We've loved staying at the ledges for years now and when we go with friends they are always very impressed with the places that we rent. It's far away from the city but close enough to have the city near by. This trip was a guys golfing get away and not one complaint from any of them. I was impressed by the text asking if all was good and if we needed anything. All was good and we will definitely be coming back soon.

We greatly appreciated the convenience of this location. Everything in the kitchen that was needed was available. It was a comfortable place for family - we felt at home. The check in and check out was simple and easy which made the stay even more inviting and enjoyable. We loved it.

I would stay here again

We had 4 families and there was plenty of room for everyone!We all felt like it was warm and homey. The hot tub on the balcony was a favorite!! Such a beautiful area and it had everything we needed!!

Excellent accommodations

We had a fabulous time staying at the Ledges and using the pool in the heat. Our guys commented that the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come again. Dan was awesome to deal with, and our experiences with check-ins at the courses were great. We especially liked Sand Hollow, what a great track! And of course Wolf Creek is in its own category. We could have made a few more birdies, but other than that it was one of our best trips ever. We are college fraternity brothers that have been meeting up in Vegas every year since 1984. This is the first year we have skipped Vegas for golf elsewhere and we will likely never go back. Our group of two families--one with small children and one with big children--really enjoyed our Spring Break at I Could Live Here. It was easy to get to "town" and Snow Canyon. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to eat and play here. We enjoyed Fish Rock Park for the playground and less-crowded pickle ball courts.

Beautiful home and we loved our stay. The house was a perfect accommodation for 4 families ( one with our grandchild) while we attended our daughter&#x2019;s wedding. Overall a great experience however cleaning was not very thorough. Uncovered several clothing items from previous guests. Oh well. Still gets a 5!

Beautiful property with comfortable lodging and space to entertain.

Outstanding place! Great layout, enough privacy for everyone. Location and amenities met and exceeded our expectations. Pool, Pickleball and ping pong were added bonuses that we were able to enjoy. The proximity to both Snow Canyon and Zion for hiking and exploring is ideal. Loved every minute of our stay. Concierge was responsive and helpful in arranging golf and in home massage.

We had four couples from locations across the US. Speaking for myself and the rest of the group, we were very impressed with how everything was labeled which made it easy for all of us. Very impressed with the ease of checking out without a huge laundry list of items to do. The outside was pleasant to sit and enjoy the end of our busy days. Our entire group would definitely return.

We had a fabulous ladies get away, 6 of us, in this spacious townhouse. Well furnished and equipped , especially in the kitchen! The hot tub a bonus with decks having great views of rock terrain. Easy walk to pool, pickle ball and club house. We will definitely return!

a nice place to visit

This was my 21st year of scheduling an annual golf trip. This was By Far the best accommodations we have ever had for our trips; and all in my group were in agreement on this being our best lodging. Coming from the Kentuckiana area, most of our trips have been to the Florida Panhandle. This Ledges Villa was new, spacious, clean, and had plenty of upgrades that we don't typically see in our rentals. Everything we needed was provided inside the villa. The outside areas were also great for gathering after the golf - nice deck, patio, grill, hot tub, gas fire pit, furniture, etc. Golf courses in the area were equally awesome. Dan Dekker was the best to work with setting up all our golf and lodging. We will definitely be returning.

Beautifully appointed condo. Kitchen has everything you will ever need and more. Great location in development. Beds were very comfortable.

This was the second time our group stayed at this property, and we're already planning a return visit. This home is perfect for our 4-couples golf group, The property was in excellent condition and the staff (particularly Kimber and Dan) are extremely professional and accommodating. The Ledges golf course was in great condition and fun to play. Outstanding experience. Thanks for everything.

I Could Live Here is aptly named. Thoughtfully and attractively decorated and equipped with everything we needed to settle in and be comfortable for an extended stay this winter.

This property fit our extended family with kids perfectly. It would be wonderful for four couples as well. It has any amenity you could need and all was in new condition. Only recommendation for the Ledges, not the specific rental, is that there is the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts for the older kids but a playground for the younger kids would be really nice. Closest one is about a five mile drive.

The kitchen equipment was beyond any other place I have ever stayed. Part of our intentions was to do some special cooking of breads and desserts, and there was no lack of equipment to handle the tasks. Decor was at a level of detail that one seldom sees, and apropos for the St George location.

Our overall stay at "I Could Live Here" was great. It was so nice to just getaway and the staff when booking was so easy to work with. We went during their spring special and we got such a great deal. The house is beautiful and so spacious. The only downsides that we had were that the private hot tub isn't as private as we would have liked because it's right next to the people who are staying next door, it's so close that they could hop right over and get in with you. As well as the bed in the downstairs master wasn't very comfortable. It seems like an old mattress that makes you sink into it. Even with the downsides we had we would stay here again because the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

The place was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. Hot tub was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great location overlooking the golf course.

We had four couples stay for a long weekend while attending a tennis camp in St George. We were all comfortable in our private bedrooms, each with its own bath. The living spaces, including patio and deck, were very comfortable and furnished so nicely! We especially enjoyed the kitchen with everything provided to cook at the unit. The pool, golf course and nearby state park looked wonderful although we did not have time to enjoy them. We would highly recommend staying here! We hope to visit again!

Our stay was delightful. The unit is furnished beautifully and the kitchen is beyond well equipped. We plan to return next year.

Our whole experience at I Could Live Here could not have been better. It is a beautiful home with everyone we needed to make our visit to Utah an outstanding one.

Unquestionably one of the best rental properties my friends and I have ever experienced. The staff at The Ledges Vacation Homes (particularly Dan and Kimber) were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The overall experience was amazing! Our group is comparing calendars for a repeat visit.

We love this place. We have stayed here a couple times and likely will stay there again. We love the layout, perfect for our family. It seems they have everything we would ever need. This place is super clean, and comfortable. I love that it is right off the golf course. The views are amazing.

When we arrived (8 senior ladies), everything was clean and ready. Had a small problem figuring out the dishwasher, but it was soon resolved. Didn't us the hot tub, but did use the pool. Watched our favorite TV shows, played games and cooked breakfast each morning. Everyone had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. Can't wait to return!!!

I was with a group of guys who stayed here for a golf trip in July. The home was amazing. Plenty of space, super clean, and all the conveniences we could ask for. We could tell extra attention to detail was taken and will book again on our next trip.

I could not have had a better experience. The rental unit had everything and more! There were supplies in the pantry, even a spice rack loaded with spices. The attention to detail was impressive. The decor was perfect for visitors to this area, including a huge jar of experienced golf balls, a couple of which I used and also contributed to! We went to the Cliffside Restaurant in town which was a visually amazing experience. The clubhouse food was also quite good.

This unit was beautifully decorated had everything you needed. A well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor furnishings, was very clean and spacious.

Great experience. The property was beautiful and just what we wanted. Price was right as well. House had all necessary amenities including kitchen utensils and appliances, toiletries, pool and keys, instructions, and access to golf course. A great stay! Construction going on across the street, but this too shall pass.

We come to St George every October to play softball in the senior games. This is my 16th year, and we've stayed in a variety of houses, condos and motels. This house is definitely in my top two of all time, and I be back next year!

The unit was spotless and fully detail was overlooked. We wanted for nothing. From the labeled fully stocked pantry, to the deck hot tub, to balls and tees, bikes, pool towels...the owners thought of everything!<br/>My only suggestion would be to light up the keypad entry; in case someone first gave a phone light with them in the dark! <br/>Thanks..we will be back!
