperature. The one thing about the resort I was displeased with was the fact that the parking spots to the far right of the entrance towards out front have very few ADA spots and they are furthest from the building and should be closest. To top that off two ADA spots are parked withing 5-8 feet of a designated smoking area which to be is a bit of an Oxymoron. One of those spots is 5 feet from the smoking area and I'm a 9-11 First Responder injured and I didn't want to park there but it was always open ( obviously why ) so I parked there but those spots should not be furthest from the building. All ADA parking should be the shortest walk to a building not the opposite.

This place was ok. The air conditioning system probably needs more freon, it wasn't very cool. Also at night, you could here a pulsating tone slightly in the background while lying in bed when the air conditioner was turned off,( kept me awake at times). It would also be helpful if there was a hard copy of the Spectrum channel guide, it was difficult finding where programs were. Other than these things, everything was wonderful.

Very nice and convenient location. This is a combination vacation rental and hotel resort. $9 per night parking, easy in and out privileges. Very nice Aston hotel staff, they treated all guest nicely. Epic Realty (Nadia) is very nice and responsive. The hotel grounds and amenities were pretty. This unit could have been a little cleaner. The linen for both the king size bed and sofa bed were awkward. There is no view from this unit but that's okay, it was very private. The sunset was beautiful from the small hotel beachfront.

It works! The room is great, close to the elevator, garage and has all the necessary items to make this really feel like a home away from home. Comfortable and well situated, Kaanipali Shores has lots to offer from the beach access to nearby shopping centers.

Stayed in Condo 422 for 8 days. Easy booking, great price and great communication throughout the process. Welcomed surprise to find well stocked with great quality dishes, utinsils, pots and pans, beach chairs, water noodles and soft sided coolers. We would highly recommend this condo.
