This is one of the older condo complexes in Mammoth and while clean and functional, the furnishings are, shall we say, "dated". The only thing lacking was sufficient kindleing for fireplace starting. I did have to reset one of the bedroom closet doors back on it's track, and three of the vertical louvers on the dining area window had fallen down and were laying on the sill. For our next Mammoth trip, we will look for a different place, but if unable to find one, we might well stay here again.

The location of our condo was excellent, one bedroom and a loft, close to restaurants, lakes, the Village, biking and hiking trails, the views are breathtaking, we have been coming to Mammoth for over 50 years and if you love to ski you cannot beat Mammoth during the winter season.

Perfect layout for 3 couples going together. Even optimal if you have a set of little kids who could sleep on a queen pull out. Close to everything. Clean. And parking was easy to find.

Our family of five recently stayed at this cute condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much and had plenty of room for all of us. Our only regret was we wish we would have stayed a little longer.

Perfect Comfortable ski loft close to everything!Nice two story loft with three beds and a pullout couch. Close to shopping and 5 minute walk to the ski shuttle to eagle.

Great experience all around. Picked up keys with no issue. Condo was clean, exactly as described, quiet area, right in middle of town. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Great little condo for a guys getaway weekend<br/>

Nice place very comfy. Lot's of firewood, and kitchen equipment for cooking. Just go to Ralph's! I'll be back!!

Unit numbers are tucked back in the shadows, so hard to find. It'd be a big help to have numbers on building corners. Loft beds were lumpy. Overall a good place.

Nice place but if you list Wifi as an amenity it should actually work! Worst internet service, super slow, I ended up turning my wifi off and using cellular.

Nice unit, a little small but good for our needs. Great for bear watching, because the garbage bins are right outside the bedroom window. Saw bears every night. If you don't want to hear bears banging on trash cans at night, might not be the unit for you, but we don't mind at all. Actually, we enjoyed seeing them! Good location in the complex.

We went up with the family-2 teenage boys. We enjoyed staying in this condo for the weekend. I always look for separate beds for the boys. The condo was very comfortable.

This unit worked great for our 3 day stay. Very comfortable and cozy. Much better than hotel!<br/>Close to south end of town which is what we wanted. <br/>Restaurants, markets, movie theater, etc. within walking distance. Easy key pick-up/drop off.
