Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project. By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is. This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The open kitchen has a plethora of counter space and all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The adjacent Dining Area comes with a dining Table set for six guests. There is additional bar seating at the kitchen for any extra vacationers.

On the other side of the Living Room is a Bonus Area that comes with a Queen Murphy bed with TV. The Living Room boasts stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and comes complete with a flat screen HDTV, a sound bar, a DVD player, a sofa sleeper, a Loveseat, a plush chair, and access to the balcony.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup desk area with its own sink, an additional sink, all encased in striking granite. The Master Bathroom comes with a walk in shower.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a wall mounted flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom has a granite encased vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.

The balcony is large and in charge, and comes complete with its own wet bar, an outside dining table set for four, and a lounging chair.
The view from this balcony has to be seen to be believed: from the hexagonal balcony you have a one hundred and eighty-degree unobstructed view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand that makes Destin’s beach celebrated.

Amenities include, HD cable, a full size washer and dryer, and high speed wireless internet access.

Only 1 dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. On-site requires the dog wear a lanyard if outside of the condo, that they provide and must be returned at check-out. Current shot records are required prior to check-in as well.. Although Inlet Reef allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
